Palazzo di Pietro is a hidden gem - a delightful property with many fascinating elements. It's spotlessly clean. The owner, Eleutheria, was extremely welcoming and helpful, and gave great guidance for interesting things to do, places to eat etc. There were many small touches which made our stay wonderful - we would definitely want to stay here again if re-visiting Chania.

Very good location, big car park and perfect to walk around in Chania. There's a cycling path infront the road to Irene and next to a restaurant. If you were in a three-star hotel for 1,000 a night, I would think you were pretty good, but if you said that you were in a five-star hotel for 2,400 a night, I would find it ridiculous. My family loved this hotel. Everything is 5-stars in my book. If I could give 10 stars, I would give it to the staff. One example of why I feel this was is that we had to depart at about 4:00am. They made sure we had breakfast boxes that we could take with us. They woke up early to make this happen. We were all touched by their caring service.

Wonderful quirky room in great location. Initially we were in a room with main bed on a mezzanine level but stairs not good for old arthritic knees so they let us change rooms. All staff were very friendly. Breakfast, at extra cost, downstairs nice too. And perfect spot at night to sit out in front having a few drinks and people watching. Would highly recommend. Only slight negative, and not hotel...

Spacious rooms, visibly clean, beautifully decorated exactly like the pictures on here! impressed by the atmosphere! Perfect location for vacation. Ground floor rooms are a bit noisy due to being directly on the traditional alleys behind the harbour, but it's lively and it didn't't really bother. Absolutely, quintessential little stay. Extremely polite, clean, and accommodating. More importantly, it is truly a VERY quiet sleeping experience...even with rooms right next to you and a party raging below your window. Loved the little pub downstairs for night caps. Make sure you go to the rooftop for coffee or just people watching at night. The gulf breeze and ambience up there is a nice respite...

Cute and quaint boutique hotel. Don’t expect much, but that’s okay, you’re there for the charm, experience and location! My particular room was perfect for 1 person, but would not be comfortable for two - which was fine since I was meeting family after Crete. If you aren’t looking for a lot of bells and whistles, this probably works. Be prepared to roll your luggage down the street! Cars can’t enter...

The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our stay in Chania. Their recommendations on aight to aee and restaurants to eat at were spot on. The hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of the old town . WEMe even got a room upgrade!

Excellent location in the old town, you can walk everywhere and there are lots of great restaurants nearby. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the street, and with the windows closed at night it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable.
