Everything was great, right in old port Chania
Very nice people
The room Very clean
Good location
Fantastic location. Great view from the balcony. Hotel staff was very friendly and very responsive to questions. Overall a great experience!
The room had everything we needed, comfortable bed, balcony, powerful shower, sofa and kitchenette. Beds were made up everyday. Everyone was friendly, helpful and made us feel so welcome. Would definitely go back again
Beautiful room with a great view, and perfect location for exploring the waterfront in Chania.
Had a nice balcony and view of the water 😊

Parking is not easy but I recommend you to Park at tolo Place. Our host Elutheria is exceptional
No words can describe the hospitality of the owner, Eleutheria..The hotel was absolutely spotless, right in the middle of the old town with restaurants, shops and everything in between.
Highly recommend this place! our stay was amazing and we are very grateful to have met such a perfect host! Thank you!😊
The kitchenette had everything you need to make a light meal. The room was spacious and very clean. The room had AC which was surprising! Excellent location for exploring Chania. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful oasis to enjoy a glass of wine and unwind. I would stay again without hesitation.
Palazzo di Pietro is a hidden gem - a delightful property with many fascinating elements. It's spotlessly clean. The owner, Eleutheria, was extremely welcoming and helpful, and gave great guidance for interesting things to do, places to eat etc. There were many small touches which made our stay wonderful - we would definitely want to stay here again if re-visiting Chania.
Wonderful Old Town Location!
We had a wonderful stay. The service and location are both excellent. We hope to be back again someday. I also want to thank you for your help before our arrival regarding parking our vehicle. Parking just outside the historical walking district was complicated for us, and your guidance made things much easier by directing us to the nearest free parking.
We loved this hotel! We actually extended our stay for an additional day. This hotel only has 7 rooms and Eleutheria and the ladies who prestar this hotel were amazing! Be advised that there is no parking around this hotel as it's in the pedestrian district of Old Town Chania so do your research about parking beforehand! Also, there is no elevator so I would advise not taking a large suitcase (as I...

Our stay at Minoos Hotel was excellent! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish – they really made us feel welcome. Check-in was smooth, the room was nice and comfortable, and the price was great for what you get.
The only minor detail was that the windows faced the interior staircase, but I knew this when booking and it didn’t affect the experience at all.
Overall, I...
Great, spacious room and beautifully decorated !!!
The facilities surpassed our expectations, especially the jacuzzi, which gave a nice twist of luxury to our stay!
Nice price/quality ratio, for a room located in walking distance from both the old harbor and the city center.
Stelios is a great host, really helpful and friendly, with a nice demeanor, always ready to answer any of our requests.

This place is awesome! Great communication from the owner prior to arrival. It was a beautiful room that I enjoyed so much that I booked it for my last night on the island. The location could not be more perfect. Walking distance from everything of interest in the city. Great recommendations from the owner.... What more could you possibly ask for? Not much. Loved it!
Great location but the facilities not so good
Have a great view form room nr 5 on the top floor and nice place.
Really nice hotel overall.
The reception doesn't look that nice but honestly the room is.
Everything's clean, there's a jacuzzi, a big Italian shower, AC, free coffee at disposal at the entrance of the room.
I really don't know what's missing...
Highly recommend it!

Awesome and best location with harbour view from the room. We stayed there for two nights in sea facing room. Room size is small but bed is comfortable. Hotel staff is nice and friendly, allowed us to keep bags after checkout. Best place to experience chania old town.
We have a balcony room with stunning views of the Venetian harbour. While the room and the bathroom are small, they are very clean and functional. The bed is very comfortable and with the doors open at night, the sound of the waves lapping in the harbour create a great ambiance. The staff are very helpful. A simple breakfast is available at €12 if you want it. We thoroughly recommend Lucia Hotel for...
Wow. This was a great stop. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms, and the view is heavily underrated of the port. We had a centrally located room overlooking the port. Each morning I could watch the sunrise, drink my tea and stretch and exercise in the peace and quiet. Great place to people watch. I felt like royalty from my balcony seeing most of the people walking by looking up at me and smiling...
You get what you pay for. The hotel is quite old-fashioned, and that shows in the rooms and overall decor. The room was outdated, the balcony was very small, and the bathroom was also quite cramped. Noise was an issue — you could easily hear people in the hallways and other rooms.
However, the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made a difference. Breakfast was okay — nothing fancy, but it...
Budget hotel right in the middle of old town. Surrounded by restaurants and bars. Amazing view and close to public transit and parking. Staff was very helpful. Anyone that comes to Chania pretty much comes to hangout in the old town so it was very convenient to just be in the centre of all. I regret not staying here longer, 2 nights was not enough. Also felt very safe as a solo woman traveller.
Great location, nice staff - they were pleasant but not always overly helpful with suggestions of restaurants, etc. Clean and serviced regularly.
With windows closed and AC on it actually kept a fair amount of the bust Chania town noises out, BUT I did find that I heard a fair amount of the interior noises (doors, locks, voices, etc)

Friendly staff, clean hotel, great location and fair price
We absolutely loved our long weekend at Hotel Ideon. It was in a fantastic location, close to the beach and only a 15 minute walk along to front to Chania Harbour. We spoke the owners a few times (not just at check-in) and they were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Our room was absolutely spotless...
Excellent location walking distance and close to old town and beach area.
Parking near hotel is street only and challenging
We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very close to the old town (less than 10 minute walk), but far enough that it’s quiet during the evening. The family run hotel was very welcoming. Would definitely recommend!
I was seven nights at this hotel, and it was the best vacation of my life. The room I stayed in was not only beautifully decorated but also impeccably clean. It was evident that great care is taken to ensure both hygiene and comfort.

