Strange place to stay, seemingly lost in time. Very dark rooms and an odd / unknown method to access the bar or restaurant. However great squash courts and sauna/ swimming pool

Not a four stars hotel. The hotel is definietly not 4*, it's dark, dated and old. The room was clean, but you can see that they only spend money on maintenance if they need to. Cracked sink in the bathroom, with the cheapest handsoap/no shower gel or shampoo provided. No kettle or other tea/coffee making facilities, the minibar is super expensive. The breakfast was very basic, with limited options...

This hotel is very "old", and it seems they only spend money on maitanance if it's absolutely needed, cracked sink in the bathroom, missing tiles in the pool area, dated decor. The hotel itself is located outside the center, in a quiet side street. The room was very large and nicely furnished, but rather gloomy. The hotel consist of two parts a newer area which is 4 star and an older original area, but overall needs a good re decoration and up dating throughout, felt more like a 3 star hotel, just comparing when have visited other 4 star hotels. We loved this hotel. The room was clean and well equipped (except for a drying rack for swimwear...) and all staff members were helpful, especially the lovely lady in the restaurant. Food was delicious and plenty. The pool was clean and the sauna and hot tub excellent. The gym was a bit basic and too warm, but available.

The hotel is in a residential area (unusual for a hotel). It has a few parking spaces in front and a small parking lot in the inner courtyard. The rooms are large and spacious. The hotel is open 24/7, which was very convenient — I checked in at 4 a.m. without any issues. The staff were friendly and helpful, there is parking available, and the breakfast was tasty. A great option if you arrive late at night or early in the morning.

We find out this hotel on the from Türkiye to Hamburg/Germany. We enjoyed a very friendly personal in the whole hotel. The room and the restaurant inclusive personal wert very good. The room is very small, probably less than 10 square meters. The facilities are old and outdated. It's not even a four-star hotel. Under the banner of environmental protection, they even charge extra for changing bath towels every day. There is no daily cleaning. I stayed for three days and only received one cleaning (just made up the quilt). It's totally not worth the price.

This hotel was a great place to stay in Eger. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean and everything (shower, intranet, etc) worked well. The beds were very comfortable. And the breakfast in the morning was outstanding. One could easily walk to most parts of Eger from this hotel. The rooms are a bit dated in design. We had a room with large windows facing the street and sidewalk, and we're not sure the curtains there did much to help with our privacy. The appliances don't always work properly. Breakfast is decent with a good selection, but rather repetitive from day to day. The service is welcoming. The spa area is very nice, with several saunas. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast and lunch had great variety but the quality was 3/5, except the coffee bar when it was open at lunch which was 5/5. The dinner in the cellar was 4/5 - very beautiful with large portions but the taste/quality was lacking.

It's a nice little hotel in the heart of Eger. The staff is very professional and the place is well kept, despite its age. I would have loved to have a water heater in the room with coffee and tea, but maybe it's not the same standard as we are used to in North America.

Nice, friendly and comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Everything is clean and the rooms are large enough for you to stay there, not just sleep and go out. You need to pay for the parking a fair price, but then is watched through CCTV and more secure. The staff is really kind and helpful with all your needs and requests.

I would give it 5 stars of it was a 3-star hotel, but they claim to be 4-star. As a 3-star hotel, I have no complaints about them. They are very reasonable priced. The staff is very polite. The rooms are clean, and it is the closest hotel to the lake. Other 4-star hotels in the area are much nicer inside and have better food.

Lovely complex over a lake. Being English, it was a bit surreal to my girlfriend and I. Seems very popular with older people, but was generally very pleasant and relaxing experience. Water wasn't too hot or Grundy, but would definitely recommend you bring a float with you. The hotel is in a fantastic location. Literally 3 minutes from the lake. The staff is very professional and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The meals are in a form of a buffet with a wide variety of choices. All on all I highly reccomend this place!

Amazingly relaxing water in tranquil surroundings. Value for money. Try to go early morning as you can stay there 6-7 hours

Wonderful getaway from the city in the city 🥰 We spent 3 days here at Chtistmas. Nice breakfast, cosy wooden chalets with sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Just loved it.

The staff was very friendly and gave me tips about Pecs but I also shared nice conversations with them. During my stay, there was a couple staying at the hotel which ate vegan and the staff went out of their way to accomodate there needs. So nice and so friendly. Relaxed atmosphere.

