Simply the best! The family operated guesthouse, is that. You’re a guest and they offer the best of Cretan hospitality. They make you feel like family. It is just far enough out of the hustle and bustle of chania, yet only about a 5-6 minute drive into town. The orange groves, pool and pool bar area is perfect. Just returned from 14 nights in Despina Apartments, our third time, nothing is too much trouble for George, the apartments are spotless, attended to by Valentino, and the surrounding area, by George. Lovely hotel! It’s such a nice hotel, George is really accomodating. The cleaning lady (i didn’t get her name sadly) is so sweet and good at her job. There's a large supermarket just across the street, and the sea is a 7-10-minute walk away with good access. There's another inexpensive supermarket on the way to the beach. Fantastic holiday here. In the centre of the malia. However when you are in your rooms at night, noise is minimal. Staff are really friendly. Nico was really helpful, and would go above and beyond to help you with anything. Would definitely recommend these apartments

Excellent structure, very well kept and clean, extremely courteous and helpful staff. Through pedestrian access you are directly in the street where the clubs and clubs are and in any case it remains a private and not very noisy structure. Was a great hotel room and was exactly as described and there is a pool and bar that you have access to right next to the hotel. Nikos the manager was great the man doesn’t stop working, was very friendly and had a laugh with us. Was quiet despite being right on the strip in a prime location. We really enjoyed our stay!

Structure Close to the center and all the venues. There is a beautiful swimming pool available to customers. The apartment is very functional, structured on two levels, the living area with two beds, and the sleeping area with the bedroom and a beautiful bathroom. The only negative was having to pay for air conditioning separately!

What an incredible apartment set up they have here. I can’t put my finger on what it is but l will try to explain. Firstly, the apartments are clean, air conditioning is brilliant and the fridge works beautifully. I’m going to leave that now as what makes this place special is the staff. We stayed at the Louise apartment. Everything was perfect and the unobstructed sea view from the large balcony was spectacular. We could hear the waves at night, which was very relaxing, and we could stare at the stars (half balcony was roofless, I guess for this reason).
