The buffet was not very good & bread was hard!

We had a weekend booked at this location and couldn’t make it because our daughter got the chickenpox on the day we were supposed to check in. We asked for a fee waver given the circumstances and they have been very nice and prompt in getting back to us and not applying any charges. We will definitely choose this location when we will visit Gyula.

The hotel seems a bit old, especially the lift. Should maintain it well. The room size is quite big. View is pleasant. Nearby metro, tram & bus station is the plus point.

The hotel is very close to Metro Line 2, making transportation convenient. It's within walking distance to Fisherman's Bastion and Buda Castle, which is great for catching the sunrise and sunset. The room facilities are relatively new. However, there are few supermarkets nearby, and they close early, making dining options in the vicinity a bit inconvenient.

It was my third stay there - I love the place. The location is convenient, very close to the subway and bus stops. You can take the 100E bus from the airport directly to the hotel, but for the return trip to the airport, you'll need to go one stop forward or backward to catch the 100E. The hotel breakfast offers a good variety and is delicious. It's definitely worth recommending a stay here.

The virtual service for check-in may not be suitable for every customer due to an issue of pairing with the electronic door locker. It takes time to get assistance and resolve the issue. It’s advised the entry card should be backed up for the condition if required.

It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. And cheap. There's a holiday vibe. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer. I didn't try any of the many "health"/beauty treatments on offer but they're inexpensive. (The lifts/elevators are few and slow.)
