Mixed feelings with our stay. Hotel did a good service recovery by putting us at their sister hotel- exe suite room as they sold our room on the first night and gave us complimentary abf and sight seeing tour bus tickets. Though given a suite, we do not like the room as much as hotel luc (modern) and a hassle to wake early to check in to hotel luc on the next day. Morning shift staff seems unaware...

Nice hotel in Prenzlauer Berg. The rooms are clean and quiet big. The hotel is located close to the Tram and the Ringbahn. So, it’s a good departure point for discovering Berlin.

For noise-sensitive people, it's important to know that the room facing the main road can be very noisy. Since the windows aren't properly sealed, outside noises (like trams and cars) are clearly audible. Furthermore, I paid more for the room at check-in than what was listed on Trip.com when I booked.

Love the setup of the room, which accommodates our family of 4 quite well. Nothing special in this hotel excepted the nice rooftop bar. Efficient front desk, room OK but pretty expensive for what you get. Very bad point about housekeeping entering all of the sudden the room without notice despite “do not disturb sign” on. Breakfast with poached eggs prepared in advance (not minute) so bread is humid and inconsistent.

The receptionist was very welcoming and gave me the quietest room in the corner, but unfortunately the guests upstairs were making a lot of noise all night. Otherwise, it was great.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and it was truly a memorable birthday because of the elegance, warm vibe and amazing buffet on offer even for us as vegetarians. The room was too small, didn't even have a small table, and there was a strong smell. Other than that, everything else was pretty good. You can park in the downstairs parking lot; just tell the front desk and they'll swipe a card for you.

A bit pricey like anywhere in Berlin but nice

We only booked breakfast but that was super and plenty there, the only thing was missing was the bacon 🥓 but that's just me the room was super and big enough for 2 people to move around in it, plus the bathroom was great as well could of had our room cleaned every day but we didn't want to, the cleaning staff were very friendly about it the staff were very helpful and friendly

Fantastic stay for 2 weeks at the GINN. The workers were so hospitable, I was asking for forks, knives, plates, etc (ordered a LOT of Uber Eats) and they never said no!! The room was nice and clean and the daily service was extensive (not just make your bed but actually cleaned the room). Great stay, all the workers were very nice.

The staff were very nice, lots of facilities were provided, including a bar, a canteen and a coffee shop. The room was very clean, better than expected, but since the toilet was shared, so cannot expect too much for that.

The room is located in Mitte, making it very convenient to get around. There's a Rewe and Rossmann less than 50 meters from the entrance, so shopping is really easy. Plus, there's a Coco and a Chinese restaurant right at the corner.

Very friendly service, had a couple of questions and they were very helpful. The room was good. The room didn't have any air conditioning, but the hot temperatures were manageable (they never advertised or said they had air conditioning ). The breakfast was very good, and the price appropriate.

No bad remarks except that there is no airco in any room in the hotel. Our stay was in the summer (26°-30°) and inside the room it was extremely warm. A fan is provided but does not help and generates excess noise. I traveled with my dad and this hotel was a great choice mainly for the position. It has been a lovely stay, the place was clean and quite. Staff was very nice and always available. The only thing I was really disappointed with was that there was no gluten-free food at breakfast. Since it's a 4 star hotel I was expecting some bread maybe, but they just had some mixed nuts. I was in room 500 and the room was big and spacious. What I didn’t like was: • no minibar in the room • no refrigiator in the room • no more than only 2 powerplugs in the room • only german speaking chanals on TV and only german speaking movies Other than that the check in was quick and decent. The room was clean and acceptable, but unfortunately quite noisy. Parking directly at the hotel isn't possible. The breakfast buffet offered a generous selection of diverse options. In this day and age, poor Wi-Fi is no longer acceptable. The connection was a real let-down - and this in the German's capital city.

It's a clean and well-maintained hotel with comfortable rooms. It's location is a huge advantage. The view is not bad. Not much noise even though the rooms face a large avenue (other than sirens every two minutes). Wi-Fi is a little poor in connection quality. Good location, walking distance to Alexanderplatz but also right next to tram so choice of walking or tram. Rooms a decent size, double bed was really to singles put together with two single duvets. Neat rooms with good value. If you're looking for a place on good location with affordable price for more than 4 nights.. You should consider this hotel. The hotel is right next to the train station and the U-Bahn line. There's also a bus stop directly in front of the hotel with tons of routes, which saves a lot of time when you're out sightseeing.

This place is not for tourists. They charge and charge just to get bad customer service. We had a question about fees we were already charged for and we got yelled at. Do not recommend.

The room have the basic except for fridge. The heater took a long time to heat up the whole room. The locatiob is good.

Amazing location, friendly staff and best services

The room is not that pretty, but the location is really great. You can walk to all the famous places in the Mite district, and the tram, subway, and bus stations are all right in front. However, since the station is right in front, it is a bit noisy at night. There is a water purifier in the lobby, and you can store your luggage before and after check-in, which is nice.

Everything was great, especially when we asked for extra pillows. The free drinks were a plus! However, just the water temperature in the shower was hard to get right - the actual water temp kept changing even if we placed the knob in the middle

Clean hotel at a good location. Employee flew into a rage when i told him i parked my car at the garage and wanted to pay when leaving. Having your car parked at the day of check out is only possible until 2 pm.

Very nice Hotel, directly located at an S-Bahn station. The rooms very nicely decorated and quite spacious, love the Bluetooth boxes integrated into the bed- and bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was very nice and quite a good selection.

My room was reasonably spacious and had a great view from the tenth floor. The water pressure is good and the bathroom looks nice and clean. The location right next to Schöneberg station is very convenient. It was a little dusty under the bed and the air condition worked only so so but overall I'm really happy with this hotel choice.

Compared to other inexpensive there is no there is no inexpensive in Berlin for single room under 100 is very good warm and clean that's what you need in Europe hard to find
