The hotel is very close to the Berlin Zoo —you can easily walk there, which is one of the main reasons I chose it. There's also a large shopping mall nearby, just a one or two-minute walk away, so it's very convenient for shopping or having a dinner

I definitely give this hotel a perfect score. The front desk lady was very friendly. She greeted me every day and never had an impatient tone. There were a lot of plants in the hall and the interior decoration was also very elegant.

The hotel's location is excellent, super close to both the tram and U-Bahn, and only two or three stops from Berlin Central Station. The breakfast is decent, though of course, it can't compare to breakfasts at hotels in China. You have to specifically ask the front desk for room cleaning as it's not done daily. Overall, it's a good option for business travel.

Stayed here on two occasions with friends, once in summer and once in winter, both times in the quad room. The hotel is fairly priced, well located and has a kitchen where you can cook. My stay was RUINED by the man that works at the bar in the evenings. This is the 2nd '25 hours' hotel have stayed in in Germany ( also stayed in the 'day tour' one in Duesseldorf) and I have really enjoyed them both. They are a teensy bit quirky, and this one in Berlin is excellently located near the zoo and tier park ( you can overlook the zoo from the top floor breakfast restaurant)

Just spent an extended weekend in Berlin with my daughter, this hotel is just really vibrant, fresh, great rooms and plenty of breakfast also with a mediterranean twist. Location is superb. Teams at front desk and in restaurant are really effective, but during interactions, I missed the little extra smile and spark in the eye... but that's in the detail, the whole experience was really positive.

I stayed there myself in a 4 bed dormitory room. It was an excellent room and I liked the service. But it is better to have a socket near the bed for charging. They have two usb charging ports near every beds but it is better to have a c port or a charging socket. But overall, I liked it. Especially the staffs are always helpful. I am highly recommend it to whom who are looking for a cheap accommodation

It was easy to access from tram station, nice staffs. We have to use stairs from 7 to 8 floor, it can be hard. Guest kitchen was honestly messy and not clean, but it is the hostel. There was hair dryer, shower, there were everything that I needed. It was good staying.

Very pleasant stay. Clean and comfortable with an excellent location for exploring the centre of Berlin. Good shower, comfortable bed, blackout curtains, good WiFi. Only (minor) issue was that the air conditioning was a bit under-powered so the room was a bit warm. I was able to check-in several hours early and the check-out experience was smooth.

We were in Berlin for one night and a had meeting in Tegel. We booked Deluxe Room and the room was very spacious, so we could comfortably work from there before the meeting. The staff was very friendly and also the breakfast was very nice for a 3+ Star Hotel. Can definitely recommend this Hotel!
