 This is super close to the airport. A little far from city centre but with Tram and Trains. It's not that bad. 

This hotel is simply petty. When I booked indicating I am traveling alone, they really only left one pillow and a single blanket in the room. There was also no kettle, coffee/tea bags in the room. Small details, but shows they are quite cheap to their customers (not price, but services)

Great hotel, small but well-equipped rooms. Breakfast was also good. Small but cozy bar for a beer in the evening.

A standard business room with all the essentials, including breakfast, cost 20.50 euros. The front desk service was excellent, friendly and professional, and there was someone on duty at night. The bed seemed quite soft. You need to speak German to watch the TV.

Overall, it's pretty good. The hotel itself is lovely and has a distinct German feel. The facilities and amenities are all excellent. Very good, nice. The heating and everything else work perfectly too. Really good.

The room was huge!!!!!! I had the top floor and so a fantastic view. Felt very spoiled with that. It is a bit out of the city centre and with a 30 min tram ride you will be in the centre. Really enjoyed the size and having a bathtub. Heater was working perfectly which was definitely needed as it was freezing outside. On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult. The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I.E. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you. However, I’m unsure if we’ve arrived in an ‘offseason’...

The room was quite nice. The complex is huge, but the restaurant sells the ice cubes (???), guess is not part of the hotel. It is a lit bit far from the city, but the quality of the room and toilet was great. And comfy beds as well. AC working perfectly as was quite hot weather. Staff was professional and polite. Toiletries were quite good as well and we manage to have a great stay there.

Nice big rooms, our room had a bath shower, they don’t offer kettles on the room or coffee and teas. No ammenities except shower gel and handwash. Had a nice decent tv and chairs in the room too. Check in and hotel staff seemed like they didn’t care. 15-20mins away from the Berlin central

I stayed there myself in a 4 bed dormitory room. It was an excellent room and I liked the service. But it is better to have a socket near the bed for charging. They have two usb charging ports near every beds but it is better to have a c port or a charging socket. But overall, I liked it. Especially the staffs are always helpful. I am highly recommend it to whom who are looking for a cheap accommodation

While the stay was good, it didn't quite meet the standards of a 4-star hotel overall. The staff still has a lot of room for improvement, both in terms of friendliness and dress code. Additionally, the 'breakfast room' is located in the lobby, which, of course, constantly creates a noisy environment with guests checking in/out, waiting for their bus, or simply passing through to their rooms from outside

Great place to stay for visiting Berlin. There's a tram stop right across the street. The cleaning staff were attentive and friendly. The reception staff were also friendly, but a bit less so, a bit colder. The breakfast was varied and good. There was no hairdryer. I would definitely return.

Hotel is relatively old, it was quiet and is in a great area

This is a clean, small hotel with a good breakfast and decent-sized rooms. Nothing fancy, but it has everything you need. The check-in can be done at any time, which is really convenient. The location is great for getting around, whether you're walking, taking the tram, or using the subway. Recommended.

Stayed at Living Hotel Weissensee for one night, arrived around 18:00 with no available parking at the Hotel or nearby(remember to book parking in advance), Staff was very helpful.

This hotel exceeded expectations, really nice vibe, only 25 minutes on the nearby tram to alexanderplatz. Perfect location near the lake which was a lovely walk to after a delicious breakfast. I was out there for the Berlin marathon with my family and while it wasn’t right near the hustle and bustle of the finish line area, I was more impressed by the quiet, clean family neighborhood, space, dining facilities and overall amenities and service. Old east German hotel. Great sauna and gym. Location is close to the lake. Few minutes' walk to public transport.

Huge, clean room. gGeat for a family. Lots of space. High ceilings. Deck. Two TVs. Kitchen. bar seat. Great neighborhood. Very nice Biergarten on property. I highly recommend. It’s a little out of the way of Berlin marathon start and finish line which is why I traveled to Berlin but about a 30 minute uber ride or accessible easily by public transportation. Very nice hotel walkable to the tram. I was visiting for the marathon and though the location was farther from downtown, it was easy to take the trams and trains everywhere. My room was very spacious and quiet.

