The room was nice, we had a balcony looking out to the city which was a nice bonus but did not get much use in winter. The hotel is well connected via metro to the city but is also walkable.

The overall feeling is poor. The hotel is very small, like a converted villa. The rooms are not big, and there is no bottled water for drinking. The breakfast is very average. The location is not suitable for tourism. The price is not high.

Beautifully renovated hotel however there are issues with how well it’s run. Our room was not cleaned one day, no water in the room, no fridge and no hair dryer.

Great stay at Alice. Near museums and park. Only gripe - a little far from the center.

Good value for the money, probably fine for adults. But with kids, the mobile homes were too far from the spa, we ended up driving. Also, the kids pools were closed for the winter and we weren't notified until after we arrived.

It's near the termal complex. Small but cozy mobile homes with everything you need for a comfortable stay, the ability to park a car near the door. Good sauna with thermal baths.

Nice calm place, great for family's with small children and or if you can entertain yourself with sports. The surrounding cities are well worth visiting, fx. Sarvar. The water is red, as lava, hot but not to hot. The camping site is well maintained and clean.

This is a very nice, big hotel. The rooms are big and have balconies. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. It has a large parking lot but the location is very poor. It's situated on the exit of the city and it is approximately 2.5-3 km away from the public Strand. The water is at 0.7 miles from the hotel but the beach that can be used and where all the restaurants and shops are situated is far away

I expected more from a 4-star hotel. Food was ok+, but I would expect more choice for a 4-star hotel. Our room door (around the handle and lock) looked like someone had broken into the room in the past. Maybe we were just unlucky because it really was the only such door on the entire floor, but no one at the reception told us about the condition of the door untill we saw it by ourselves. I/we only stayed here for one night. The hotel is roomy, clean and minimalistic. It's design is actually quite cool in some respects. The room is spacious with plenty of room for two, with the added bonus of a balcony. There's plenty of parking around the side and it's in a reasonably good location. Rooms are great, spacious and clean. Beds are a bit on the uncomfortable side but you still sleep ok on them. We only had breakfast and it was plentiful and everything was tasty. Really good quality. 4 stars. But the wellness is available if you ask it. The cake for dinner was same for 3 dinner. In cold weather the window is fully wet inside. Over it all the staff is very kind, the wifi is really available in rooms and the breakfast and dinner is more tha enough.

We planned to go on March but due to unexpected reason we had to cancel and they were very flexible to move to another date. The hotel was clean and comfortable, they suggested to go to the roof with a glass of wine bc the panoramic was wonderful :) So they were very helpful however the receptionist was not familiar with the public transport possibilities. Hotel is located just off the main square. However is about a twenty minute walk from the railway station. Good choice for breakfast, which is served from 0700.

Great location near center ,young but pleasant stuff ,all recomendations.

The location was great. The staff was great - they helped me check in very late at night and cheerfully printed out documents I needed for a presentation. The room was quite comfortable. The one issue is that the base of the shower did not contain the water, so each time I showered there was a little flood in the bathroom.
