We had an excellent stay in this charming hotel! It’a a very beautiful building, an old palace with a lot of history, with the most wonderful breakfast room and the most complete breakfast we ever had! Very friendly staff at the reception and breakfast and very beautiful rooms with all the amenities to make you feel comfortable. We recommend it to everyone visiting Budapest!

Not bad, but expensive. The playhouse and the adventure pool are not connected to the hotel, so if it's cold it's unpleasant to walk through the yard. The hotel is quite nice but definitely not 5* hotel. We have a junior suite with a view. Room is nice but there is no dishes and they did not changed our dirt sheet in three days, they took our small towels, but did not give new. We had a weekend booked at this location and couldn’t make it because our daughter got the chickenpox on the day we were supposed to check in. We asked for a fee waver given the circumstances and they have been very nice and prompt in getting back to us and not applying any charges. We stayed there as a family. Because there were several seminars during the week, the garden and wellness area were very empty. It got busier from the weekend onwards. There were always plenty of sun loungers available. Pedal boats and stand-up paddleboards were free. The other wellness facilities, sports, and playground were also great. The food was very good.

Kenese, Akarattyai is very ideal for motorhomes. Very good free parking spaces at the beach, delicious food, tolerable prices in Kenese up to the village, sensational bakery with delicious coffee, wonderful baked goods, fresh hot cabbage rolls, I wouldn't miss them for anything. Very nice hiking opportunities. Overall, two great settlements. We always spend a day or two when traveling through.
