We were placed in this hotel thanks to a wizzair overbooking and did not expect much but the room we were in had not 1 single window with a view. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. We stayed in the family suite that had a comfy “king sized bed” (two bigger beds pushed together but it wasn’t that uncomfortable) and the room was “separated” by a semi-wall decor to provide privacy from the single bed on the other side of the room. Also the room had a baby crib too, for families. And a funny radio in the wall that sadly didn’t work. The Staff was very kind.

Close to port. The rooms are older but Clean. Budget minded and would stay here again. No bugs, no frills, but felt safe

Sadly, this review does not allow me to highlight some of the actual benefits of this property.
The greeting was amazing the place as a fantastic façade and very inviting, but sadly, the rooms are very dated, and there is housekeeping products all over the floors.
The rooms are extremely dated and the crew covers are disgusting and should be replaced immediately.
It was what I required, which is absolutely location to the port for an early morning ferry.
It did not help the strikes on time whilst this is not the Hotel’s fault. It did add sadly to the dissatisfaction.

We selected this hotel because of the proximity to the harbour. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach the Seajets ferry to Santorini.
Hotel is clean, rooms are well fitted. The street is quite noisy and you need to have the AC running all night.
The price is very reasonable.
Personnel is very friendly.

This hotel is good for two things, Sleeping and showering. The rooms are teeny tiny. The "Free Internet" is non-existent. The coffee shop in the lobby is twice as much as the coffee shops two doors down. A/C works great though. Very close to airport and Port where the cruise ships come in. It is clean.

The room was amazing, staff regularly cleaned while we were out exploring the town and beaches.

Best of all however was my man Nikos, the perfect host. Treated us like a member of the family, inviting us to complimentary raki every time we entered and left the hotel! He is full of great recommendations around the area and overall we were looking forward to seeing him everytime we returned from a day out.

Could not recommend this place enough, Nikos made us feel like everything was going to be okay. The goat of Heraklion.

Staff at check-in was wonderful! So kind and friendly. The room itself was outdated and in need of some serious updating. A fine place to stay for one night that is close to the port though.

We stayed for 3 nights, great hotel and very clean. The property is close to center and port, its easy to park and find good restaurants around! The personal always ready to assist.
