Over we hv a pleasant stay, hotel is on the opposite side of the side entrance at Frankfurt central station.  Welcome drinks and light snacks were provided at the hotel lobby and items in the mini bar were free (2 bottles of sparkling water, 1 Pepsi and 1 beer).

The room is simple but tidy. The loaction is very good, right beside the center. The best of this hotel is the personel. The lady at the reception - Yana is so very nice, heplful and hardworking! The house is in the city center, close to Zeil Street, so it is very convenient to buy anything. There are Galeria, LV, Chanel, and two DM stores. In short, it is very convenient to buy anything. The breakfast is OK, just bread and sausage, which is easy to get tired of. The holiday is small, but relatively clean.

We had the apartment size hotel, which was very spacious. The room came with tea pot, microwave, fridge, safety deposit box and wine cooler. The hotel is well located. The staff is friendly in particular Suzy who was very sweet and helpful with our breakfasts, which was delicious! As for the rooms, although they look good, maintenance needs to be worked on. The A/C wasn’t working in one of our rooms, and they didn’t have any unoccupied rooms with a working A/C until the following day and the bathroom lights in the other room didn’t work...

The neigbourhood isn't the best you can stay, but once you are inside the hotel is fine. Rooms are spacious and clean. The service is very friendly, doors are open 24/7, it's near to the station, city centre and Frankfurter Messe. You can book breakfast but you need to go across the street to antother hotel to enjoy it.

I liked my stay here, very good central hotel. Service kind. For some reason a plastic bottle was stuck in the gutter in front of my window.

Very friendly I stayed for 6 nights. All single rooms were fully booked except for the first and last days, so I combined a 4-night twin room for the cheapest option. When I checked in, I was told to just use the twin room. I was grateful for the towel dryer and tissue paper in the shower room. Very weird shape room. Decent for the area is placed, close by the main train station. Very small parking, do not bring a big vehicle or it will be very difficult to park.

I booked without checking the review so I ended up staying in the most very scary location ever in my life. The hotel room was small and everything in the room was compacted especially the washroom. You would rarely get space to open your suitcase. There was always a cigarette and other smell coming to the room.

The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine for a solo traveler. The area around the hotel felt a bit unsafe at night, so going out wasn't really an option. However, the hotel's proximity to the train station was a big plus! 👍🏻

We only stayed one night, it was okay. Bed was confortable and the service from the people in the reception was nice. There was a weird smell coming from the sink, seems it has not been clean for a while and there is no door to separate the shower from the room. Breakfast was various but my favourite thing was their honey, because they actually make their own honey and this is super great. I got a spacious nice room. A bit dated, but for 2 nights this was sufficient. Room 106 has a soft mattress, which was not so good for my back problems. The kitchen is good. An honest Italian kitchen, that is why I stayed there for the 2 evenings. Beforehand an aperitif in the lounge and that was all. Friendly staff. If I have to travel back to Frankfurt I will consider this hotel again.

The location is best. 2 min walk to the entrance next to platform 1. 4-5 mins to a laundry shop, which even opens on Sunday. 6-7 mins to a small REWE. The staff is very kind and helpful. The fried rice during breakfast is very tasty (a bit spicy)!

The front desk staff were friendly, and the hotel isn't too far from the airport. However, the shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, which was mentioned in some previous reviews, is no longer available. A taxi from the airport to the hotel after 10 PM cost about 8 euros. For an early morning flight before 6 AM, a taxi to the airport was around 22 euros. Hope this helps with your planning

The check-in was very smooth and the room just look as good as the picture. I couldn’t find a hairdryer in the room so I used there chat service with AI reply. It was quite informative, however, I still needed to go to the lobby to inform the receptionist and got the hairdryer myself.

The hygiene was terrible. The housekeeping staff were incredibly lazy and didn't clean properly at all. They didn't even throw away the previous guest's belongings. It was absolutely shocking! And I even found someone else's underwear in the bed... The cleanliness was beyond belief.
