We haven't stayed in such a quiet hotel in a long time. The room was a good size with a lovely balcony facing the countryside. Breakfast and dinner were very varied. The outdoor area was beautiful and large with plenty of sun loungers. We highly recommend this hotel.

There is currently a mosquito plague in the hotel; we have never seen anything like it. There are 1000 times more mosquitoes than in Lignano i Lignano.

The hotel is freshly renovated. Rooms are big, with a nice terrace. The bathroom was really fancy designed, however the shower drainer was not worked. The staff was polite, the food was average.At the restaurant was many variation of foods, but i cant tell you it was any extra tasty.

We stayed there as a family. Because there were several seminars during the week, the garden and wellness area were very empty. It got busier from the weekend onwards. There were always plenty of sun loungers available. Pedal boats and stand-up paddleboards were free. The other wellness facilities, sports, and playground were also great. The food was very good.

Newly renovated building, big but cosy at the same time. Wonderful food for breakfast and dinner and the lunch from the bar also tasty and good selection. The bed was a bit small, just enough for one, but the hygiene was decent, and breakfast was good too.

The receptionist was very nice and explained clearly on stay and breakfast. Some stains were found on the bed linen but in general the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was near the metro which is good and the room was quite small but it’s clean. The bathroom shower was too narrow and small, however, the staff was accommodating and friendly.

The room was clean, but there was virtually no service. The soundproofing was terrible; someone called the room at 2 AM, and there was constant noise and running upstairs and outside my door from 1 AM to 5 AM. It was quite a terrifying experience.

Decent resort with mixed results. Rooms are nice and clean with lots of hangers. Design is nice (depending on the taste), but water pressure on the 4th floor is horrible, especially when the hotel is over 1/2 full. This review is only about the sauna: What a beautiful area, looks like how a multi millioner would have deseind it for himself! This hotel has a gym, and I was the only one there when I went early in the morning. It was great. The Danube River is right outside the door, so you get amazing views, and you can take a walk along the river after dinner.

The hotel was right on the beach and my room had filtered water views with spectacular sunsets. Breakfast was pleasant but didn’t cater for gluten free so limited me to eggs. The coffee was good. Little English spoken amongst the staff but they did their best to understand. Room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend.

The rooms were average, we went in off season so the streets were empty and access to beach wasnt possible. But the hotel had wellness services which we enjoyed. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was included in our plan which was decent and had sufficient options (considering it was off seasons and had limited guests). We had a balcony with beach facing view which was peaceful and great!

This is one of the best value-for-money hotels I've stayed at in Europe. It's right next to the train station, so you can easily get there directly from the station. It's also convenient for shopping. Overall, I really liked it.

There was no slipper, no bathrobe and other kits. Location was wonderful. Staff was positive. But basic hotel kits destroyed all these charms.

The hotel is in a good location, but it must get its act together replacing the carpets. The carpets in my room were very dirty. For over two years now the hotel is in the process of replacing the carpets. What takes them too long - and why did I get a room with these old dirty carpets ?

It's located conveniently 3 1 Km from the airport. Staff are super friendly and are happy to help! Buffet breakfast is all included from various VB eggs and vegetables to cereal and milk and soya milk and... Life is good, people are awesome, stars are shining?

The room was great, with good heating. They also provided a shuttle service. After arriving on a late-night flight, I picked up my luggage and went to Zone 6 on the second floor. I called and the car arrived in about ten minutes. The breakfast wasn't really to my taste as a Chinese person; I just had some eggs, milk, and coffee.

Very close to the airport, so getting a taxi was super convenient. The hotel staff were really warm and attentive, with someone on duty 24/7. The room was clean and comfortable, the heating worked great, and the bathroom was bright and spacious. The bedding was soft and comfy too. zsh ok so be aware of this hotel, the main building looks beautiful, but no lift for suitcases..quite many high steps. they put us in a Side building, which was just ok. Towels were thin and awful. Breakfast was however very good.

Hotel is about 12 min walk from the bus station. Few minutes walk to the lake Balaton and to the nearby shops. Rooms are good for the price. You have to come to the reception for anything you need. There is no elevator. Breakfast was very basic.

I really liked the location and the amazing view from the terrace. Initially, I was given a room with a view of a side street, but after speaking with the administrator, they offered to move me to the room I wanted for the second night. I also enjoyed breakfast at the New York Café. The rooms themselves are a bit dated, especially the bathroom, but everything was clean and in good condition.

It's close to the lake. However, if you don't have a car, it's hard to get there from the train station. Although there is a bus line, there are only around 3 or 4 buses in the afternoon. There is a pool and a hot tub on the ground floor. Its nice to unwind there. The breakfast is good too.

Perfect for a spa break. Spacious immaculate rooms. Thermal lake only 5 minutes walk. Staff were very attentive and explained each food as I have wheat and nut intolerance. We went to this hotel at early February. We opted in for a half board service for 2 days. We enjoyed the hotel, even though it has an older look inside. We found it to be cosy and beds were comfortable. Spa was okay and the location is great also: closed to the weekend farmers market and shops. Overall we recommend it

Very nice hotel right at the Danube river. If you're lucky, you can get a aroom with a view across to river to the parliament building. A great hotel for visit a supplier in the area, Fast check in, even if we arrived earlier than normal check in time. Room was clean, and area was nice for taking an afternoon walk. We had a wonderful week at Tisia Hotel in June. The room was spacious and perfect for our needs, especially since we have a child with a physical disability. Location is great, very central and easy access. Rooms are up to standard that you would expect from an Accor affiliated hotel. Service is poor compared to other 4* hotels and Accor standard.
