Super nice staff and multiple choice for breakfast. I will come back again next time
We are here as tourist. The hotel is not at downtown. We took bus to travel around. The bus system is convenient. Though the hotel belongs to a high class hotel group but the room quite basic. No amenities are provided. Not much eateries or shops are around the area. Hence we took bus to those places. The hotel lobby is nice.
Very good, clean hotel typical of the Hilton brand. Room is big enough, modern and well-maintained. Very good hotel for a good restful night after the flight to Iceland. Parking is free.
room was clean, friendly staff, was very helpful as well, didn't try the food but looks fancy, we could order in as well.
The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way, but it was only used as a stopover so it didn't matter too much, and for travelling around Reykjavik we recommend booking another Hilton Curio Select hotel. Facilities in the room were fair and worthy of the Hilton name.
Beautiful hotel central location close to lots staff was great and hotel was clean!!

Breakfast not as good as the other Berjaya hotels. Same spread throughout our 4 breakfasts!!!! Good location for walking around but carpark a little further away from hotel entrance. Very close to return our rental car office. Lots of eateries around but it’s a problem getting a table. Front staff are pleasant but ineffective when issues arise.
This accommodation is quite well located, by walking for about 10mins able to reach a few places of interest in Reykjavik. The room though slightly on the small side, but still able to open 2 big luggages (walking space got abit tighter but still manageable). Bed was comfortable, however we found a stain on the bedsheet:( Overall, it was a nice stay👍🏼
Great location: great harbour view, close to city centre, usually get picked up first for tours. cozy boutique feel.
It is so nice, the room and the lobby environment is sooo cozy!!! Beyond my expectation!
Good vibe. Next to harbor as well. Good resting area at the lobby level . Separate room where you can chill or have discussion.
The hotel is cosy and comfortable. The breakfast starts at 7am which is a little late if you've got some day tours booked as you usually need to be out early, but they allow you to take away which is very useful. The location is good too as it's close to bus stops, the harbour, and the centre of Reykjavik. The room could have done with some more space to store clothes.

The location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the city center. It's also close to bus stations #2 and #3, which is great for catching local tour buses. The hotel is clean and comfortable, definitely recommended!
Very comfortable and spacious room. Great location, 5 minute walk to Rainbow Street and many great food options. Right across the street from FlyBus pickup/drop off station.
Hotel  location is perfect, just at the central of the city!
Excellent hotel. Room is big in Icelandic standard. Excellent breakfast with ample options. Staffs who went out of their way to provide assistance. Best hotel stayed in Iceland.
I stayed at Saga Hotel for two nights. The hotel is situated adjacent to Tjornin (a beautiful pond with lots of swans and ducks). The room was well furnished and comfortable. The staff at reception were friendly. Buffet breakfast was great. Highly recommended.
Excellent location, friendly reception, great breakfast, clean and comfortable room. Go for the breakfast, they are great. You don’t find breakfast outside early in the morning. Even if you do, those from the hotel are of good value.

Fantastic location and adorable structure. Breakfast was good. Only heads up is there is only a taxi stand to drop off luggage, but hotel is walkable from the downtown rental car drop off. Overall - recommend.
Perfect for an overnight stay prior to our cruise. Not luxurious but great in every way. Lots of selections hot and cold for breakfast - in the middle of the action so easy to walk to everything. Hotel staff are amazing - great tips for dining options. And my VIP access included early check in at 8am and 2 free drinks in the hotel bar. Definitely would recommend
Centrally Located in Reykjavik This hotel is located in the central area of Reykjavik which made it very convienient. The hospitality was great. They were helpful with booking excursions as well as making suggestions restaurants. The hotel main areas and halls are kept clean. My only issue was with the shower in the room. The shower was small and had a thin ***** at the bottom. After showering...
Everything was impeccable, but we missed seeing the cat when we left. The bartender was amazing.
Outstanding hotel—friendly, helpful staff, perfect central location, clean and comfortable room. Highly recommend!
The staff were all excellent at this property and the location is fantastic. Very close to walk to shopping, food, and museums. The breakfast served at this hotel is fantastic with a wide variety of offerings, including gluten free options. Super clean hotel, wonderful breakfast, it's not very close to the center, but if you don't like walking 30 minutes there, you can take the bus that stops practically in front of the hotel. I highly recommend it.
A neat hotel, with a good breakfast. Very independent and well arranged with garage
It's not in the city center, but the flybus can go directly to the hotel entrance. The breakfast is OK. Self check-in is available. The room is not big. I only stayed here for one night and left in the morning. It's hard to comment on other aspects, but it's OK overall.
Room is much smaller than expected, and the value for cost and parking facility is low but manageable.
Self check in hotel, great facilities and parking. 10 minutes away from the center.
Close to the bus lines. The breakfast is amazing! It’s lot's of good stuff, but it gets changed from day to day. These people prepare on the same day, and not the night before. It makes a huge difference in the quality. The rooms are modern, well designed, and well lit. The plumbing is excellent as well. Everything was great! Loved that they had toys downstairs for my daughter to play with. Staff was very friendly, excellent location and very clean. We’ll be back for sure!
It's in an older building that has been beautifully renovated into small apartments. The location is great! Right in the center of the old town. Easily walkable to restaurants and shopping. The area is quiet, except for the church bells. But, they do supply ear plugs! A great value and nice place.
The hotel was truly perfect - it is in the center of town and you can get anywhere you want to while in Reykjavik. The staff are so lovely and the room was beautiful - it is quite obvious love and concern for people's comfort was put into the hotel. The accommodations were more than one could expect. This is one of the loveliest places my family has ever stayed in on our yearly trips to a different...
LOVED this hotel!! Great room. Great location. Great staff! Blackout curtains were the first ones we had on an 11 night trip that actually blacked out the room. Important in the summer!!
Very charming and clean. Not a lot of road noise to be in the city. Only complaint is parking is tough to find.
Great location. Walkable and the staff is very friendly. We wanted to extend last minute and they were able to accommodate at the same rate we originally booked at.