The service was prompt and very friendly. This is an excellent location not far from city center. Walking distance to the bus station, a HUGE piac and Churches, historical sites. Mall is across the street. Only 3 stars for the room, the beds were too hard to sleep comfortably.

A fantastic retreat for a family or for a couple. The wellness centre was very well laid out and had many options to choose from including a cold plunge, which was very refreshing and a massive hot tub and pool. We where staying in this lovely hotel. The kindness of the staff is extreme. Everyone smiling, and it is obvious that they love this place. We arrived to the breakfast early they say sorry… but we where early with 30 min. Sauna seance was exceptional, the sauna master made it perfect. She used 2x2 different oil and she used water and ice two. She was using towels like a dancer and moved the air around...

We spent 2 nights there with a bigger family group. Modern hotel with very comfortable and well equipped rooms. The few extra square metres are making the rooms feel really spacious and excellent sound proofing assures good sleep.Breakfast was delicious and refilled to cater also the late joining members of our team. Everything was perfect! The welcome, the room, the breakfast was excellent. They have jakuzzi and sauna in the garden, where you can sit out, and relax. The receptionist was very kind person, she helped us where to go, what to do in the area. There is no dinner, or lunch. But they have also restaurant nearby, its very close, approx. 5-8 minutes by walking.

The hotel was fine, but they don’t have an elevator, the worst thing was the A\C in the room it was not doing it job we visited at July and we couldn’t open the windows because of the bugs, we had to park our car outside the hotel parking but it was a safe calm street so it wasn’t a big deal

The hotel is clean and tidy, with plenty of food in the small refrigerator. The location is convenient and the transportation is close to the subway station. You can walk to nearby attractions. Nice calm place, great for family's with small children and or if you can entertain yourself with sports. The surrounding cities are well worth visiting, fx. Sarvar. The water is red, as lava, hot but not to hot. The camping site is well maintained and clean.

This is a very nice, big hotel. The rooms are big and have balconies. Breakfast is very good and plentiful. It has a large parking lot but the location is very poor. It's situated on the exit of the city and it is approximately 2.5-3 km away from the public Strand. The water is at 0.7 miles from the hotel but the beach that can be used and where all the restaurants and shops are situated is far away

The hotel was easy to find. The room was very clean and warm. The reception is 24 hours occupied and the service was very good. The young man at the front desk tried hard to find me a place to eat late in the night on a week day. They have a good parking place with cameras just outside the hotel. Next time I shall try the SPA as well.

I really enjoyed my stay in this cozy and comfortable hotel. Everything was great - clean room, tasty and rich breakfast and spa. The place is not far from the city centre and Raba Quelle Thermal Spa.

There are good and bad things, the bad part first: It's not worth getting full pension, as they serve the same food all week, with no variety but the taste is not bad. I recently stayed here for one night and this was an ok experience. Check-in was smooth but lacked a bit of friendliness; no smiles, no 'welcome to our hotel', The room was big and clean as was the bathroom, but in comparison with the room size, this was a small area. The shower door didn't close properly but on the other hand the shower was excellent. Bed's were ok. Soundproofing is not the strongest...

Decent rooms and decent breakfast

It was an easy process. We felt safe and the breakfast was delicious.

Hotel staff were courteous but will benefit from additional customer service training such as smiling and show some excitement about the work.

The prices are okay, as is the service, but the food would not be something I would recommend. The soup and the main dish were mediocre at best. The rice, for example, was one of the worst rice I've ever eaten, totally bland and way overcooked. The dessert was pretty good though.

I'll start with the negatives: the toilet seat in the room practically fell off, it took 4 days to fix it. I must add that repairing the damage caused by the big storm consumed a lot of energy and time. The lighting in the bathroom is dim, the card holder that ensures the electricity is hanging, there is no mosquito net (spiders also lived in the room), the air conditioner was set at a fixed 23 degrees...

Beautiful hotel. The breakfasts, lunches and dinners were very delicious. I was very surprised that there is a time for coffee and cookies in the restaurant section in the afternoon. The hotel rooms are small, but we didn't mind that because we were hiking anyway and only spent time there in the evening. Really good quality. 4 stars. But the wellness is available if you ask it. The cake for dinner was same for 3 dinner. In cold weather the window is fully wet inside. Over it all the staff is very kind, the wifi is really available in rooms and the breakfast and dinner is more tha enough.
