I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The service at the lounge was exceptional — Adriano was very attentive and professional, making sure every detail was perfect. His warm attitude and attention to guests truly made a difference in the overall experience

When I enter the room at the end of the building and stay, felt too much cold to sleep, but the controller didn't work to warm due to centered controll temperature in this hotel. Then I asked hotliers Mr.Prassi and Mr.Smily to check whether can controll the room temp or not, but they didnt agree and just suggested to change the room as a solution. It doesn't make sense totally.
and Mr.smily who gave service not sure the exact name, anyway he just put the key in front the room, ignore my request and gone. looks like disregarding customer. Also, when I ask to Mr.Prassi how this kind of hotel as 5 stars evaluated by self happened this poor service, he said 'this is just business hotel, not 5 stars.'

Frankfurt Marriott Hotel surely has the great view to the Frankfurt skyline, and the sunrise 🌄 from its window, you can't complain anything about it.

Meanwhile, it has good VIP Lounge, sports bar, and buffet restaurant, overall is really a good combination.

While the services can be improved to align with the hardware of it.

After our flight got canceled, we were sent here by the airline.
The rooms were comfortable and the views were outstanding.
As our flight was very early the next day, we didn't get to try the breakfast.
The only thing that was missing from the room was a shower cap, especially if you are without your case.

The location is quite good, just about 300 meters from a shopping mall, though it’s a bit far from downtown.

The guest room, however, needs significant improvement—the air conditioning was not cool enough, and the overall room condition felt rather old.

On a positive note, breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices, and the restaurant staff provided great service.

Special mention to the senior bellboy, who impressed us with his outstanding service mindset and professionalism.”**
