Excellent location, excellent clean room and the staff are very friendly, incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We hired a mobility scooter for the duration of our stay and the effort from the reception team not only to store it safely but to make sure that it was fully charged for the following day was appreciated. A beautiful hotel in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Balaton. The rooms are clean and tastefully furnished, the equipment of the rooms is at a sufficient level. The hotel itself offers a number of side activities as well as relaxation opportunities. The hotel staff is very nice, but not all of them can communicate fluently in english. I visited hotel twice. Fist time was fine and it was well organized. After my second visit, I noticed that the hotel has become quite neglected. The hygiene is very poor. I believe you can do much better.

The floor was dirty, and the bath towels weren't very clean either. The soundproofing was terrible. There was only one person working at the counter in the evening. It was very noisy with lots of people eating pizza and drinking near the entrance at night.

A wonderful place to relax and warm up in the thermal pools during winter, when it’s snowy and freezing outside. It’s a cozy and peaceful spot where everything feels calm and pleasant. There are many different baths and pools, as well as a small water park, jacuzzi, and more.

Sorry for the lack of pictures, this is only the entrance. I love this place i have such fond childhood memories of it! The climate is so warm and nice, the plants are beautiful and dreamy creating a lovely atmosphere. The pools are great and the slides are very fun as well. This place us definitely worth the price, you could easily spend a fun afternoon here :)

We came here from Romania, so comparing with what you can find in our country it is perfect. It was clean enough, different types of pools inside for kids and adults also.

This AquaPark is among the finest in the region. It is stunning and well-structured, ensuring safety and being suitable for children. There are numerous ways to have fun in the water. The slides are quite thrilling, yet they are entirely safe.

Came here on a Saturday and the experience was good, there’s a water park, thermal pool and sauna world (would recommend paying for this as soooo worth it and lots of variety)? The thermal pools were good, about 6 and a variety of temperatures and the water park had some good pools, overall a good way to spend the day. Food and drinks options not too bad either (mix of fast food and alcohol)