A beautiful restored mansion which transports you into the fairytale world of your long lost great aunt. That is if your great aunt was a wealthy diplomat's wife. The service is warm and personal. Historical opulence with contemporary attention to detail and the friendliest Cretan hospitality made this stay the best start to holiday. Fantastic stay at Elia Dorotheou.
The location and service was AMAZING 👏
Modern room with the yummiest breakfast 😋
Looking forward to coming back next year
The location was excellent, in the heart of old town -- very closed to the shops and restaurants. Our room was in the back of the building so it was quiet. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly.
Perfect location when staying in Chania and you want to be close to the harbour and restaurants.
The room is clean, spacious and with air-conditioning. However, the window couldn't close completely shut, and there was a lot of noise from the many restaurants nearby. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel!
Staff, location, and facilities provided were all excellent. The bed was also incredibly comfortable . Would recommend staying here if looking for a short break in Chania.

Wonderful stay. Fantastic hotel, owners and staff in a superb location for exploring the old town. Everyone was very hospitable and generous which was deeply appreciated. Family ran so you can make a personable connection with the people and place.
Really nice hotel, the location is amazing and the view from the balcony right into old town, you will feel the jealousy of bystanders as you sip your raki / coffee from the balcony.
The room we got was nice with a comfy bed with perhaps too many pillows. 😂 Room was a bit dated, but includes all you need: iron, coffee machine, hairdryer, etc. Bathroom was clean.
Service was excellent throughout.
Rooms were very pretty. Super high ceilings, great double glazing, comfy bed, nice shower. View over the square where Agios Nikolaos is. This is in a busy part of the old town, so take that into consideration if you are looking for something really quiet - it is not. A Bright Example of Greek Hospitality – Simply the Best!
We apologize for the late review (we stayed in May), but we simply had to take the time to communicate to the world that Roula, the owner, and her entire team at Deluxe Hotel deserve every bit of recognition and acknowledgement for their outstanding hard work and hospitality.

This is a 3-star hotel, so we didn’t expect anything too fancy – and overall it was fine. However, it would be great if the room key with the magnetic card wasn’t attached to the same keychain. If you're staying as a couple and one person wants to pop out to the shop, the other is left without a key and… without electricity too.
There’s absolutely no soundproofing – if a family with kids happens to...

Amazing 2-night stay :) had a lovely room filled with all needed amenities in a very good location near the port. Everything was spotless clean. The cleaning lady did a great job, came back on the second day to find everything in place, she even hanged up a few clothes which we had left on the bed! We loved our stay here. It is continently located to harbour, restaurants, shopping and parks.
The only downfalls about this location is the noise at night. It starts to settle down around 1-2am, which was difficult with young ones.
The other would be parking, it is hard to find a spot on the street, public parking is ridiculously over priced, the free location is a 10min walk.
But these inconveniences...
The place is good looking and clean but it is not functional. The light could not be on while you open the door. Nice hotel close to the beach and great buffet
Excellent stay. Clean room with small kitchen/fridge area in building set back about 200 feet from the beach. My room had a private balcony overlooking the beach with a terrific view. Off street free parking right in front of the apartment. Area has several restaurants within a few minutes walk and nice beach for swimming/windsurfing. Great communication with management. My family loved this hotel. Everything is 5-stars in my book. If I could give 10 stars, I would give it to the staff. One example of why I feel this was is that we had to depart at about 4:00am. All staff were very friendly. Breakfast, at extra cost, downstairs nice too. And perfect spot at night to sit out in front having a few drinks and people watching. Would highly recommend.
Only slight negative, and not hotel...
Spacious rooms, visibly clean, beautifully decorated exactly like the pictures on here! impressed by the atmosphere! Perfect location for vacation. Ground floor rooms are a bit noisy due to being directly on the traditional alleys behind the harbour, but it's lively and it didn't't really bother. Staff was helpful and we had a lovely stay.

Exceptional Location.
Very Comfortable Room, Nice Decoration.
Absolutely, quintessential little stay. Extremely polite, clean, and accommodating. More importantly, it is truly a VERY quiet sleeping experience...even with rooms right next to you and a party raging below your window. Loved the little pub downstairs for night caps. Make sure you go to the rooftop for coffee or just people watching at night. The gulf breeze and ambience up there is a nice respite...
Very good burger, for a good price. A real recommendation

My particular room was perfect for 1 person, but would not be comfortable for two - which was fine since I was meeting family after Crete. If you aren’t looking for a lot of bells and whistles, this probably works.
Be prepared to roll your luggage down the street! Cars can’t enter...
The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay in Chania. Their recommendations on aight to aee and restaurants to eat at were spot on.
The hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of the old town . WEMe even got a room upgrade!
I loved this hotel!!!! It was so cute, staff was really nice and helpful at the front desk.
Excellent location in the old town, you can walk everywhere and there are lots of great restaurants nearby. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the street, and with the windows closed at night it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The shower area could use a refresh, the bathroom is a bit fatigued looking. The television in our room was non-functioning, and the WIFI is very weak. The...
