The room was spacious and clean. We booked a triple. The service excellent, staff very friendly and helpful especially the gentleman in the evening went out of his way to help us with everything. Location superb. Highly recommended. Thank yo. Hope to be back.

A wonderful overnight stay at this hotel. I had just been discharged from the local hospital and booked this hotel very late at night and arrived approximately 10pm. Situated in a lovely street in Chania. The room was exceptionally clean, lovely shower area, comfortable beds, AC and balcony area. The next morning we explained to the lovely receptionist I had been in hospital and needed to stay in bed, she let us extend our stay free of charge. She welcomed my family who came to visit and assisted us with numbers for doctors and arranged our taxi. When they did need the room back she made us welcome and comfortable in the reception area for as long as i needed. I cannot thank this lady enough. The hotel is lovely, I would love to return here when I am feeling better to enjoy the hotel and surrounding area.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean and spacious room with a nice balcony. The reception was always friendly and adapted very well to my requests. I can definitely recommend this place to stay in Chania!

All in all, a good hotel, although quite expensive. Breakfast was served in a paper bag, with only three options to choose from (which we weren't given anyway), and it was carbohydrate-heavy, not bad in itself, but monotonous. The room was very noisy, and we couldn't stand the air conditioning, so we decided to sleep with the window open.

Good location in the edge of the old town. Strange entrance where you have to climb upstairs in order to get the elevator. Weird disabled lift where you have to climb over the metal bannister to get the lift.

Bathroom was very clean & modern. Bedroom was clean as well with a comfortable bed. Big terrace / balcony area with a great view.

Breakfast was great value for money with lots of tasty options, I even saved the sandwich everyday for my lunch due to the filling options provided.

Location was dead centre in Chania allowing great accessibility to all the local sights, restaurants & views.

Location was good for bus station and old town. Room was clean and tidy. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Only stayed one night as we had to catch flight the next day. The only disappointment was that the roof terrace was closed off and we was looking forward to a telaxing drink and view of the town.

Good location, at 5-10 minutes walking distance from the port, not in a loud area but close to the city center, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed, nice large balcony. Cons: the bathroom doesn't have any type of hangers or shelves for the towels/toiletries; the place feels a bit old; no parking place, but we found public parking on Mark. Mpotsari street and nearby streets (10 minutes away by foot).

Fine hotel, would predict the hotel's downfall though. Solid but simple and tasteless design, great potential, but cheaply constructed. As a guest here for 3 days, was nice. Location is good, rooms are large and pretty, but, not the best quality place. So it being a new place, it was nice, but I would not take the risk of going back in say 5 years out of fear of degradation.

There was construction in the building over at 8:00 to wake you up which was lovely.

Highlight of the hotel is the area. Really, it is a cheap hotel which benefits from the beautiful old town chania environment it exists in.

If the younger people working the front desk read this, you were all great and friendly. Nice to meet you. The manager, is something else, not a lovely presence to say the least. Young people if you’re reading this, I understand and see your frustration with this tyrant.

I am not sure which portion of our stay was the best. The hotel itself is absolutely remarkable and historical. Our hotel rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Their staff was friendly and helpful. BUT their restaurant was so delicious! From their breakfast to dinner and cocktails. The flavors and freshness did not disappoint. MonEs provided us with the best dinner in Chania!

We were really impressed. The service, the food, especially the ambiance, even the acoustics were something special. The price-performance ratio is definitely fair. It’s a place for a special occasion. The service was absolutely great! That's exactly how I imagine service in a restaurant should be. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! I have looked at the other reviews. Absolutely not justified. If you are looking for a vegan restaurant then you should do a better search on Google. If you're looking for a quiet ambience and something non-touristy for €30 for food, this is the place for you.
I love fine food, exclusive and not fast food. That's what I got here. If you know about good food, this is the place to come. The rest give unrealistic reviews that meet their standards.

What a hidden gem!! In the middle of everything and about 2 blocks at most from the Harbor. Check in was wonderful and the Receptionist very accommodating and answered all our questions and gave us great tips as well. The rooms were ample enough great pillows, mattress and very very clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was tasty and they serve very generous portions. Most importantly there is an elevator which is perfect for elderly people like us. Property is so beautiful- don’t pass up the opportunity to stay here!!
