Strange place to stay, seemingly lost in time. Very dark rooms and an odd / unknown method to access the bar or restaurant. However great squash courts and sauna/ swimming pool

Not a four stars hotel. The hotel is definietly not 4*, it's dark, dated and old. The room was clean, but you can see that they only spend money on maintenance if they need to. Cracked sink in the bathroom, with the cheapest handsoap/no shower gel or shampoo provided. No kettle or other tea/coffee making facilities, the minibar is super expensive. The breakfast was very basic, with limited options...

The hotel isn't a 4 star one, maximum 3. This hotel is very "old", and it seems they only spend money on maitanance if it's absolutely needed, cracked sink in the bathroom, missing tiles in the pool area, dated decor. The hotel itself is very dark, with dark lampshades. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, I found the breakfast very disappointing, with close to no items on offer...

The hotel is open 24/7, which was very convenient — I checked in at 4 a.m. without any issues. The staff were friendly and helpful, there is parking available, and the breakfast was tasty. A great option if you arrive late at night or early in the morning.

Stayed here while driving through Hungary. Arrived late in the evening, emailed to state this and very helpful. Room good, wouldn’t say 4*. Was quite warm and other than opening window no way to cool room. Breakfast was typical for country. Would stay here again.

I would give it 5 stars of it was a 3-star hotel, but they claim to be 4-star. As a 3-star hotel, I have no complaints about them. They are very reasonable priced. The staff is very polite. The rooms are clean, and it is the closest hotel to the lake. Other 4-star hotels in the area are much nicer inside and have better food.

Lovely complex over a lake. Being English, it was a bit surreal to my girlfriend and I. Seems very popular with older people, but was generally very pleasant and relaxing experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location. Literally 3 minutes from the lake. The staff is very professional and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The meals are in a form of a buffet with a wide variety of choices. All on all I highly reccomend this place!

Visited in winter. Very comfortable, clean, peaceful place. My room was warm enough . "Taxi mafia" was brutal - from airport to hotel 90,000 HUF :( . They just have waited for someone tired and disoriented... So on the way back to the airport i asked random taxi near the closest metro station. At night one driver offered 20,000HUF , but in the morning i found other for 10,000HUF

Such an incredible hotel, in such a lovely part of the city. Next to tram 1 and very close to one of the main stations of Budapest (Nepliget) it is simply the perfect spot for your stay. The staff is really friendly, the breakfast was okay, but the rooms WERE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. The mattress was too soft. The bathroom is very narrow and the shower door was broken and difficult to close and open. We were satisfied with the breakfast. It was plentiful and tasty.

A fantastic retreat for a family or for a couple. The wellness centre was very well laid out and had many options to choose from including a cold plunge, which was very refreshing and a massive hot tub and pool. We where staying in this lovely hotel. The kindness of the staff is extreme. Everyone smiling, and it is obvious that they love this place. We arrived to the breakfast early they say sorry… but we where early with 30 min. Sauna seance was exceptional, the sauna master made it perfect. A good place for the price; it was nice to stroll along the embankment. It's a 20-minute walk to the train station with a suitcase—not far, in my opinion, especially since the route is flat. It's close to the lake. However, if you don't have a car, it's hard to get there from the train station. Although there is a bus line, there are only around 3 or 4 buses in the afternoon. There is a pool and a hot tub on the ground floor. Its nice to unwind there. The breakfast is good too.

Great value for money and a good wellness area.

An impeccable, new, and clean hotel. The evening meal is delicious and varied. Breakfast is also delicious. The two ladies at reception in the morning on the day of our departure were really kind and helpful. This is an amazing hotel and I highly recommend you to stay in. Just visit this hotel and enjoy great experience. Staff were not super helpful. We had to scrounge for towels. Breakfast was great. Walk directly out to thermal pools. The massage menu and prices looked great.

Far from main attractions but close to walking green areas and AquaWorld - for a short trip with small kids it's enough. Rooms are clean, quiet and convenient, breakfast fresh with a choice of cold and hot dishes and cornflakes. 5 stars for very nice and helpful English speaking staff.

We spent 2 nights there with a bigger family group. Modern hotel with very comfortable and well equipped rooms. The few extra square metres are making the rooms feel really spacious and excellent sound proofing assures good sleep.Breakfast was delicious and refilled to cater also the late joining members of our team. Everything was perfect! The welcome, the room, the breakfast was excellent. They have jakuzzi and sauna in the garden, where you can sit out, and relax. The receptionist was very kind person, she helped us where to go, what to do in the area. There is no dinner, or lunch. But they have also restaurant nearby, its very close, approx. 5-8 minutes by walking.

