Nothing special in this hotel excepted the nice rooftop bar. Efficient front desk, room OK but pretty expensive for what you get. Very bad point about housekeeping entering all of the sudden the room without notice despite “do not disturb sign” on. Breakfast with poached eggs prepared in advance (not minute) so bread is humid and inconsistent.

Room cleaning is an issue. They came to refill drink bottles but they didnt clean the room neither they change the use towels. Breakfast is too notch. Parking is an issue.

The hotel and the service are good. Location is a bit far from the town/shopping area but nothing a Uber cant fix. Quiet place which is good for me. Overall a pretty nice place to stay for a good price, will be back if I travel to Berlin again

Fantastic experience. I just had a 15-hour FLIXBUS tour and arrived in Berlin at 9 am exhausted. Reception kindly helped me checking in in advance. The room's also perfect. Breakfast was good. Really enjoy my stay!

Mediocre. When you walk in the decor is grand and the look and feel of the lobby and dining area made it seem elegant. But the rooms were the real truth behind this facade. Aletto hotel is next to the train station so getting to other areas in Berlin is easy. It is very convenient as well to have Starbucks just downstairs for breakfast, so props to that. However, room is slightly small and found it difficult to stuff our luggage in😅 Toilet is clean with a giant mirror, beds are slightly dusty.

The staff were very nice, lots of facilities were provided, including a bar, a canteen and a coffee shop. The room was very clean, better than expected, but since the toilet was shared, so cannot expect too much for that.

The room is located in Mitte, making it very convenient to get around. There's a Rewe and Rossmann less than 50 meters from the entrance, so shopping is really easy. Plus, there's a Coco and a Chinese restaurant right at the corner.

It's a good place to be at in this budget. It's good, but the mattress and blanket weren't cleaned. The rest, like the bathroom showers, everything was good.

The en-suite bathroom with a separate wet and dry area was great for our group of six women. The location is super convenient, with both the tram and S/U-Bahn just a two-minute walk away. The Rewe supermarket is also incredibly close, about a two-minute walk. However, the lockers on the ground floor were broken, so we had to use the -1 level for storage on our checkout day.

Started with a friendly checkout process. Very quiet even though centrally located. Daily room cleaning was perfect and digital checkout process was smooth.

The hotel is right next to the train station and the U-Bahn line. There's also a bus stop directly in front of the hotel with tons of routes, which saves a lot of time when you're out sightseeing.

The hotel staff were very attentive, we were very pleased with the location and the cleanliness of the rooms, and the breakfast was adequate. The small size of the bathroom and the fact that the shower was a bathtub were the only negative points I could mention.

Short city break Clean, well located hotel. Main pool and spa were closed for refurbishment during our brief stay but wasn't reason for visit it was proximity to event we were attending at zitadelle. We've been going here for years and would highly recommend. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and its a quiet street. They have snacks and cold drinks to buy if need to. Train and underground is a 5 min walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

Really worth it for the price. It was pleasant staying here and it is very convenient.

The lady at the reception (Asian) was unfriendly and seemed to have no idea what she was doing. I spoke with her supervisor, and then the issues were resolved. For 10 minutes, there were no bread rolls at breakfast, and the staff seemed completely overwhelmed. However, the older cleaning lady on the 6th floor was very friendly and accommodating.

 This is super close to the airport. A little far from city centre but with Tram and Trains. It's not that bad. 

This hotel is simply petty. When I booked indicating I am traveling alone, they really only left one pillow and a single blanket in the room. There was also no kettle, coffee/tea bags in the room. Small details, but shows they are quite cheap to their customers (not price, but services)

A standard business room with all the essentials, including breakfast, cost 20.50 euros. The front desk service was excellent, friendly and professional, and there was someone on duty at night. The bed seemed quite soft. You need to speak German to watch the TV.

On the whole zero complaints about the hotel itself. The complex is gigantic and much larger than expected, and as such, made finding reception quite difficult. The ‘front’ of the hotel is actually on the other side of the building than you’d expect - I.E. from the local tram stop, the entrance is on the opposite side than the one facing you. However, I’m unsure if we’ve arrived in an ‘offseason’...

The room was quite nice. The complex is huge, but the restaurant sells the ice cubes (???), guess is not part of the hotel. It is a lit bit far from the city, but the quality of the room and toilet was great. And comfy beds as well. AC working perfectly as was quite hot weather. Staff was professional and polite. Toiletries were quite good as well and we manage to have a great stay there.

Good location, in a touristy area of town (Checkpoint Charlie, and other tourist attractions is within walkable distance) that has many restaurants and other stores around. Have to go down to Lobby for toothbrush and other amenities, no slippers in hotel room either. But overall decent value for money.

This is not 4-star hotel but more likely 2- star max. No aircond, no fridge, and nonphone in the room. Very basic.

While the stay was good, it didn't quite meet the standards of a 4-star hotel overall. The staff still has a lot of room for improvement, both in terms of friendliness and dress code. Great place to stay for visiting Berlin. There's a tram stop right across the street. The cleaning staff were attentive and friendly. The reception staff were also friendly, but a bit less so, a bit colder. The breakfast was varied and good. There was no hairdryer. I would definitely return.

This is a clean, small hotel with a good breakfast and decent-sized rooms. Nothing fancy, but it has everything you need. The check-in can be done at any time, which is really convenient.
