Clean, nice room, friendly staff!

Disappointing The room itself was ok and location was great. Supermarket, bakery and deli was just few metres away. The hotel was not on a beach, it was further down the road and didn’t have sunbeds or any facilities. The bar/restaurant was more like a locals pub. I felt very lonely at the hotel and only ever saw someone on the day of my arrival.

Good location between beaches and old town

Big and great. A bit frugal with kitchen utensils, we didn't cook ourselves. Lived upstairs with a partial view to the sea. Lovely with a terrace on two of the building's walls. Short way to the beach, some pebbles have to be passed to get out. Super nice beach if you want to go a little further. A little traffic noise.

We stayed at this accommodation for our vacation, and while the location is excellent, there are significant issues with cleanliness. The place is quite neglected and dusty, which can be a serious problem for people with allergies, affecting their breathing and sleep. There is nothing that would motivate me to return to this place. Over the week, our towels were changed and the room was cleaned only...

I stayed in the updated apartments booked via Airbnb. It was absolutely beautiful. A cool well decorated room with a powerful shower and great aircon. The location is just perfect for exploring Chania. The hosts were very helpful and the little terrace is perfect for coffee and a book or perhaps wine and sunset. I would happily stay again!

Loved staying here in the old town. The door did not lock very well to the room, but the entire building was locked at night and the owner was always sitting outside because they own the shop downstairs, so it felt very safe.

The sweetest pesion, in the heart of Chania, lots of nice cafes, bars, shops and restaurants around. The harbour is 2 minutes walk , pablic parking is 5 minutes walk. Super clean, very nice hosts. We got the « home » flat. Modern, with all the comfort you would wish. Efficient AC in the living room area and in the bedroom. We had a great stay at Apartment Chania in Crete! Every day, the trash was taken out, the floors were cleaned, and everything was tidied up, so the apartment was always clean and welcoming. We had great stay at apartments Chania. We needed to check in late due to late flight and communication with apartments was very good. Hotel is very close to beach and to bakery/coffee shops, supermarkets and petrol station, as well as to city centre. No problem with parking - which was on street. The apartment was unbelievably spacious and very clean. The kitchen was great, it had all the amenities though very basic setup, we did make some soup and pasta! You could easily walk to the centre of old town, took about 15 minutes. Comfy bed.

Unfortunately, my room was not clean when I arrived at the hotel. There was quite a lot of hair in the shower and dirt on the floor. The ventilation system was very noisy, and the gym was really disappointing, with several machines in such poor condition that they shouldn’t be used. In addition, the fitness room was extremely dirty.

Gym had no ventilation or airconditioning, had to be escorted to the gym instead of it being open with a passcode or badge and 3 levels below parking garage. Laundry services not available as self serve on site. Dirty stairwells, extra cost for parking, nowhere to hang clothes safely outside without concern for theft (no private balcony)

This hotel is really very good, the staff is very enthusiastic, the cleaning is very timely, the location is also very good, there are supermarkets and breakfast shops around, and parking is convenient.

We got a balcony like we asked for (though not guaranteed), and they allowed us to check in early when our room was available and clean. The room was nice, modern, and had just about everything we needed. The reception just downstairs was available at reasonable hours to accommodate however they could, whether that be extra towels or blankets. The property was at perfect walking distance from everything. You were able to experience the quiet environment during the morning, and at night it became full of fun nightlife. There was a water issue in the hotel and they practically yelled at the plumber when they said they couldn’t fix it that night. Very helpful owner/receptionist. Everything was very good. Note that you have to carry your bags up about 30-40 steps, more if on the top floor. If you’re ok with that, I heartily recommend Mirabile. Perfect combination of relaxation in the heart of the city. While busy tourist towns are not our thing, this hotel provided the perfect, quite, luxurious retreat. The room was beautiful, the staff super attentive and the private jacuzzi was exactly what we needed after the Samaria Gorge hike. The two of us stayed in the VOUKAMVILIA studio. The room is perfect for 2 people, cozy and in a absolute great location. The furnishings are super. This apartment has the best view, nice front staff, helpful janitor lady, well equipped kitchen, and nice interior! We enjoyed staying here for 3 nights, easy to get to the nearest supermarket and nice restaurants, 15 mins to get to Chania town where everything is there. If we have a chance to visit Chania again, this is the place we are coming back.

The staff is lovely and very efficient. It's thanks to these two people that I gave it a very good rating. Indeed, this is a 2-star hotel, and unfortunately our studio was outdated and should be renovated, especially with the addition of double-glazed windows and a more modern kitchen. We had an incredible 6 night stay. The location is perfect - right in the middle of restaurants, shops and bars, but slightly off to the side, so that it is not disturbing at night. The location has no physical reception, but one is found at the sister hotel just a few minutes' walk. Eleni was amazing in helping us with transfers busing and tours. I spent 6 nights in this nice hotel in early September 2025. It is greatly located at the heart of Chania Old City. The room was very spatious with a big terrace. The owner and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I hope to come back again.

A quaint hotel, converted from a very old townhouse. Very well located in Chania Old Town. Room adequately equipped and bed very comfortable. A/C worked well. Breakfast formula was quite good, but little variety from day to day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Website designer deserves an award for accentuating the positives of a less than luxurious hotel.

The meal we had at the restaurant was very good and a real healthy portion. If we hadn’t found this gem so late in our holiday we would have eaten there again. Great value and the service was very good. The beer selection was also good, they even had Guinness.

Arriving in Chania at 9pm, in January, our taxi driver met us as arranged but couldn't take us to our destination on the south coast due to bad weather over the mountains. He contacted a couple of places where there was no answer, or they were closed, then tried Pantheon and got us a room. We arrived around 9.30pm, to a lovely clean, spacious apartment - sitting room with basic kitchen/fridge etc...
