Staff are mostly fine, but don’t really care about guests, at least that’s how we felt when we approached them. Beach is nice, water is clear, pools are fine, sun loungers are very comfortable

i booked all inclusive deal with a sea view The room was comfortable with a small balcony, amazing view of the pool and sea. The hotel has 5 pools and a small water park

Rooms cleaned everyday and to a high standard. Beach towels were provided, shower rooms available after check out. Something on offer all day -aqua aerobics etc. The small water park is a great idea

Loved the cushioned sun loungers by the 3 pools. Theres more that i have probably missed. The staff were always happy and smiling and would great you where ever you went

Then there was the poolside pizza and gyros on offer. You could have everythibg from cocktails to large measure and i mean large measure shorts with a mixer

No fresh orange juice at breakfast unless you pay €2? Other options are fizzy drinks, watered down orange, water or hot drinks

The breakfast was the same every day and lacking in choice. The food choices were better for lunch and dinner. The pizzas in the pool snack bar were freshly made

Lovely family holiday here at the Princess Sun. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are professional and knowledgeable at wanting to give you a good time. It's a quiet location up the hill from the main road/resort

) Some good points: Ample of sunbeds available at the pool any time of the day. (Eventhough the hotel was full. Animation team did the best they could with the means they had. View from the higher floors is amazing

Stayed at this hotel as part of a last minute deal. Room was pretty basic but clean and in good condition. Food can be hit and miss like any hotel. Pools are decent albeit unusually cold

The beach was very good and the restaurant there had excellent food

You'll never have to search for a sunbed at the beach or pools, and the nearby bars are a plus. Two reasonably priced shops offer extra convenience if you forget something or want to get some souvenirs

(I had some concerns after reading previous reviews but other than a couple of pool tiles needing replacing the hotel was very well maintained) The staff were outstanding, they went above and beyond

We have just returned from a week’s stay, there were 5 of us in total 4 adults and a 4 year old. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, housekeeping came daily to replenish towels and water

Air con was an absolute life saver after a day by the pool! The reception, restaurant and pool areas were also very clean

We very loved our holidays here, the personal is ver sweet and hotel is really clean and exclusive, aldo animators are very busy and sweet so we loved pur Holidays here very much

But my recent Thai massage at Evridiki Spa in the Lindia Costa Hotel, Lardos, was simply the best I have ever had! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calming, beautifully scented, and perfectly prepared for relaxation

Amazing spa with extraordinary jacuzzi and all the girls were wonderful. Angelina and Lek did an amazing massage and facial for me and my boyfriend. Highly recommend for your memorable vacation!

Lovely hotel and staff were so kind and attentive. Nice little town outside the hotel as well. Tommy and his Entertainment staff were brilliant as was Maria and her catering staff

The massage was both deeply relaxing and wonderfully invigorating, leaving me feeling lighter, looser, and completely renewed. I can honestly say this set a new standard for me

My therapist was exceptional—attentive, skilled, and intuitive, knowing exactly how to release every bit of tension without me even having to say a word

Some staff were very rude to guests, thankfully not us, but could be overheard at the pool bar being very nasty. Unfortunately, We will not return to this hotel, and couldn't honestly recommend

The pool area is huge, perfect for chilling after the beach, and the hotel’s private beach strip made it super easy to go for a swim without fighting crowds

Breakfast had loads of options, from fruit and yogurt to proper fried eggs, fuel for a full day of exploring. Location’s solid too, a short ride into Rhodes town so you get both quiet vibes and nightlife when you want it

Stayed at Rodos Palace for a long weekend with mates, honestly loved it. Rooms were clean and way bigger than I expected, bed was comfy and the AC actually worked (big plus)

An amazing experience!!! My partner and I's trip was right in the middle of August, and even with it being the high-season, everything was top notch

A significant advantage is the presence of mosquito nets! The friendly and helpful service is another standout feature of this hotel. The restaurant offers a diverse menu, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences

We were a large group of adults and children staying at the hotel and unfortunately some of the other guests weren’t happy with the noise of our happy laughs and having fun and complained which did put pressure on the hotel management

Alas this year we had a few problems, we were all in refurbished rooms and what a great job they have done, however my niece requested twoo adjacent rooms foe her and husband and 2 children 15years and 11years however their 2nd room was 3 rooms from the 1st not ideal, another family in our group requested the same 2 adjacent rooms whitch was granted however their sons 19 & 15 room flooded everytime...

