The staff were really friendly! They all were able to communicate in English when we were struggling to speak in German. The breakfast was 10/10, lots to choose from, and our room was also great! We would definitely stay here again!

Just do it Dejlige senge, stort værelse, roligt, udsigt over torv, fabelagtig Italiensk restaurant til rimelig pris. Kan kun anbefales. Har været der 3 gange, aldrig blevet skuffet.

I got a spacious nice room. A bit dated, but for 2 nights this was sufficient. Room 106 has a soft mattress, which was not so good for my back problems. The kitchen is good. An honest Italian kitchen, that is why I stayed there for the 2 evenings. Beforehand an aperitif in the lounge and that was all. Friendly staff. If I have to travel back to Frankfurt I will consider this hotel again.

The room size was okay, and it even had a small refrigerator. I stayed in a connecting room, which ensured personal space while still being convenient. The bread for breakfast was nicely toasted, and the boiled eggs were excellent. The ham, fruit, and juice were all good. It's located right behind the main train station, a great location. The location is best. 2 min walk to the entrance next to platform 1. 4-5 mins to a laundry shop, which even opens on Sunday. 6-7 mins to a small REWE. The staff is very kind and helpful. The fried rice during breakfast is very tasty (a bit spicy)!

Good value for the money, but that's it. Broken door lock, soggy breakfast, wrong receipts and making up a quick surcharge for me when realizing I'm in need by the owner.

The hotel has a convenient location near the main train station and offers spacious. However, the service was disappointing — the front desk staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. My first room had a bad odor and a malfunctioning air conditioner. Although I reported it, the response was slow and unhelpful, and I had to wait for a technician before getting a new room. The second room was better but...

The check-in experience was terrible. I spent 50 minutes at the front desk because my key card was broken, and I couldn't get into my room. There was too much paperwork, which was a huge waste of time. Despite the front desk staff's efforts, it still took far too long!

Perfect location. Crossroads of pedestrianised area with bars all around. Room was excellent and quirky in a good way. Flawlessly clean. It's OK, the location is close to shopping malls.

The room is simple but tidy. The loaction is very good, right beside the center. The best of this hotel is the personel. The lady at the reception - Yana is so very nice, heplful and hardworking! The house is in the city center, close to Zeil Street, so it is very convenient to buy anything. There are Galeria, LV, Chanel, and two DM stores. In short, it is very convenient to buy anything. The breakfast is OK, just bread and sausage, which is easy to get tired of. The holiday is small, but relatively clean.

Very satisfied. Location, service, cleanliness, room, etc... one thing which can be improved is perhaps the hygiene bag for disposal of pads.

The front desk staff were friendly, and the hotel isn't too far from the airport. However, the shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, which was mentioned in some previous reviews, is no longer available. A taxi from the airport to the hotel after 10 PM cost about 8 euros. For an early morning flight before 6 AM, a taxi to the airport was around 22 euros. Hope this helps with your planning

The check-in was very smooth and the room just look as good as the picture. I couldn’t find a hairdryer in the room so I used there chat service with AI reply. It was quite informative, however, I still needed to go to the lobby to inform the receptionist and got the hairdryer myself.

Absolutely 10/10 for anyone looking for accommodation near the airport. The location is very convenient, and the stay was comfortable. Special credit to the front desk staff — they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly showed great hospitality. Their service made the stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

No room cleaning service, and they charge an extra €25 per night for it. The front desk service was pretty good, though.

this hotel does house keeping only once in 7 days hence i paid Euro 25 to clean the room as i was staying for 6 days but until i checked out room was not cleaned despite reminding the people at the reception everyday and finally had to get into an argument as they told me to send an email to their manager to get the refund of the Euro:25 they know that the room was not cleaned and they dont want to...

Excellent stay. very friendly reception, room great, well located.

Breakfast was great! The hotel is generally pretty good, and the front desk staff were kind but not very helpful when asked for directions or recommendations.

Clean rooms, kind staff and the staff speaks English and german, they were able to hold our luggage for us while we waited for the room to be ready so we could walk around

A great stay! Location and breakfast were perfect! They checked me in early and the support staff with free minibar options (water and beer and coke) was all amazing! My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the Adina Aparthotel. It is ideally located very close to a main underground, plenty of shops and close to the city centre. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and willing to help with any questions we had. The breakfast had everything you'd need depending on your preferences and the food is very fresh when you go down just after breakfast opening...

Excellent location with a gym and indoor pool plus In-room kitchenette.

Good location near the train station, but quiet and free of what is at the north-east of the station. Walkable to all the important sights.

Convenient, near the riverside and tram station.

Close to center, great views if you are on one of the top floors. Not ideal that there is no restaurant facilities in hotel for dinner.
