The rooms are basic nothing fancy, best rooms are the one bedroom apts. they are large. As for self catering not much for cooking no microwave only 2 ring hot plate frying pan and 2 pots a fridge and some utensils plus an electric kettle. Sunbeds are free large swimming pool, lovely grass areas and easy access to the beach.

The best apartments in Stalis! We have stayed with George at Lia Sofia a number of times now and keep returning. It feels like a home from home. Apartments are spotlessly clean, in a quiet area just off of the beach road. It’s in an ideal location for exploring Stalis. It has a welcoming family environment that keeps us returning each year.

The owner, George, is very nice, helpful and flexible. 😊 The apartment is very pleasant, clean, sophisticated and perfectly equipped with everything. 👌🏾 During my 1 week stay, they cleaned twice and changed towels twice. Upon my arrival, I received the host's home-made wine in my room as a welcome gift, and when I left, I received the host's own homemade raki. 🤗 Shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach are a few minutes' walk away. 🆒

An amazing location and great apartment. Everything is close by and the beach is wow. The apartment itself has all that you need for a long term as well as short term vacation. We had a studio, but the space was big enough for 3 people and the kitchen had everything basic for cooking or snacks. The owner, Giorgio is very friendly, kind, and helpful when it comes to recommendations, tips for good times, and overall does his best to ensure that you have a great experience. We are coming back next year.

Great location just a few steps from the beach, bar's, restaurants and shops, yet quiet and peaceful. Really comfy beds with thick mattresses. Water, wine and chocolate cake waiting for us in our room on arrival. Run by a lovely family.

The rooms are very clean and the owner cleans it himself. The location is very close to the beach and restaurants. The owner is very nice and even brought us to the airport. The rooms are a bit old, but that was no problem for us. It also came with airconditioning.

My wife & I have been going to Stalis for the last 18 years and have stayed in a few different hotels. For the last 7 years, we have been staying at Lia Sofia. It's very clean and quiet even though it's very near the seaside and the main street. Giorgos, the owner, and his family are most welcoming & are making sure that our stay is perfect. We have already booked for next year. To Giorgos, Lia & Kostas, thank you for everything.

Excellent accommodation, ideally located,the family that own the apartments are very nice people. The apartments that we have stayed in are spacious and clean. Regularly serviced. Close to all local amenities and many restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

Very nice apartments. Great location. Lovely pool area. Karen in the bar in the day is AMAZING, great sevice and she makes great cup of coffee. Churi the cleaner is lovely, she comes in and cleans the rooms every day. Both are very helpful and friendly. The evening staff are also lovley, Pela, Gregory, Antonio and George are great. Love coming here.

We have previously stayed in many different apartments in Stalis, but Lia Sofia is by far the best. George is a fabulous host and made our stay really enjoyable. The apartments are spotlessly clean, with large rooms and balcony in the centre of Stalis. We were greeted by home made wine and chocolate cake as well as water and flowers in our room. Throughout our stay George made sure we were enjoying our stay, recommending places to eat and booking us taxis. We will be booking again for next year and now wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