As a whole the hotel is great for families and kids, but it is not tailored for large wedding parties and if I had known this I would have chosen elsewhere as it did leave our wedding guests feelings unsettled including myself

It was me as the bride who kept getting the noise complaints raised to when really I’m not responsible of anyone else. So that did leave me feeling stressed which I didn’t need the night before my wedding

We may have been a loud crowd but we respected everyone at the hotel and were always kind, it’s a pity we can’t say we received the same back from all staff and other guests

All inclusive food was not notch with plenty of options every day. Snack bar had gyros and burgers everyday with chicken nuggets for the kids. Plenty of desserts to choose from. Pool was massive and very well designed

But I don't think justified losing a star rating as the overall experience was very good. Again as it was the last week, there was no rush in the morning for a sunbed. This was so nice to relax in the morning

Gym wasn't bad and had most things to get you through a quick holiday workout. Kids pool looked very good, though the lazy pool just took you whatever way the wind was blowing

Also the slides were all very good but they only had 1 /4 slides open at a time We were there in the last week of closing so that might have something to do with the slides

I wouldn't say it ruined our stay but we only had the full holiday experience for 2 days before they started closing things down as it was the last week. The health bar closed A few days later the adult only bar closed

Eventhough it is not right to highlight one particular person when all the staff were so helpful and could not do enough for us, however, we would wish to highlight this who greeted us just before midnight on the 2nd October in the reception area after a long and tiring journey with a big smile and wonderful hugs for the 4 of us, which was very much appreciated, the ladies name is Marina, who works...

We loved the beach, the bar, the room, the pool table, the gym, the entertainment, the tennis courts, the easy access to shops and so much more

Food, where can I start, breakfast has a vast range of fresh fruit, freshly baked pasties, continental options abound and you can also get a variety of hot options, bacon, various continental sausages, hash browns etc

The entertainment for kids and adults is great, running all day on most days. It was getting towards the end of the season but everyone was fantastic. This was our 2nd visit and will definitely be back for more

Lunch and dinner have far too many options to choose from. Everything is fresh, dishes changed extremely frequently. Applause to the desert chefs, wow, the perfection in those deserts is amazing

Only thing to note is, it's worth taking a suction shower head holder as the fitting for it is only about 3½ feet from the ground but the flex is 2+ metres. The cleaning staff were brilliant

The beach is so close and clean, with many sun loungers. There were also kayaks and pedalos to use, included in the stay. The sea was suitable for snorkelling

They keep this hotel very alive during the day and each night. The pool is huge and can be accessed by kids and adults. The beach is quite bit and pretty close to the hotel, yet it has rocks instead of sand

Our stay at this hotel was made truly special by the incredible team. From the moment we arrived, Jose made us feel so welcome, checking in on us daily and always bringing a friendly, positive energy

We were with familly in April time, when is apparently not busy. I would recommend that time for people if wants relax ,but the weather will not be great and the water in the swimming pool are just freezing

We expecting that after reviews but there is also the swimming pool insides. We were happy for our small child that she would be able to swim , however how disappointed was to find out that water inside is also freezing

We recently came back from a nice week spent at Lindos Imperial. The location is remote, but local buses can be used (bus stops just outside of the hotel). Not too many choices, but it was very well cooked all the time

All the bar staf waiters waitresses were lovely. The grounds its self in the hotel were beautiful the beach was close just a few minutes walk from our room. You can walk or the buggy can take you around

I also appreciate the promenade around the whole resort where one can walk undisturbed. The beach was a mix of sand and small stones, the water was very calm and full of life

We arrived a day late because we missed our flight, but when we arrived the next day we were told we had been upgraded to the adults only sister hotel, we were told the room would be the same as we booked, but it wasn’t

We had a look at a few different rooms but they were not the same… we did eventually get the room we booked (junior suit with a swim up pool and sea view) not sure why we weren’t placed there from the start as the exact same room next door was empty

