We spend a week end of July 2020 and we have to admit that we made the right choice. Great location right , next to the city center, very close to the beach, bus station, Bars , Clubs. This was fine for a one night stay. But the AC was pretty dirty and the overall layout of the room was inconvenient. The bed offered no blanket, just a sheet.

Great Budget-Hotel, which I would visit again. The hosts are super welcoming and friendly. You can feel free to ask them anything, without them being intrusive. Excellent beach front hotel in Siteia pedestrian area. Our room was spacious, clean and with a nice balcony overlooking the beach. Communication with owner was great. Just keep in mind there’s no elevator and steps are quite steep.

We relocated to this hotel because of M issue with the original one. We didn't have full money at the time because we were waiting on a refund. From the minute we arrived the family were attentive and always on hand. A great location only 10 minute sot one of the beaches and a 15 minute walk to the port. Popi, Stellios, Georgos and Mary were superb hosts and always willing offer advice on where to see and visit when asked. Simply the best! The family operated guesthouse, is that. You’re a guest and they offer the best of Cretan hospitality. They make you feel like family. It is just far enough out of the hustle and bustle of chania, yet only about a 5-6 minute drive into town. The orange groves, pool and pool bar area is perfect. Great place to stay infront of the beach with beach umbrellas. Rooms are clean and have possible small cooking facilities. They clean the rooms everyday. People are welcoming and friendly. Nice pool and overall good ambience. An Instagram worthy place!

We have just stayed at Parthenis beach suits and it was perfect. A group of 13 of us with mixed ages from 19 to 63 and everyone loved the place. Accommodation great, the beds are so comfortable. The best nights sleep I have ever had staying on a Greek island. The food is delicious, pool area lovely, staff friendly, well located beach front beds with an amazing sunset view to top off beautiful days...

Would’ve been nice to have a chance for a firmer and thinner pillow. The pillows in the closet were the same as the ones in bed.

The restaurants head waiter is very kind and polite. As we arrived midnight after 15h travel, we did not have any toilet paper until next day. Luckily we survived. Would have been nice to apologize immidiately and offer some extra as a kind gesture. The shower head’s upper holder was broken in our room but we weren’t bothered about it after not having toilet paper the first night. Hope they wont try...

Good location (which is what you're paying for) but the rooms are a bit dated.

Just returned from 14 nights in Despina Apartments, our third time, nothing is too much trouble for George, the apartments are spotless, attended to by Valentino, and the surrounding area, by George. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and shops all along the main road, and a short walk to the beach with sunbeds and shades. We are looking to go back again next year and highly recommend this complex

Lovely hotel! It’s such a nice hotel, George is really accomodating. The cleaning lady (i didn’t get her name sadly) is so sweet and good at her job. We stayed for free on the day we were leaving ‘till 6:30 in the evening. George arranged transfer to and from the airport so we didn’t have to worry. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in Elotis suites from 17 Oct for one week as a family of 3 adults and 2 teens. We had room 201 which is by far the best apartment because of the balcony and the view. There is about 15 steps to get upto the apartment so might be an issue for some but for us it was fine. 2 twins rooms which can be made into double beds if needed and also two sofas in the living room for extra beds. We spent two weeks here in a family suite, and while I would not stay in the family suite again as a family of five (for five people it was too small, the kitchen was dated, and the bed settee was very hard), I would definitely recommend the establishment itself.
