Lovely staff and cute little hotel right in the middle of the old town. In a very picturesque walk way. It’s a little dated and has very tiny rooms with even tinier bathrooms with a little personal shower. Not ideal for two. If you have a large suitcase good luck finding space for it

Had a top floor room with a view to die for, close to the harbour quite rustic with modern bathroom. Booking direct was easy with assistance / advice on parking and an early check in, rapid response to a few emails. Warned prior that there was no lift but had assistance with bags etc. Service wise, for our stay of a couple of nights George was a mine of information and assistance, very much appreciated

Our room was nice and big, the hotel is really close to the old town, port and traditional market, but situated in a silent small street. What we enjoyed the most was the people of the hotel: really kind, hospital and always ready to give very good advices about what to see and how to reach any place!They really made us feel at home!! I'll definetly come back!

Hotel Tina is a low price budget hotel with no frills. You get what you pay for but....the service you receive (to me) exceeds expectations. Room is cleaned daily and bedding/towels replenished every other day. Mein host Nikos is very hands on and happy to provide any local knowledge to help assist you to ensure your visit will be a happy and enjoyable one.

The room was just as described I got my hot tub and king size bed. There were 2 cons which was the bathroom being the main 1 the shower drains would flood the bathroom so it was a slip and fall waiting to happen and then there was a water bottle behind my bed which let me know the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned or inspected. We have just returned from Chania, Crete and this hotel we called it our home for about 7 nights. Our room was quite spacious with a comfy double bed, shower was perfect and so relaxing. Location is great as it is close to the old venetian harbour and also coffee shops, bars and restaurants.

YOU MUST STAY HERE!!! I don't think I've ever stayed in a better hotel. There rooms were nice and clean with a great view, but what stood out is the exceptional service. Absolutely incredible!! The breakfast was top notch, the views, the hospitality. They even give you a bottle of wine when you check in for your room. They gave me a sandwich and local honey for my road trip and offered so much kindness, smiles, and love!

This hotel was in a great location, the staff was very helpful, a bit noisey as you are so near the harbour but that cannot be helped.

This is a lovely authentic Cretan hotel with a fabulous roof top terrace and great views. The breakfast buffet was great too. The only issues for me were the very hard bed and the 42 steps up to our room, which when you forget your phone is a challenge!

The hotel is in a very good area. Room was ver clean with every day housekeeping. On the other hand shower cabin without door and the water splashing out, wardrobe very small with just 4 hangers, no light in the bathroom ( just small mirror light) , coffee maker without coffee provided, balcony quite small .

Nice room with really cold floor but really hot water. Great location, make sure pay attention for check in details, or you’ll end up wandering around in circles looking for entrance and reception. Noise from street will disturb a light sleeper, but comfortable bed will compensate.

If you have a car and traveling with luggage, this hotel is not for you. Finding a parking is very hard. The hotel advertised "free off-site parking" is a lie. They are referring to the city public parking. I recommend ******* to have them change that. We wouldn't booked that hotel knowing that. Our room had a wood seeling. Very noisy. One plus for the hotel is its location.

The accommodation was perfect! Very close to the central bus station for cheap trips to the beach if desired. My accommodation was right at the old city’s centre and it was lovely. A bit noisy at night as there are singers that perform on the streets but that stops around 11 pm. The hotel staff were always present and very accommodating and nice. Would highly recommend!

Will Definitely Stay Again The staff were all very friendly and plenty of them speak English. The condition of the room was fanatic! Even though the building is very old, since it’s located in the center of “Old Town Chania”, inside you’d swear you’re in a newly built luxury hotel. Very centrally located for walking everywhere!

Lovely Room in Great Location but Mind the Stairs The property is very centrally located, and the room was lovely and clean. Despite the restaurants nearby creating some noise at street level, it was perfectly quiet at night. The main drawback is the absence of a lift, with rather narrow stairs, and the check-in point being around 100 metres away. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

A small hotel with just a few rooms and no front desk. You get the key to the front door to open it up when you return. No elevator. But it was clean and cozy and had a teensy balcony over the little street below.

The room is very good, very clean and well equipped. Unfortunately you can hear the neighbors a lot and the bar on the ground floor plays music very loudly and very late. To spend one night but no more.