The hotel was fine, but they don’t have an elevator, the worst thing was the A\C in the room it was not doing it job we visited at July and we couldn’t open the windows because of the bugs, we had to park our car outside the hotel parking but it was a safe calm street so it wasn’t a big deal

I just spent two nights at Fortuna Hotel. My room was small but clean and I had everything that I needed. The staff was so nice. They assisted me in every way..bringing me my laundry..bringing me the most delicious meals. I sad to have to leave!

Nice place close to the cave spa. Around five minutes walk through a park. The ellipsum located on the other side of the road. Helpful staff, tasty breakfast with good coffee, and stable WiFi. The room was clean, the bead was comfortable. Three more additional character to reach the minimum.

Good value for the money, probably fine for adults. But with kids, the mobile homes were too far from the spa, we ended up driving. Also, the kids pools were closed for the winter and we weren't notified until after we arrived.

Nice calm place, great for family's with small children and or if you can entertain yourself with sports. The surrounding cities are well worth visiting, fx. Sarvar. The water is red, as lava, hot but not to hot. The camping site is well maintained and clean.

The hotel is in the centre of the city. It has monitored parking. The hotel is beautiful, clean, the rooms are big, clean and well equipped. The kitchen is fabulous, the food is specially tasty, the staff is very kind and competent.

This is a very nice, big hotel. The rooms are big and have balconies. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. It has a large parking lot but the location is very poor. It's situated on the exit of the city and it is approximately 2.5-3 km away from the public Strand. The water is at 0.7 miles from the hotel but the beach that can be used and where all the restaurants and shops are situated is far away

I expected more from a 4-star hotel. Food was ok+, but I would expect more choice for a 4-star hotel. Our room door (around the handle and lock) looked like someone had broken into the room in the past. Maybe we were just unlucky because it really was the only such door on the entire floor, but no one at the reception told us about the condition of the door untill we saw it by ourselves. The hotel was easy to find. The room was very clean and warm. The reception is 24 hours occupied and the service was very good. The young man at the front desk tried hard to find me a place to eat late in the night on a week day. They have a good parking place with cameras just outside the hotel. Next time I shall try the SPA as well.

The location was not import for me so i could not comment , the room was clean but dated , it did not affect my stay, value for money , it was very good, no noise , the spa was a bonus The staff were excellent,nothing was too much trouble , breakfast was ample.

I really enjoyed my stay in this cozy and comfortable hotel. Everything was great - clean room, tasty and rich breakfast and spa. The place is not far from the city centre and Raba Quelle Thermal Spa.

The hotel has a bad smell due to humidity on the 2nd floor due to some guest installing clothesline along the corridor in front of the rooms. I had a clogged sink in my room and there is no support to place the body wash, so when taking a shower you have to place the body wash on the floor. This hotel definitelly is so far away of being a 4 star.

I'll start with the negatives: the toilet seat in the room practically fell off, it took 4 days to fix it. I must add that repairing the damage caused by the big storm consumed a lot of energy and time. The lighting in the bathroom is dim, the card holder that ensures the electricity is hanging, there is no mosquito net (spiders also lived in the room), the air conditioner was set at a fixed 23 degrees...

Beautiful hotel. The breakfasts, lunches and dinners were very delicious. I was very surprised that there is a time for coffee and cookies in the restaurant section in the afternoon. The hotel rooms are small, but we didn't mind that because we were hiking anyway and only spent time there in the evening. Really good quality. 4 stars. But the wellness is available if you ask it. The cake for dinner was same for 3 dinner. In cold weather the window is fully wet inside. Over it all the staff is very kind, the wifi is really available in rooms and the breakfast and dinner is more tha enough.

Comfort in another country! First time in Hungary on business and room was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean, and the staff was the best most of all. It is located on the border of Hungary-Slovenia, 20 kilometers away from Austria and Croatia, provides a good shelter for excourtion to those countries.

Even though the resort is almost at the middle of nowhere, our family enjoyed the quietness and accessibility to countries like Croatia, Slovenia and Austria as it is near the border. Lenti Thermal Spa is also worth visiting , both for us parents as well as for the kids.

This resort had a beautiful view, and every staff were so kind, so we enjoyed staying here. However, though this resort is for long term stay, when I asked a receptionist, she told us a washing machine is broken. And that was pretty inconvenient.