We did appreciate this but could have done without the hassle. The room was amazing and so was the view, a lot more private

The decor was very modern and chic, The room was well equipped with dressing gowns, slippers, shampoo, conditioner and a complimentary bag! We got room service which was incredible and the mini bar/room service was included in the all inclusive package, the staff were amazing and we can’t fault them, attentive at all times and very professional

The pool areas were clean but the water was a bit cold for the time of year we expected it but for a five star hotel you would think like it to be heated. The beach was lovely and beach bars also had amazing service

Even though the water was already a bit cool at the end of September, we still used it and enjoyed the privacy a lot. The beach is sandy and very pleasant, and the food was tasty with good variety

We really enjoyed our stay at Princess Andriana Resort & Spa. We had a room with a private pool, and it was a great experience

In contrast, we would like to give a very special thanks to Stefi, the lifeguard at the big water slides. She is an incredibly kind, warm and smiling person, always attentive and positive

All staff from porters, reception, bar staff, house cleaning, facilities were incredibly friendly. Private pool cleaned daily and was spotless. Mini fridge stocked daily including extras of the stuff we were using

The kids pool is decent and covered to protect the kods from sirect sunlight. Dining was limited as the resort did notnhave all the restuarants that they advertise in operat on as two are still under constrcution

The resort is fantastic the rooms were clean and spacious. The rooms with the pool were definitely worth booking as the main pool does get busy

The overall best part is the entire staff from the front desk, servers at the restaurant, pool and room cleaners are all so kind, helpful and fantastic. We will 100% be back to stay here

From check in through check out, transportation arrangements, guest services, dining in the restaurants, the breakfast buffet, spa services and laundry service/housekeeping, the service, staff and quality was top of the line! Special thanks to Vuola and Eti in dining for their extra care and friendly manner

There were some things that were not correctly advertised, such as there is no airport transfer service - you are told to go wait in line for a taxi and be careful because they might rip you off like they did us

It was my first experience of booking all inclusive and this type of holiday in 50 years, and I wasn't sure it would be for me, but I have to say that it was fantastic, food was plentiful, a huge range and great quality throughout

They invited people to play water polo and water gym daily. And I loved joining In with this. The evening entertainment was great but I feel there could be more lighting In The Calypso bar outside area

We stayed at Lindos Royal as a family of 13, 3 generations ranging from 5 to 70 years old, staying in 4 apartments. The hotel was superb, rooms kept very clean and tidy as well as the whole complex

This was my first trip to the Island of Rhodes it was absolutely magical. The hotel was very nice, the views were spectacular! I went all over the Island this is probably the best place on Earth

Wow!! This hotel just blew us away. We have traveled around the world and stayed in many 5 star resorts. From the moment we pulled up in car to the moment we left all the staff were incredible

They also asked for a credit card when we checked in, so maybe if you steal something, you won't be able to pay. They didn't have a credit card, so they gave us a debit card

We called and tried to book one, but they said something about charging 50 euros for a robe. Are you serious? At a 5-star hotel, you have to ask for a robe and pay 50 euros

All Inclusive hotel with very nice pool area, close to everywhere, the beach, the airport and Rhodes town. Close to the hotel is a lot of gift shops and a good, cheap car rental (Sky Rent a Car)

Great location on the beach, grounds pools and building kept nice, rooms need renovating, food plenty of choice

If the pool feels too loud or crowded, you can simply step onto the beach, which is conveniently located next to it. The food overall was a highlight

The hotel boasts a fantastic location right by the beach, making it perfect for those who want to escape the busy pool area

The only downsides were that the pool doesn’t open until 10am which is quite late for the kids, there was no water sports on the beach and no children went to the kids club

I reached the hotel around 12:00 PM and was told I would be given a room with a living room and lounge area, but strangely, I was informed that I would not have the right to use that space

What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of apology or accountability from the hotel. Even during check-out, there was no acknowledgment of the issues I had faced. Overall, I deeply regret choosing this hotel

When I reported the issue to reception, it seemed they were already aware that the door was faulty, which is completely unacceptable from a safety perspective. I would like to highlight that Trip

