Needed a renovation! The location is outstanding, filled with potential. The hotel would appreciate a high amount of money injection. The room was just ok, I would call retro. Lovely 3 star hotel in lovely wooden area. Lovely and patient staff (last minute booking for a large group of 20+ people). Nice facilities i.e spa treatments, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym etc. Even had an indoor play area for younger kids and a park outside. Rooms a bit dated but OK for needs. People who like to eat a lot should come to this hotel. The food is very tasty and varied, it has everything. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I don't like the room with cobwebs and small bugs, I don't like small wellness.Therefore 1 rating less. The surroundings are beautiful, the view from the terrace is fantastic.

The hotel was near the metro which is good and the room was quite small but it’s clean. The bathroom shower was too narrow and small, however, the staff was accommodating and friendly.

The room was clean, but there was virtually no service. The soundproofing was terrible; someone called the room at 2 AM, and there was constant noise and running upstairs and outside my door from 1 AM to 5 AM. It was quite a terrifying experience.

Extremely satisfied with my stay. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the location was super convenient. It's within walking distance to the train station and popular attractions, and the surrounding area is lovely and quiet.

Love thos hotel in the quiet town of Debrecen. The staff were helpful. The room we booked was a family suite, very reasonably priced. 2 rooms, a sleeping area, and living room type area. Two balconies as well. Breakfast was buffet. Lots of great options.

The hotel is like a resort, insanely comfortable. The staff has been amazing. The bartenders (Zsolt and Zoltan) have blown out minds. Better craft cocktails than we get back home, at less than half the price, and a smile on their face the whole time. I would happily stay here any time in in Debrecen.

Decent resort with mixed results. Rooms are nice and clean with lots of hangers. Design is nice (depending on the taste), but water pressure on the 4th floor is horrible, especially when the hotel is over 1/2 full. The family room was comfortable, modern and well equipped. Although the ventilation in the kids room was quite loud and could not be turned off. It's not comparable to what you'd find back home, but the value for money is pretty good, really good. It would be even better if they had a bigger electric kettle, a larger duvet, and provided power adapters.

The room was nice and spacious, and the breakfast was plentiful. There was a supermarket nearby, making shopping very convenient. It was also close to Chinatown, and there was a light rail station right across the street, making transportation very convenient.

Although it was a short stay, it was a comfortable hotel. Access from the city center and the airport is a bit inconvenient. You need to transfer to the subway and tram.

Super friendly staff and clean room! The bed was really comfortable and easy to access to the tram! I love to walk, so I walked to the metro station, but it was still easy to transport and safe neighborhood! There is not much surrounding, so it was pretty quiet during the night! I would love to stay again!

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Budapest. I especially loved the incredibly rich breakfast, though the dinner at the restaurant was a bit ordinary and lacked Hungarian character. The room service and front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and thorough. I would definitely recommend it to friends and would love to come back again in the future.

I was impressed by the staff; they were all very friendly and helpful, with a special shout-out to the front desk team. The hotel's design is also a huge plus. My only note is that the standard rooms are on the smaller side, which might be an issue for extended stays.

This beautifully designed hotel directly overlooks the Chain Bridge and is incredibly close to Buda Castle and Fisherman's Bastion. The views are stunning, and it offers a peaceful escape from the city's hustle and bustle. A wonderful touch was the complimentary wine and chocolates we received upon check-in!

The hotel was right on the beach and my room had filtered water views with spectacular sunsets. Breakfast was pleasant but didn’t cater for gluten free so limited me to eggs. The coffee was good. Little English spoken amongst the staff but they did their best to understand. Room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend.

Great value for the money for out stay in January2025. Room are bigger than average and location is excellent, right on the lake. Very good coffee during breakfast!

The rooms were average, we went in off season so the streets were empty and access to beach wasnt possible. But the hotel had wellness services which we enjoyed. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was included in our plan which was decent and had sufficient options (considering it was off seasons and had limited guests). We had a balcony with beach facing view which was peaceful and great!

This is one of the best value-for-money hotels I've stayed at in Europe. It's right next to the train station, so you can easily get there directly from the station. It's also convenient for shopping. Overall, I really liked it.

The internet worked well, staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good and the room was well cleaned.  The location is also easily accessible by public transport. The room was an okay size. Clean, affordable, colourful. Was very appreciative of their customer service as they let us change the date of our arrival with no penalty despite us accidentally booking a non-refundable room (need to email them directly, not through trip). Breakfast was good, but vegan/veg options were extremely limited, so I would have liked to see some more effort on that side to accomodate more guests.

Right by the Kelenföld station in Budapest, I arrived by midnight and was welcomed by this chubby (meant in a friendly way) and very friendly receptionist who got me to my room and was very kind. The room was great, with good heating. They also provided a shuttle service. After arriving on a late-night flight, I picked up my luggage and went to Zone 6 on the second floor. I called and the car arrived in about ten minutes. The breakfast wasn't really to my taste as a Chinese person; I just had some eggs, milk, and coffee.

The cleanliness of this chain hotel was excellent. Its location is also very good, with a large, well-stocked shopping mall conveniently located right across the street. Public transport is easily accessible, with both subway and bus options. It's also only about a dozen kilometers from the airport. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Came with a tour group, sharing with one other traveller, room + balcony allow for plenty of space. The renovated rooms have ultra modern bathrooms. I really liked the location and the amazing view from the terrace. Initially, I was given a room with a view of a side street, but after speaking with the administrator, they offered to move me to the room I wanted for the second night. We went to this hotel at early February. We opted in for a half board service for 2 days. We enjoyed the hotel, even though it has an older look inside. We found it to be cosy and beds were comfortable. Spa was okay and the location is great also: closed to the weekend farmers market and shops. Overall we recommend it

The rooms are roomy with a wide range of channels including a 24 hour music video channel that makes all the difference when you’ve had a long day of walking and want to kick your feet up.
