As an Indonesian traveler, I always try to stay positive and look forward to new experiences—even after reading many negative reviews on this site. I chose this hotel mainly for its excellent location, which I can confidently say is one of the best features. Being close to Frankfurt Central Station made it incredibly convenient, especially since I was continuing my journey to Zurich afterward.
The room itself was okay—a bit dark, but I believe that aligns with the hotel’s Middle Eastern-inspired theme. The bed was comfortable, and after a long international flight, I was able to fall asleep easily, which I really appreciated.
However, there were a couple of minor issues. Upon check-in, I noticed a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom, and even found a cigarette stub left behind, which was not pleasant. The shower drain was also a bit clogged, causing water to pool during use. These are small details but important for future guests and management to note.
Overall, it was a decent experience for a short stay. I would still consider returning, especially because of the location, but hope the hotel pays more attention to cleanliness and maintenance in the future.

Very poor quality for the hotel.
Due to finish of Chinese new year there were no options to choose the hotel, even this hotel had the price 200$ per night, what is insane.

One of the worst I encountered.. The arab guy sitting at the reception should be fired.. No manners and not very friendly.. He said my booking is not there and not bother to help me.. Is he germans ? When I was learning german language I was also taught also the good manners of the culture to live in the country.. No wonder many locals became ****** because this guy working at the reception.. doesn't matter if he has a german passport or not but he should be send back to school to learn good manners if he wants to continue to work in the tourism.. As long he is working there I advice you don't ever going there to stay at the hotel... Thank you for reading..

I booked a stay at Hotel Villa Oriental & Restaurant for my friend, and the condition of the room was shocking. The room was infested with bugs and was extremely dirty—completely unacceptable.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s a terrible experience, and there are much better options out there.

A 4 star rating flatters the Hotel Villa Oriental - 2 stars seems more appropriate but the price reflected this.

The shower was excellent and the beds comfortable but the room had a safe that was not working, a tv with a broken remote, a kettle but no tea or coffee and a basin with a plug that was very difficult to remove. Housekeeping failed to find a previous occupiers cap under a bed!

I am Haemann from Korea, and I stayed in room 1024. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the hotel manager who was on duty on the night of the 28th. Even after the checkout time, he kindly allowed me to wait in the hotel lobby until my bus departure and warmly welcomed me. No complain it was much better than expected from all the negative previous comments. Your booking a hotel near the train station and a night district and it is fairly priced . The mattress are due for replacement and the towels are not Hilton style but you get what you pay for . The staff was helpful friendly spoke English. All in all not for a picky eater but if you need a place to stay and are on a budget this is a good choice

The location of the hotel is extremely good, it only took 2 minutes walk from the east side of Frankfurt main station, but the entrance of the hotel is a little bit hard to find cause the hotel has the same entrance with another hotel which is named “little Paris” besides that, everything in the hotel are “acceptable”

The location is good near to main train station . However the hotel name is difficult to find . The name is hotel Paris , the real name is hide a bit. The room has antic decorations .
