The hotel is very close to the metro station and tram station. However, the room has not totally cleaned up since there is some biscuit chips on the desk and the floor.  One of the lamp does not work but it isn’t a big problem.

Hotel is okay .. claims to have a gym but they just put a box in the garden and claimed it a gym, not ideal. Otherwise rooms are clean and location is great

The key feature of this hotel is the thermal pools. They are well maintained. There are four pools of varying temperature. One is cool. Another is pleasantly warm and has an inside and outside section. These pools do not appear to be mineral spas. The other two small pools are high in mineral content and high in temperature. Good food, kind personnel, relatively good wellness-area, quite a lot of parking places, included into the room-booking price. When fully booked, the wellness-area can get rather crowded - but to my experience, the mornings as well as the evenings are still OK.

We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the pool was closed even though the weather was good (only April), but we still got to enjoy the spa area. Clean and fairly big rooms, good service and a good restaurant inside the hotel. Would really recommend to anyone.

The hotel is really excellent. It is clean and well maintained. A location close to the Zion of Rabbi Shaiya. 10 minutes drive. It was really fun there. I was a little delayed when they asked me for money for parking at the hotel at night.

We went to Portobello based on a recommendation of friends, who both have 2 kids each. We asked them to recommend a good spa hotel not too far away from Budapest and Portobello came up multiple times. Now we know why. Very good location. We liked the high quality saunas and excellent cold plunge, but avoided the pools since they were mobbed by kids! Ditto for breakfast... This place caters to families, so go early if you want to avoid the noise!

Nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast and nice bar. It is in a good location to get from the Castle . There is a playroom for kids, and it is attached to an aquatic facility with pools, slides, a lazy river and a hot tub. My only disappointment was the hours for the gym. Just walk couple minutes from Ferenciek station or 5 minutes from Deák Ferenc ter station and I can walk to Vuci street behind the hotel 3 mins by walk as well. I would give it 5 stars of it was a 3-star hotel, but they claim to be 4-star. As a 3-star hotel, I have no complaints about them. They are very reasonable priced. The staff is very polite. The rooms are clean, and it is the closest hotel to the lake. Other 4-star hotels in the area are much nicer inside and have better food.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. Literally 3 minutes from the lake. The staff is very professional and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The meals are in a form of a buffet with a wide variety of choices. All on all I highly reccomend this place!

A fantastic retreat for a family or for a couple. The wellness centre was very well laid out and had many options to choose from including a cold plunge, which was very refreshing and a massive hot tub and pool. It's situated on the exit of the city and it is approximately 2.5-3 km away from the public Strand. The hotel has a bad smell due to humidity on the 2nd floor due to some guest installing clothesline along the corridor in front of the rooms. I had a clogged sink in my room and there is no support to place the body wash, so when taking a shower you have to place the body wash on the floor. This hotel definitelly is so far away of being a 4 star.
