The apartment is very basic, but it’s fine. Very good bathroom, with a good shower! Could be cleaner, but i’ve seen a lot worse. The bed was not very comfortable, but can be much worse. I asked for more pillows, cause they were small, this was no problem, i got them right away. It might be a good idea to bring an extension cord, because there are not much plugs. Also i missed a scissors, and a towel to dry the dishes, but you can buy those in the shops that are everywhere. The staff is nice and friendly, but we weren’t around a lot. Swimmingpool is not big, but satisfying. We had a great time. It is not the most expensive apartment after all, so be realistic.

Brilliant location. apartments very spacious and clean, cleaners every other day . Could have more plugs, no sockets for hairdryer in bedroom and a toaster in kitchen area would be a good addition. Pool great and staff lovely ,Vicky really nice and helpful ,check in fantastic with the greeting from Genxi (also bar man) who just made our holiday the craic was brilliant with his banter and is a great asset to the family run business. Nadia is just a great girl so friendly and helpful. Checkout with lambis was very cold and he seemed to only be concerned that we paid our bar bill , no thankyou for your custom or ask if we enjoyed our first stay at his apartments . Big shout out to brilliant Scottish and English friends we met who also made our holiday special. Will be back next year for sure

We had an amazing time. The apartment was clean. A big shout to our cleaner who works so hard. Nanda is a lovely person. Vicky is friendly and helpful. Genxi is a wonderful, funny, helpful and friendly human being. Genxi made our holiday. I can’t thank him enough for being so nice to us. Lovely mix of nationalities. Big hugs to our Irish friends. Can’t praise Genxi enough, what a hard worker he is. 😄😄😄😄😄😄

My family and I stayed here for a fortnight in August and it was just lovely. Nice basic apartment, lovely modern bathroom with a powerful shower and a nice balcony (Hot 🥵🥵) I think a toaster in the room would be a very welcome addition as would a TV. We don’t go away to watch TV but it would be nice to have it before we go out and when we return in the evening. The pool was lovely set in spotlessly clean, beautiful well kept grounds. Our two children certainly made the most of it! The bar staff were nice and were there to assist if you needed help with anything. This was our second time we previously stayed in 2022, and we’d recommend if you’re looking for a nice, peaceful relaxing self catering apartment. It’s a 10 min stroll to the beachfront via the perfectly safe underpass, no problem whatsoever. Thank you to all at Maria Lambis for a great holiday. See you again!

We are currently staying at the Maria Lambis, we have never been to Crete before and are 2 family’s of 3 Absolutely love our first visit, form the moment we arrived we have been made feel so welcome a little gem with a lively 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars in stallis and the beach. The beach is stunning as is our stay at the Maria lambis the rooms are typical with what we have experienced all over greece very basic but have a every we need and who wants to be in there room any way Special mention to the bar man Genxi who has made our family’s feel so welcome lovely man and has gone above and beyond for us One thing for sure we will be back

Just returned from a 10day break at Maria Lambis. Excellent place with beautiful gardens. The place is spotless with the friendly cleaners coming in every other day. Staff at the reception and bar especially barman Kenzie really helpful. Staff were helpful with giving information on buses and local excursions. Did not use the pool but saw there were loads of free sunbeds and the pool area was very quiet. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on food. Hotel is on a very good location, 7mins walk to the strip (very long) with a lot of bars and restaurants, 5min walk to local coffee shop and a supermarket. The hotel is off a main road with access to public transport which is very frequent and easy to use. Its walkable everywhere, with a pram, very hot. Loads of excursions for kids nearby, we did the waterparks 3 times 😕, excellent, Heraklion and Malia by bus and Crete night. Most excursions easily booked online.

The rooms were clean and very basic, but lacked essential amenities, such as a hair dryer. The shower quickly became blocked, so you could only shower for a short time. Both the pillow and mattress were extremely uncomfortable. We chose to avoid breakfast after reading poor reviews, and others we spoke to confirmed it was as bad as reported- unappetizing and not worth trying. The location is okay if you’re young and active, as the walk to Stalis wasn’t an issue for us. However, older guests may find the hill and distance challenging, as we saw when speaking to others. The biggest letdown was the staff. The main man at reception, who also served at the bar frequently, was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Despite our efforts to be polite and make conversation, we couldn’t even get a simple “hi” from him. His attitude was cold and dismissive throughout our stay, which impacted the overall atmosphere. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

Just got back from a week at the Maria Lambis, The apartments are clean and tidy and the cleaners come in every other day. The pool bar food isn't great or good very basic. The pool is lovely and room for everyone the staff are lovely and helpful. Only down side was no toaster or TV and hairdryer in the room. The breakfast is very poor £10 for a boiled egg or scrambled with warmed up ham,yogurt with tinned peaches cucumber and tomatoes. I won't be returning as this hotel isn't for us and the walk to stalis strip is uphill takes 20 mins to get to the middle of the strip.

Just returned from here. Very good value for money. We were not expecting the Ritz and the minor problems we had with the room such as the coffee machine and one wall plug were sorted immediately. It was a bit noisy on the odd night with drunk guests singing loudly and badly out of tune on a couple of nights hence 4 stars. Only feedback I can give is as a Rammstein fan I was impressed but the subject matter of their lyrics could cause offence if UK guests knew what they were singing about, especially with children being present. Failing that, we had a great stay

Lovely little place which was nice and quiet. Staff are great, loved our stay. Thanks for making us feel so welcome. Would love to come back again one day. Location is very good, takes about 15 mins to walk into town which was perfect for us. Beach is a 5 minute walk away
