The hotel is well located close to train station, bus stops, tram and metro lines. We stayed in a great double room. Very comfortable, clean and cozy. On Monday I had an overnight stay in Bristol hotel and I was pleasantly surprised how clean the room was. I mean, it was impeccably clean! It was a true joy to take a shower and the hotel offers vegan friendly skin care. Also, it surprised me that coffee in the hotel was free, so as water. Though my room was on the first floor, I could not hear any noise and I had a night of full sleep.

Comfortable hotel near the lake with pool and other thermal facilities.

Service was pretty much fine. Dinner was really good. The hotel room itself wasnt anything special, have slept in a lot comfier beds. There also was some screeking noise coming from the top of our room during the evening.

The hotel is ok, but compared to other hotels at the Balaton, it’s got room for improvement. The room wasn’t really clean with hairs in the shower and next to the sink. We hired a mobility scooter for the duration of our stay and the effort from the reception team not only to store it safely but to make sure that it was fully charged for the following day was appreciated. Had a lovely 3 night stay in Budapest. The Hotel was perfectly located for all my exploring. The breakfast supplied was sufficient and a great view from their restaurant. My only criticism was the bathroom sink. It was so shallow in depth, it was very hard to wash without causing a flood.

We came here from Romania, so comparing with what you can find in our country it is perfect. It was clean enough, different types of pools inside for kids and adults also.

This AquaPark is among the finest in the region. It is stunning and well-structured, ensuring safety and being suitable for children. There are numerous ways to have fun in the water. The slides are quite thrilling, yet they are entirely safe.

Came here on a Saturday and the experience was good, there’s a water park, thermal pool and sauna world (would recommend paying for this as soooo worth it and lots of variety)? The thermal pools were good, about 6 and a variety of temperatures and the water park had some good pools, overall a good way to spend the day. Food and drinks options not too bad either (mix of fast food and alcohol)
