The hotel Wilmina impressed us with its incredibly friendly and attentive staff, outstanding service, and impeccable cleanliness. The design is exceptionally stylish, creating a unique and relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The rooftop terrace is a real highlight – perfect for unwinding. Stayed at Living Hotel Weissensee for one night, arrived around 18:00 with no available parking at the Hotel or nearby(remember to book parking in advance), Staff was very helpful.

Very nice hotel walkable to the tram. I was visiting for the marathon and though the location was farther from downtown, it was easy to take the trams and trains everywhere. My room was very spacious and quiet.

It is almost the worst 4-star hotel I have ever stayed. The room is extremely small. Apart from a 1.2m-sized bed, the room cannot even stand for a desk, so you have a platform by the head side of your bed to place staff (very creative).  They have a strict check-in time from 3 pm, and staff are not friendly enough to explain things. Moreover, the 150 Euro deposit fee was not mentioned anywhere.

This hotel is LGBT-friendly, and guests of all genders and ages are welcome to stay. The staff provide excellent service and give very helpful recommendations.

Not realised that it is a rainbow hotel until after we checked in. It is a bit out of city centre but there are many restaurants and shopping centre in the neighbourhood.

Had a good time, low season so not much happening in the hotel if you were interested in having some drinks at the bar. We tried breakfast, good choice and amount for the price. Jacuzzi was nice , the gym had enough machines to workout the minimum. All staff was nice and polite and very helpful. Definitely recommend .

Nice hotel, with kind but not much staff. The breakfast is really good, with a lot of different foods and a nice selection of healthy foods and stuff you don't normally get, like strawberry smoothies. All in all a solid choice to stay at.

This hotel is not worth the 4 star rating and it is pretty misleading. The breakfast isn’t great! Especially the Salmon tasted very bad. Rooms have old carpets giving it an old hotel vibe. The windows on the lower floors are basically on street level, and there’s no air conditioning, so you are stuck either suffocating, or being woken up multiple times per night by the buses from the bus stop that is quite literally right under your window. The breakfast is ok, but for the price, I don’t know. Will not be staying with Best Western again.

The hotel locates 15 minutes away from Berlin HBF by subway. Very convenient to attractions but relatively affordable than hotels around the hbf. This hotel locates in a nice bustling residential area. There are many shops and cafes nearby. Room is spacious and clean.

The hotel’s location and cleanliness are very good. It is about 5 stations away from the city center, roughly 8–10 minutes. However, it is very noisy—sounds from other doors make it difficult to sleep. In the early morning, you can also hear the room service moving around.

It’s a great location for you to do shopping and getting around Berlin. Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable. Wish they had more coffee pods offered. I stayed there for 7 days but I only 4 coffee pods. I wasn’t allowed to have more.

Really liked this hotel! The digital experience for check-in etc was so easy and seamless. The property itself is new, spotlessly clean and really innovative in its service offering. Will definitely stay again.

Good location with easy access to everything. However, the hotel was hard to find on the first day as it has no reception, which is part of its concept. Unfortunately, construction work was ongoing in the entrance and corridors throughout our stay, with no prior notice, apology, or compensation. Room amenities were minimal—only 2 small bottle of water for the first day and no slippers provided.

Quick response via email communication. Easy check in and out. Everything worked as expected. Just needed a bit more coffee, it ran out.

Honestly, the hotel's location is terrible; it feels quite out of the way. It was a bit of a stopover before heading somewhere else the next day, but you get what you pay for, like a dorm from a long time ago.

Although the location itself may not look good, there is only one tram line to Berlin Central Station on the M8, so it is easy to move around with a suitcase. However, you need to transfer to get to the main tourist spots, so be careful.

Excellent breakfast and silent location

The campus hotel is very simple and the bed is basic with only a tiny quilt for a so-called king sized bed. You hear every noise of the neighbors. It is really not a hotel for travelers, just ok for a meeting at FU Berlin. The breakfast is ok. Outside it looks kind of fancy!

The price was good, and the TV was big and new, with English channels available. It's located near a shopping district with lots of stores and restaurants. It's also close to the subway and bus stops, though it's about 3-4 bus stops from the train station and a bit far from the city center. The hotel is functional. It’s a short train ride from the airport (in the direction away from Berlin) and a few hundred meters walk. Room was clean and comfortable enough. We had an issue with the AC and the staff offered a quick solution.

Very nice independent hotel. Convenient location with a subway station and Straßenbahn stops right on your doorstep. Slept very well, although because it is on a busy intersection it can be quite loud at night.

Fantastic stay for 2 weeks at the GINN. The workers were so hospitable, I was asking for forks, knives, plates, etc (ordered a LOT of Uber Eats) and they never said no!! The room was nice and clean and the daily service was extensive (not just make your bed but actually cleaned the room). Great stay, all the workers were very nice.

The facilities are too old, and they feel worse than those of more than 200 hotels in China 😅, but it is indeed close to the FESPA exhibition. I walk to the exhibition every day, saving taxi fare.
