Travelled to this hotel all the way from Hong Kong, definitely worth the trip, had an amazing stay

We had a great Family stay in this hotel. Location is fantastic, room furniture is bit older but clean. Wellness part needs some improvement but still we enjoyed it. The best here is the stuff which is always very nice and helpful and also tasty meel they serve for breakfast and dinner.

The location was fairly convenient. The design was more modern than the photos, but the building was old. The bathroom had some issues: the doorknob was almost　falling off, and water was leaking from the shower tray. Breakfast was far below expectations.

You could hardly be in a more well located hotel! However, we were given a ron on the first floor, with a windows to a busy and noisy street. The carpet was ugly stained even though the cleaning lady tried hard to remove it. The front desk gays were kind and helpful.

Wonderful getaway from the city in the city 🥰 We spent 3 days here at Chtistmas. Nice breakfast, cosy wooden chalets with sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Just loved it.

Good location and convenient. Public transport is within 100-300 meters. Heroes square is hardly 300 meters. Rooms were clean and comfortable only thing missing was the electric kettle and complimentary coffee/tea and water. Bar opens 24/7 with many options of drinks and coffee but very limited options for food. Breakfast was good.

The location is excellent, right next to Heroes' Square. There's a large park nearby, perfect for a morning run or walk. The room was quiet and clean, but the amenities were limited; there was no mini-fridge or kettle.

This is in the coast of Balaton see, clean blue water, own sand coach 😍 The breakfast was great and good. Hotel is clean and friendly. We rented bikes nearby and rided round the Balaton see for a week with our 20 persons riding group.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very attentive to guest's needs and requests. They were able to customize everything for us, including temperature settings in hour room on main heat delivery, food for multiple food sensativities, which was always delicious. The hotel is ok. The price and quality are in line. The furniture is not new, the mattress and pillows were not very comfortable. The food is delicious, breakfast and dinner are buffets with a selection of national dishes. I really liked the hotel's location and the two swimming pools - one with therapeutic warm water and one with clean cold water. Towels and robes were included in the price.

Great people working here every one was very nice. This hotel, however is old and could use a facelift. I would say that the price was right since everything else in the area is almost double. It’s also a great area to visit. It has a very fun walking zone with great food and music and dancing.

The Food was excellent, there is even decent espresso at the included breakfast. The game room with bar look okay, but the pool tables are made of steel/a lot of metal and feel from the 1950s or earlier. They cost extra/frame, althogh at the reception we were told it is free. Very clean hotel (rooms, spa zone, corridors...), all personnel take care of this, they are polite and servant with customers. Good and plenty food, all tastes available. Good value for the money we paid.

The rooms are definitely not soundproofed as it’s written . Heard some noise from the ceiling room. Wellness is quite good, but very small. Rooms are bit outdated. Need to get refurbished. Comfortable hotel near the lake with pool and other thermal facilities.

Service was pretty much fine. Dinner was really good. The hotel room itself wasnt anything special, have slept in a lot comfier beds. There also was some screeking noise coming from the top of our room during the evening.

Long weekend Hotel is nicely located in Badacsony. Close to the lake and ship station. Many restaurants and coffee shops are close.

We loved our two night stay at Bonvino. The hotel is very conveniently located a short distance from the train and bus stations and near plenty of wineries. The spa was clean and relaxing. The food spreads for breakfast and dinner were excellent and beautifully presented. I would return.

The hotel is ok, but compared to other hotels at the Balaton, it’s got room for improvement. The room wasn’t really clean with hairs in the shower and next to the sink. No drinks in the mini bar and snacks wasn’t exactly inviting. The breakfast was really nice, but the evening meal was not appetising at all due to all the meats being very dry. All in all, the hotel is fine for the price.

A great hotel for visit a supplier in the area, Fast check in, even if we arrived earlier than normal check in time. Room was clean, and area was nice for taking an afternoon walk. We had a wonderful week at Tisia Hotel in June. The room was spacious and perfect for our needs, especially since we have a child with a physical disability. Excellent location, excellent clean room and the staff are very friendly, incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We hired a mobility scooter for the duration of our stay and the effort from the reception team not only to store it safely but to make sure that it was fully charged for the following day was appreciated. A beautiful hotel in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Balaton. The rooms are clean and tastefully furnished, the equipment of the rooms is at a sufficient level. The hotel itself offers a number of side activities as well as relaxation opportunities. The hotel staff is very nice, but not all of them can communicate fluently in english. I visited hotel twice. Fist time was fine and it was well organized. After my second visit, I noticed that the hotel has become quite neglected. The hygiene is very poor. I believe you can do much better.

The floor was dirty, and the bath towels weren't very clean either. The soundproofing was terrible. There was only one person working at the counter in the evening. It was very noisy with lots of people eating pizza and drinking near the entrance at night.

Had a lovely 3 night stay in Budapest. The Hotel was perfectly located for all my exploring. The breakfast supplied was sufficient and a great view from their restaurant. My only criticism was the bathroom sink. It was so shallow in depth, it was very hard to wash without causing a flood.

Nice hotel in a great location. Breakfast is tasty but limited to one coffee (just one!), one juice and a dish of your choice. Served in the rooftop SOLID restaurant, with an amazing view. If you need a more substantial breakfast then consider waiting until 10am when you can pay for the full brunch menu.
