We arrived at the property before reception closed but when we got there they had closed at 4.30pm despite advertising reception closing at 7pm. Called security guard who let us in, gave us a key and pointed to the lift. Walked into unit 24 and it smelled of bleach and the unit was stifling. Looked for an air conditioner but couldn’t find one. (Europe was having the worse heatwave) Rang security guard and was told it was not his job and reception would open on Monday. Said there was air conditioner there. Assumed it was a portable air conditioner in the corner. Had no idea how to install it, rang the security guard again he said he would have someone contact us in 5-10 minutes. No one rang. I am an asthmatic and there was no way I could stay there and had to find alternative accommodation at 9pm on a Friday night with Frankfurt hosting the European iron man. The unit looked nothing like the photos. Walking around Frankfurt we saw ducting placed outside some open windows and assumed it was their air conditioning. We were overseas visitors, unfamiliar with the area and on the second fall. To us that would have all types of security issues for us. In short the apartment was not as advertised, no practical assistance was provided and we are substantially out of pocket as a result. Do not stay here.

Check in was fine although can't say we was amazed by the staff who seemed us turning up was a inconvenience.
Room doesn't have real A/C you get a plug in unit which you have to open the door to put the exhaust hose thru. The unit is very noisy and unless you want to leave the room unlocked you can't leave it on to return to a cool room.
Location is a little in middle of nowhere ok if you want a lot of walking.

Current building site directly across the road very noisy from 8am.
Ignore the sunbeds in the pictures we booked what we thought room that comes with the sunbeds and big outside area and got a meter wide balcony with 2 chairs.

This was a wonderful property with all the amenities needed. Centrally located and easy access to train/subway. Check in was fast, but the man who checked me when was marginally rude at best. Still, the property was very nice.

A very unsatisfactory hotel
As soon as I opened the door, there was a strange old smell.
After checking in, I found that the sofa bed in the family room (double bed + sofa bed) I booked was not set up at all. I searched the entire room but couldn't find any extra pillows, quilts, sheets, pillowcases or bath towels.
It was already past nine o'clock in the evening and there was no one at the front desk downstairs, so I had to call. A security guy came and said he didn't know anything, so I had to continue calling the remote staff. Finally, the security uncle took me to the cleaning room on the fourth floor, where I found what I needed, and then went back to my room to make my bed.
The kettle in the room was also broken. The water would not stop boiling by itself even if I turned the switch to off. The kettle would suddenly start boiling again and it was always boiling. The handle of the kettle was also leaking, and it was hot when I touched it. Safety hazard.
Other than that, the hotel is in a good location and the rooms are big.

Great stay for families, quiet neighborhood close to lots of things, very walkable. We had a long layover so stayed the night and took the nearby train to the airport.

We went for one night and had a junior suit. The beds are a bit hard , but not different than hotels in germany. The room was clean and had everything you need. from a microwave to oven, and everything you need. the location was in the heart of the city, you can get in the city centre by foot. the rescetionist was very kind, and helpfull. due a car problem we were forced to stay an other night and we were able to stay on the same room. as its a apartment complex you wont find breakfast here. altho there is coffe and tea and a little snack for you at the reception. what is very conveniant. i wont mind sleeping here again in the future I hope the receptionist ( i am sorry i forgot your name) reads this as she helped us when our car broke down. thank you for your help

No housekeeping for 3 days in a row, includinga weekday. And nobody at the reception to solve this problem and no phone number to contact anyone. We're stuck with 2 towels for 3 people for 4 nights. There's no AC in the room, they provide a mobile AC unit for which you have to keep the doors open and sleep. If I had not prepaid for this hotel, I would have left in a heartbeat !