Around 4:00 PM, I went to the reception myself and was given a different room instead. The situation became even more concerning when I reached the room and found the door already open

What should have been a relaxing stay turned into an uncomfortable and unsafe experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on the level of service and attention to guest safety

com handled the situation professionally when I contacted them, and they intervened promptly. Their support was far more reassuring than anything provided by the hotel staff

The location is brilliant, next to the coastline and such warm weather. The staff are absolutely amazing throughout the whole resort, and the spa is excellent, so soothing and calming, do recommend it here

For the benefit of that cafe server, chai tea should be steeped for a minimum of 3-5mins in hot water before cooled with ice

My husband had bought two coca colas for our children. I settled this bill and asked a short man with dark hair if we could please get some water. He took my money them ignored me

On the first night having dinner we asked for tap water. The weather was in the late twenty degrees celsius. First a woman with a shirt dark bob told me to return to my table

We stayed in a garden bungalow which suited our family of 4. There are lots of supermarkets nearby to get supplies like milk or bottled water

Half board at this hotel means you cannot even get tap water with dinner. For this reason I recommend only booking bed and breakfast

the fitness trainer Angie is very nice, thanks to the morning and evening beach volleyball, I enjoyed the week even more. Angie taught me how to play properly and lots of new pool games

Food, drinks, service/staff = excellent Facilities need updating - the rooms, pool area and Sun loungers were not of 5* quality and not child-friendly (sharp, broken edges around pool etc)

Rhodes Mitsis Maris Resort offers a fantastic vacation experience. The beachfront setting is stunning, with well-maintained pools and comfortable rooms boasting great views

Staff very friendly and happy-first time to Greece-because of the resort/staff we will be returning-We stayed in “The Villa” and it was absolutely amazing.

The greek brunch is good also and the greek a la carte. Pool areas do need some tlc, but i think everything as been put on hold for the refurb

There were no pool activities whilst we were there during the day. The entertainment in the evening was also average. Rooms could do with a little renovation

No reserving the sun beds, makes such a pleasant atmosphere. My only gripe, was there's quite a few rooms with private pools and or sunbeds on a patio, but no sun!! It could be different in mid summer

The hotel is lovely with excellent staff. Breakfast was really good with so much choice. Great Margaritas at the pool bar and the main bar. Good food in the restaurants

The pool was freezing and unless you get a certain sunbed which is in the sun all day you end up having to move beds so you get sun. The sunbeds are quite packed in so you can't really move them around

This is a really beautiful, spotlessly clean hotel with a wonderful pool. Our room was upgraded and was huge, with lovely views of the pool and the sea

I am dairy intolerant and whilst the buffet was clearly labelled, the labelling used 2 different systems and it was time consuming and stressful to find options I could eat

The poolside restaurant we tried had a lovely location but again limited options for me

First off, there was NOTHING I didnt lime about this hotel, it was all lovely from the grounds, pool. to the room and the dining areas and pools. The staff were fantastic and very friendly

All inclusive drinks were ok but its what youd expect. Food was amazing and so much choice. A la cart restaurants we used were the greek which we felt rushed. Everything came at once before we had finished a coures

There is nothing in the immediate surrounding area apart from a few mini markets and resembles wasteland but that is no fault of the hotel itself, just something to be mindfull of if visiting

Main hotel bar has evening entertainment with acts on a few nights and piano music or Greek nights, plenty of options for top branded drinks and cocktails, bar staff always attentive, shout out to Cristof who looked after us all week

All Inclusive with Black card , gives access to all evening Al a Carte restaurants, Asian, The Grill and Le Etoile which can all be booked on hotel app easily, also Al a Carte lunch in Gondola Bar / restaurant

Breakfast, lunch and diner were fantastic. Large swimming pools all around the resort. The beach was terrible, you can't walk on it and not included in the ai. A car is a must because there is nothing in walking distance

From check in to check out, there was nothing not to like about this hotel, 1st class service over all the areas of the resort

Stayed in the Adults only area, accomodation was Junior suite, with pool access and pool bar area, where Carlosos looks after you very well

The fridge is stocked with a bottle of water and isn't refilled again during your stay. The tea & coffee box was empty however as I brought my own in my suitcase this wasn't an issue
