Amazing experience in an authentic castle transformed in a hotel. With had the library loft, with lots of books and the interior looks impressive. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, including prosecco and fruits. The park is superb, it was too bad to spend just 1 night. We shall come back for sure, the dinner menu seems very intersting.

After our 17 hours of flight it was a delight to spend our first day in this beautiful environment! Absolutely enchanting, peaceful and quiet! The staff of the hotel and the restaurant were amazing! A good hotel. Very good shower and bed! As I was in Mosonmagyaróvár for work I hadnt the chance to enjoy the thermals, but it looked really good. The only thing I think they could maybe improve is the breakfast, maybe including some pancakes ou pastries, and also having ice available because some mornings were really hot.

The biggest convenience is the large, free parking lot.

The rooms are poorly insulated against sound : I could hear the person in the next room over snoring and all the traffic in the hallway was very audible.

The price is too high for such a hotel

The hotel is nice and quiet. The room clean and comfortable. But no curtain in the shower, which meant even a short shower completely flooded the bathroom. The air vent in the bathroom continues to work long after the light is turned off, and is very loud. If they solve the bathroom issue - this place is very good. Very friendly staff with good recommendations.

Pleasent stay The apartment was fairly clean, and well equipped, although there was no shower gel in the bathroom (the holder was empty), and the mattress seemed a bit overused. The breakfast was good, but the milk served with the coffee was 3 months past expiration, and the one within date had some weird dark spots floating in (seemed like mould). The shower screen was not sealed properly and water was trickling down by the wall underneath the sink making a puddle in which I slipped. This is a safety hazard and makes it look unclean. The wooden furniture , doorframe etc showed signs of aging.

Fabulous little gem of a hotel in the middle of town. You can pretty much walk anywhere. The wine festival was just around the corner. Impressive buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options and a perfect espresso. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. We will be back!

Everything was very positive: the rooms and other areas are clean and tidy; the staff is kind and helpful; the breakfast has basic things, but it is more than enough; there is parking space, but the bus stop is a few minutes walk away. It was complete wellness for the whole family, everyone found something they to enjoy in fantastic surroundings. We spent 3 nights in this modern 4stars wellness hotel. Our room was on the second floor but there’s lift. Everything was all right, clean and comfortable. A small hotel with a lot of character and charm. The only problem is that there's no parking, and overstaying your parking time results in a fine of twenty times the parking fee. Breakfast is simple and the space is small.

First of all, the price is more than great. The location is out of the center but there is a bus stop 1 minute away, so it was not an issue. The rooms are very nice, you have everything needed. There wasn’t anybody at the reception but we had a code and accessed the place without an issue. To be honest we did not try the spa. It looked okay. nice hotel! the food is tasty and diverse. located in a quiet area, within walking distance of points of interest. the staff is friendly and willing to help. the spa area is well maintained but quite small, it gets crowded quickly. many facilities for children, some of them for a fee. however during the stay most of the tourists were elderly.

From the moment we were trying to find a place for a week end gateway, everything went well and we arrived to find a very nice hotel with swimming pools very clean, good and plenty food, maybe a little more expensive than expected, but all worthwhile!

Relaxing holiday, the hotel has all it needs but it needs better and newer appliances. TV is not Smart, furniture is quite old and the mixed area has even older things. The food was ok but not really diverse and you have to pay for whatever drink you want (even water, except breakfast). The Spa area is nice but quite small. The prices are really good and the overall experience was ok.

We had a very pleasant stay there. The wellness area was smaller than we expected but the services and especially the staff is really friendly and helpful. It is a good base for exploring Gyula with family.

We went for all inclusive and we got great value for the money and very polite staff. Also food is great and various. Hotel has their own pool, massage center, sauna, kids room for palying and baby sitting for kids from 3 years old. Fitness room is very basic and small, but it will do the job. We went on a 3-day mini holiday with my family to Heviz. The hotel was nice. My son loved the swimming pools and we loved the saunas. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The hotel was at a good location, at the heart of the town centre.
