Nice hotel, with kind but not much staff. The breakfast is really good, with a lot of different foods and a nice selection of healthy foods and stuff you don't normally get, like strawberry smoothies. All in all a solid choice to stay at.

Aletto hotel is next to the train station so getting to other areas in Berlin is easy. It is very convenient as well to have Starbucks just downstairs for breakfast, so props to that. However, room is slightly small and found it difficult to stuff our luggage in😅 Toilet is clean with a giant mirror, beds are slightly dusty.

Nice hotel, with public transport right outside, which makes it very easy to get around the city. The room is modern and more than adequate for a two-night stay, with everything you need, including an extraordinarily large bathroom, which is much appreciated. I cannot say anything except this was only cheapest option available near the Berlin Central Station. Renovation underway for the pathway leading from main road to property. Looks haunted with nobody around..small reception desk and no lift available if you carry big bags. Wooden Floor creeks with noise and corridors go black as there are sensor based lights and feels eerie, spooky.

I stayed for a week last month as it was a good location for my visit. My room on the second floor was a good size and was cleaned each day. The bed linen , towels and bathroom were clean. There was very little noise. There was a fridge. I didn't cook or have breakfast. The staff were pleasant. The curtains do not keep out light and black out blinds would be a great asset. I hope to stay there again...

No elevator, not suitable for elderly people

Breakfast is downsized but ok. They have parking for cars,vans or small lorry which is great. Extra plus.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at Wyndham Garden Berlin Mitte. The room is very clean & warm, the hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was also great! pretty nice!! me and my boyfriend stayed for a few nights and we both enjoyed it. it was clean, good service and good pizza. we could hear the strong wind from outside tho, but nothing extremely annoying. like an hour walking from city center.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the pictures, it looked old and the decor seemed like it was from the 90s, but after checking in, I found the environment to be surprisingly good, and most importantly, very clean. However, the hotel is located in a less safe area of Berlin, so it's best not to go out at night.

Friendly staff, and clean room. The location of the hotel is quite far from the city center but public transportation and bus/tram are located in front of the hotel. 2 euros for a bottle of water in the room? For me if I go to Berlin next time I will not book in this hotel.

Rooms road side are exposed to much street noise. Because there's no air-conditioning, you have to sleep with the windows open. So bring ear plugs. Rooms are tiny. So you have to do your Yoga in the hall. Beds are OK. Showers clean enough. Rooms are clean. For a summer season, it's not that great. They do provide a fan. It really needs modern air conditioning. Not bad for Berlin prices.

Super Hotel...home away from home

There is a terrible terrible smell in the elevator. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. It smelled like an old and moldy dishrag. The drain in the shower didn’t work too well, so there was a big puddle in the shower shortly after starting it. Otherwise the location is good and the bed is comfortable.

Good choice in a great area of Berlin Stayed for one night and it was alright. Located in my favorite area in Berlin. Staff was helpful and room was clean and spaceous. The only minus is that there is a busy road next to the hotel, which was a bit noisy. While this didn't bother me, light sleepers might want to request a room that is not directly facing the road.

Staff was very kind and location is good. Curtains don't block out all the light so it is hard to sleep in. Hallways got noisy in the mornings with other guests and housekeeping staff. Decent value for the money.

Everything was fine. The hotel is fine for a three-day trip. However, breakfast hasn't been served since February. It was offered as an option for booking. It didn't bother us, but it should be rectified.

Overall we had a nice stay. Room and bathroom were nice, spacious and comfortable. Perfect if you enjoy staying in the Friedrichshain area. However, one of the receptionists’ lack of skills to communicate and the fact that rooms weren’t soundproof did decrease the overall experience.

99% a very pleasant, enjoyable and satisfying stay. My only negative was: 1 of the 2 lifts being out of service. And, having to walk up 10 steps to reach the reception desk. The only issue we had was the room was very warm overnight despite advertising rooms were air conditioned it was not available (told it is not switched on until it gets to a certain temperature).

I had such a pleasant stay. I was supposed to check in at the hostel next door but they don’t have room anymore. I found here and the receptionists were so friendly and helpful with checking in, luggage storage and even so thoughtful to give me spoons and forks when I get late night food delivered. Everything was very clean too!

I've been here three or four times but neither as a hotel guest or visitor. They've rented out space in the back for a Corona test centre. That es where I went. Did I enjoy their service? Yes, recommend. Had to wait a bit the last time but all in all fast service.

All in all a good hotel suited for a short stay. The area surrounding is good, a 15 min walk from an area filled with shops, restaurants and hip vibes. The showers in the room have zero privacy (transparent glass doors that can be seen from the bed) so when traveling for work and sharing rooms with coworkers it can be awkward.

Hotel is in a good area! No complaints about the service or room. I only would advise to consider other pillows since these ones are not very pleasant.

Stayed in this hotel on a work trip week of October 15th. Every thing about this hotel is just wonderful.
