We arrived on 16th june 2025. Lovely, clean and well equiped apartment. Had a couple of issues in the shower room. Shower drain blocked and flooded the room, toilet seat broken. Reported these issues and was rectified the next morning. Found it very hard to get any sleep, traffic noise, sirens, shop alarms going off 3 times during our stay and people singing and shouting all through the night. If your a very deep sleeper you might be ok, or bring ear plugs with you. Very, very noisy and suffered vehicle fumes if you used the balcony. If you can get past the noise from outside you will be fine as the apartment is very good.

Booked for 12days. Paid upfront. Owner XARA did not inform us MAJOR roadworks were in progress. 12 days of drilling, angle grinding from 7am. No access to the road. Shocking customer service! She was more worried about how she was going to cope. We flew 15 hours! Would we recommend her hotel? NEVER ! ! Worst accommodation experience

Booked telephonically for 12days. Paid upfront. Was not informed that MAJOR roadworks were in progress - 12 days of drilling and angle grinding and dust from 7am. Could not park in the road - dragging luggage through streets at 38-40 deg heat and then having to pull our luggage up a steep staircase . Not once did the owner XARA think it was necessary to inform us. Shocking customer service! She was more worried about how she was going to get through the day, not about US her clients who flew 15 hours to have a holiday in Chania. Also made a disappearing act on our last day. Would we recommend her hotel? NEVER ! ! Worst accommodation experience

We have just returned from Chania, Crete and this hotel we called it our home for about 7 nights. Our room was quite spacious with a comfy double bed, shower was perfect and so relaxing. Location is great as it is close to the old venetian harbour and also coffee shops, bars and restaurants.

The room was amazing, far exceeding my expectations (I was shocked to how big and nice it was), and it was right in the heart of Chania (2 minute walk from everything). Even family members I knew in Chania were shocked I got a hotel so nice within the city at that price.

The staff was extremely helpful, especially when I had locked myself out late in the night and had to call them for help. They not only were SUPER nice about it, they were super quick to help. I HIGHLY recommend.

AMAZING location!!! Walking distance to everything. Friendly staff, easy check in and clean rooms. Location was 10/10 would highly recommend! Great value for the money.

This is a beautiful little hotel in the historic center of Chania, and I would definitely stay here again. The location is great, and my room was spacious and beautifully maintained. I had a small balcony overlooking the square and the church and it was the perfect place to have my morning coffee and get ready for the day.

I arrived on a late-night flight (which was also delayed), but someone from the hotel stayed in touch with me through Whatsapp the whole time. When I finally got there, they were waiting for me, which I really appreciated.

I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay. Fantastic hotel, owners and staff in a superb location for exploring the old town. Everyone was very hospitable and generous which was deeply appreciated. Family ran so you can make a personable connection with the people and place.

Really nice hotel, the location is amazing and the view from the balcony right into old town, you will feel the jealousy of bystanders as you sip your raki / coffee from the balcony.

The room we got was nice with a comfy bed with perhaps too many pillows. 😂 Room was a bit dated, but includes all you need: iron, coffee machine, hairdryer, etc. Bathroom was clean.

Service was excellent throughout.

Rooms were very pretty. Super high ceilings, great double glazing, comfy bed, nice shower. View over the square where Agios Nikolaos is. This is in a busy part of the old town, so take that into consideration if you are looking for something really quiet - it is not. The cafe next door had 3 great live music gigs in a row, they would stop at 11.00pm. Everyone very nice and polite. Would stay here again.
