I was impressed by the staff; they were all very friendly and helpful, with a special shout-out to the front desk team. The hotel's design is also a huge plus. My only note is that the standard rooms are on the smaller side, which might be an issue for extended stays.

Clean rooms, great location, and what really sealed the deal was the hotel's exclusive complimentary wine and chocolates. I'll definitely return!

This beautifully designed hotel directly overlooks the Chain Bridge and is incredibly close to Buda Castle and Fisherman's Bastion. The views are stunning, and it offers a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. A wonderful touch was the complimentary wine and chocolates we received upon check-in!

Overally it was good. The view and location was the best .. the breakfast doesn’t worth it. My room was too small. It gives you the vibe of a 4 star hotel than a 5star one.

Location was ideal for being able to see all the main attractions. All transport was within 3-5 minutes walk from hotel which was great especially when returning back to hotel after a tiring day. Very good value for money if you are looking for a thermal hotel. Decent, tasty food, clean rooms and thermal bad, and a very good sauna world. The sauna programme is included. One of the best choices in Hungary for this price range. The service in the restaurant lags a bit behind the usual expectations, but it is only a minor flaw that can be corrected with a little assertivity.

The hotel itself is beautiful, next to the sea, swimming pools around, amazing food. There are just two things I was not so happy - the programme looks like it is only for Italian customers, in the reception they do not have any information about it. The other thing, the staff expects you to give them money for every little thing.

We visit thermal spa within weekdays and still it was lots of people there, I can tell it is really popular place. It is very well priced, it has several dining places including a small café. Pools seemed recently renovated. All in all it was a great experience.

We visited the spa only. It had lots of pools, we enjoyed watching the stars from the outside thermal pool. Sauna department had two Finnish saunas 95 and 70 degrees, aroma sauna (45) and steam bath. Go in naked or in blankets (provided by staff). The sauna ceremony is kind of suomen saunakulttuurin raiskaus, but interesting, noisy and fun.

Clean, affordable, colourful. Was very appreciative of their customer service as they let us change the date of our arrival with no penalty despite us accidentally booking a non-refundable room (need to email them directly, not through trip). Breakfast was good, but vegan/veg options were extremely limited, so I would have liked to see some more effort on that side to accomodate more guests.

Right by the Kelenföld station in Budapest, I arrived by midnight and was welcomed by this chubby (meant in a friendly way) and very friendly receptionist who got me to my room and was very kind. Beds are nice and not too soft, the breakfast is alright too. A big plus is the free coffee by the reception haha.

Lovely location and very pleasant Hotel accommodation. Travelled from the U.K. we were totally satisfied with the room, restaurant, spa facilities, and above all else the cleanliness of the place. We would certainly recommend this as a holiday destination for relaxation and outdoor activities.

Everything was perfect. The food was excellent, like the view from the room. The hotel have a great wellness with sauna, outer thermal and massage. Also have billiard, pingpong, and fitness room. The room has very clean, nice and so big and the view of the Tisza-to.

We were in the hotel for several days. It is in a very nice place. The room was comfortable. The diners were varied. We had real hospitality. We used several services in the wellness area. The beautician lady has golden hands. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Excellent hotel! This hotel is excellent. Among the best we've stayed in. The room was comfortable and clean, the swimming pool/ spa / sauna and outside seating area lovely. The breakfasts had lots of choice and we had an excellent evening meal there. We'd definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Tiliana. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just brilliant, being able to sit outside, eat and drink outside in the gorgeous sunshine was just lovely. The bedroom was great and a very comfortable bed. On Monday I had an overnight stay in Bristol hotel and I was pleasantly surprised how clean the room was. I mean, it was impeccably clean! It was a true joy to take a shower and the hotel offers vegan friendly skin care. Also, it surprised me that coffee in the hotel was free, so as water. Though my room was on the first floor, I could not hear any noise and I had a night of full sleep.

The cleanliness of this chain hotel was excellent. Its location is also very good, with a large, well-stocked shopping mall conveniently located right across the street. Public transport is easily accessible, with both subway and bus options. It's also only about a dozen kilometers from the airport. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

This is an amazing hotel and I highly recommend you to stay in. Just visit this hotel and enjoy great experience. The food is delicious, breakfast and dinner are buffets with a selection of national dishes. Great people working here every one was very nice. This hotel, however is old and could use a facelift. I would say that the price was right since everything else in the area is almost double. It’s also a great area to visit. It has a very fun walking zone with great food and music and dancing.

The Food was excellent, there is even decent espresso at the included breakfast. The game room with bar look okay, but the pool tables are made of steel/a lot of metal and feel from the 1950s or earlier. They cost extra/frame, althogh at the reception we were told it is free. Comfortable hotel near the lake with pool and other thermal facilities.

Service was pretty much fine. Dinner was really good. The hotel room itself wasnt anything special, have slept in a lot comfier beds. There also was some screeking noise coming from the top of our room during the evening.

Long weekend Hotel is nicely located in Badacsony. Close to the lake and ship station. Many restaurants and coffee shops are close.

The hotel is ok, but compared to other hotels at the Balaton, it’s got room for improvement. The room wasn’t really clean with hairs in the shower and next to the sink.
