Old Town Suites in Chania Town

I recently stayed at Old Town Suites and overall had a very pleasant experience. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping was top-notch, and I’d especially like to commend Mrs. Moda for her professionalism and warm attitude. She ensured the room was spotless and made me feel welcome with her friendly demeanor. I’d also like to highlight the excellent service from Ms. Ada, the bartender. She was very polite, professional, and helpful. Her kind and attentive approach made my time at the bar comfortable and enjoyable. A special thanks as well for allowing me to store my luggage at the bar opposite the accommodation until my airport transfer. This small gesture made my departure much more convenient and stress-free, and I truly appreciated the support. The location of Old Town Suites is excellent—everything you might need is within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and bars. Most nearby bars close around 2 a.m. While there was some noise during the night, I personally didn’t mind. However, if you're sensitive to noise, it could be a minor inconvenience. My only disappointment was the lack of communication from the accommodation management. I reached out ahead of time to request an airport transfer and later sent a message regarding a delayed check-in. Unfortunately, I received no response to either message, which was frustrating and unexpected given the otherwise high standard of service. Despite this issue, I had a great stay thanks to the dedication and kindness of the on-site staff. With improved responsiveness from management, this accommodation would be even better. I definitely recommend Old Town Suites for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and prime location in the heart of town.

Beautiful room spotless and gorgeous. We had no trouble checking in or out. The housekeeper visited daily and overall it was a fantastic stay. However , a word of advice , if you aren't a night owl then this room isn't suitable (at least the one we stayed in ) as the balcony overlooks a very busy street at night with music and lots of people . So if you asleep earlier ask if there is a quieter option :)

Lovely building and rooms in an excellent location. We had a standard room as we were only staying for 1 night. Room clean, comfortable and practical and for what we paid we feel we had excellent value for money. Had a slight problem checking in and more information needed up front on that as we didn’t realise that it was connected to bar opposite but all sorted eventually. I’d definitely look at availability here if I was staying in Chania again.
