Very small room, no wardrobes, no street view, just an inside patio. they do not respect your choice of one bedding (we selected one big bed, got two instead). No refrigerator or minibar. Breakfast was ok, no ammenities (not even shampoo or gel, just one for both things) Rug was not clean, a disapointing experience overall.

Pillow and bed are not comfortable at all, because of this, I didn't sleep well at all and my back was hurt! Tried to ask the staff if they have other type of pillow, but they said they only have one type of pillows. If your room is facing the tram track side, good luck. I was told on the reception that “check-in from 3 pm” doesn’t mean that I can check in at 3:05 pm. It means that I can’t check-in earlier than 3 pm. Waiting didn’t take long at the end, but what kind of scam is it?! Or is it a membership bonus? The room is spacious and look nice, but has quite distinctive cigarette’s smell.