It is almost the worst 4-star hotel I have ever stayed. The room is extremely small. Apart from a 1.2m-sized bed, the room cannot even stand for a desk, so you have a platform by the head side of your bed to place staff (very creative).  They have a strict check-in time from 3 pm, and staff are not friendly enough to explain things. Moreover, the 150 Euro deposit fee was not mentioned anywhere.

This hotel is LGBT-friendly, and guests of all genders and ages are welcome to stay. The staff provide excellent service and give very helpful recommendations.

Not realised that it is a rainbow hotel until after we checked in. It is a bit out of city centre but there are many restaurants and shopping centre in the neighbourhood.

Had a good time, low season so not much happening in the hotel if you were interested in having some drinks at the bar. We tried breakfast, good choice and amount for the price. Jacuzzi was nice , the gym had enough machines to workout the minimum. All staff was nice and polite and very helpful. Definitely recommend .

The hotel is well maintained and clean. They don't have their own parking, so you have to use the one which is only 50 meters away. The room was clean and modern. Most of the 4 stars hotel have a coffee machine in the room. This one doesn't. The service was excellent and definitely you should try the restaurant.

I have not a single bad word to say about this hotel. Rooms are perfectly clean, bed was great, every single thing in room was on its place. One important thing, stuff that is working there is absolutely great, we were enjoyed our staying here and chilling with people working at the bar at the evenings. Whenever we come again to Berlin we will definetely stay at this hotel again.

Everything was great here. Room was nicely designed and very comfortable, the staff were great - helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed staying here. The only thing I wish was different was the cost of the sauna. It would have been nice if it was included in the stay, or at least less expensive. But 22 Euro per use seemed very high.

Really liked this hotel. You can catch a lot of trains from this location. Easy access to different parts of the city. The interior is a bit basic so more appropriate for a business traveler but pretty clean. Overall I’m happy with my stay. The staff were always helpful and gave me some great tips.

My room was extremely clean, and the staff was wonderful. I love the creepy Alice in Wonderland vibe of the place. I would stay there again. Another thing is the location is very convenient to fantastic restaurants and shopping.

This hotel is not worth the 4 star rating and it is pretty misleading. The breakfast isn’t great! Especially the Salmon tasted very bad. Rooms have old carpets giving it an old hotel vibe. Perhaps it was 4 stars in the 90s but currently I would rate it between 2-3 stars. The folks at the reception are nice. You will pay for your luggage to be stored. Check in is at 3pm! The windows on the lower floors are basically on street level, and there’s no air conditioning, so you are stuck either suffocating, or being woken up multiple times per night by the buses from the bus stop that is quite literally right under your window. The breakfast is ok, but for the price, I don’t know. Will not be staying with Best Western again.

Nice looking rooms, there is a subway entrance just outside (though you can’t hear it), and the staff was friendly. The only thing is that the room cleaning was a bit lacking, but nothing major.

Lovely rooms, very comfortable. Only issue was the lorry driver out front from 6/6:30 every morning unloading pallets which would wake me up.

Modern and clean property. Insulated so you can not hear noise from neighbouring rooms. Right next ti the train station for easy link to and from the airport. If there is ever a spare room I will definitely use again.

The IntercityHotel at Berlin Central Station is better than the one at Ostbahnhof (East Station). I'd recommend choosing the Central Station location. The IntercityHotel at Ostbahnhof feels a bit old and isn't soundproof at all; not only that, but it doesn't block odors either. There was always a strange smell in the hallway.

The kettle pot is dirty w residue. Lots of stains stuck inside the pot. The L2 room has a direct afternoon sun n make the room warm and luckily has a standing fan but it has loose press button & stand support, need to upgrade. Receptionist was very helpful w great assistance to our queries on transport n food locations etc

Honestly, the hotel's location is terrible; it feels quite out of the way. It was a bit of a stopover before heading somewhere else the next day, but you get what you pay for, like a dorm from a long time ago.

Although the location itself may not look good, there is only one tram line to Berlin Central Station on the M8, so it is easy to move around with a suitcase. However, you need to transfer to get to the main tourist spots, so be careful.
