location is directly opposite Skyline Plaza so was very convenient. Festhalle/messe hbf was just a short 3-4mins walk away. Area around the hotel is safe, bed was also comfortable.

It is summer now in Frankfurt and it's hot and humid. I checked in the rooms and found out that the air conditioning is not working well and it's not cool in the room. They gave me a stand fan in the room as an alternative. But it's still not cool in the room even with the fan blowing. I have checked in the same hotel a few 4 mths back and it's the same problems with the hotel air conditioning system...

Overall, a good stay, but the cleanliness of the toilet could have been much better and was below acceptable standards . Hip Hotel, amenities for upscale 4 star and leisure on the posh area of Frankfurt a little bit to relaxed and guest experience was not priority. Rooms only offered on top floor a Japanese bedding, which is not for everyone! The first room offered was not clean. But they changed another room for us.

I extended my stay again, and the price-performance ratio was still very high. Since it was my second stay, they even gave me a complimentary cocktail voucher for the small bar on the first floor. Although I didn't go, it shows the service was very attentive.

I stayed in hotel 2nd time. In room is all you need, its clean and there is comfortable bed + minibar :) Staff was smily and helpful. Breakfast was ok.