There were plenty of parking spaces available for rental cars, and it was simple and comfortable. Early morning departure and key return were clear, and a boxed breakfast was delivered the night before.
Nice hotel in London, that is well connected. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Spacious and clean room for a family stay.
Rooms range from big to small. Compared with our friends, the one we booked on trip was the best! There is a hot water kettle and a coffee machine. The room is big!
The hotel is satisfactory in all aspects. But the service of Ctrip is negative. The hotel has no front desk, which means it is all self-service. Ctrip sent emails and text messages, but the most important thing is that the hotel front desk door opening code and the key box code were not sent to the guests. Our flight was late and arrived at the hotel at 3:30 at night. Ctrip asked us to contact the...
The location is easily accessible by public transit. It’s a self-service hotel, so guests must be sure to reach out if they haven’t received checkin instructions. Fabulous location within easy walking distance to main attractions, cafes and restaurants. We requested one of the quieter rooms after a long flight and we were obliged with one - thank you! The bed was roomy and very comfortable, the shower was hot, and the coffee was great. Staff were quick to respond to messages and check-in was straightforward.
A little noisy with 24/7 cafe across road but very neat and tidy, quite comfortable. Microwave would have been nice. A bit expensive but in general all Iceland was 😂
The hotel was lovely and central to the city. Most areas were in walking distance from the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. My only gripe was that the kitchenette was damaged with the fridge tilting backwards and was a little awkward to open without it tilting forward. Clearly the cabinet base needed repairing room 104. Please fix it. You would have 5 stars if it wasn't broken on arrival...
Great location. The two bedroom unit had so much charm and character, it was a very comfortable stay
Really great location and well equipped, but the property is extremely loud. Also no help with early check in which is hard considering if you’re coming from the USA you’ve got to kill a day outside while you’re exhausted and feel dirty from a long flight. You will need to wear headphones to go to sleep. Otherwise noise will keep you up all night long.
Stellar What a WONDERFUL hotel!!! The self checkin was so efficient. The communication was prompt. The room was fabulous. And I had no idea when I booked what a stellar location. A win win!

The front staff were friendly and always available. The room and all bedding were clean. The bathrooms were of a public restroom style and the showers were in a locker room style. The kitchen area was a bit cramped for countertop space with no place to store non-refrigerated foods. The refrigerator was packed full and was hard to find room for my items. The location and price were great.
A good hostel/hotel. The students stayed in dorms which served the purpose and were clean with shared showers. Staff had comfortable rooms on the same floor or better rooms in the hotel above. Was a little crowded at one point as they had three big groups in, but they managed the breakfast sittings well. Good food in the packed lunches and for dinner was very good.
Very clean, pleasant accommodations. Staff was friendly, and helpful if you needed any sort of assistance. Great place to stay, walking distance to most shops and bars with one inside of the Hostel itself. I would definitely stay there again, but would probably inquire into getting a private room.
The location is really great - walking distance to the city center, but also one of the main stops for any tours/excursions that include ground transportation. Beds were clean and comfy though the photos online make the (hostel) rooms look a bit more luxury than they actually are. The bathrooms (specifically the showers) were not great - tiny shower stalls with vinyl curtains that you have to try not...
The lobby, bar, bistro and lounge areas are wonderful. But the rooms, kitchens, bathrooms are yucky. At least four outlets in the 12 bed room didn't work. At least two of the bed lamps didn't work. The kitchen was a dirty disaster from people being pigs and not cleaning up properly. There were fabric seat cushions in the kitchen that we're practically black with stains and grime. Highly recommended, great location, great Service. Although the room was a bit small, but given the room Rate was quite affordable in Reykjavik, This hotel is certainly great Value for money.
The hotel is very popular. I could only book a standard room for a king-size bed room before. But when I was about to check in, I saw a superior room and grabbed it immediately. The size of the superior king-size bed room was OK, but the superior twin room should not be 24 square meters and seemed very small. So my friend upgraded the double standard to a suite.

ok, with small improvements could be better There was upsides and downsides with this hotel. The walls/doors to corridor were like paper. Property is very clean and breakfast was good. It is easy to get to the downtown area or other destinations because it is near major roads. Downsides are the room was small and there were only a few parking places which meant if you got there late you had to hunt for street parking, which also was limited nearby.

Beautiful space! the dome was lovely and well appointed. We loved the hot tub and view. We didn't really see anyone else while we were there but it wasn't peak tourist season.

For what it is, it's fine i guess. The room and the shower was clean, the rest not so much. The tables sticky, the floor old and thus not very appealing. Take care of your food! The hostel was pretty nice, the staff was helpful but not friendly at all. The kitchen was good, bathrooms clean. The only bad thing is that the beds are so extremely noisy, every time someone change slepping position 'even carefully', all the people inside the room note it. Breakfast is normal, but, it is better to buy something in bonus and cook it.
Stayed in a 16 person shared room. Room was clean and so was the bedding. Cleaning staff came in around 9:30am to start cleaning the common kitchen/bathroom areas. There were utensils and cooking supplies for solo travellers to use which was nice! Comfortable common spaces. Ideal for a quick stop before traveling on. Ideal location right next to Hallgrimskirkja church. Easy walk or bus to down town, where loads of restraints. Only 1 pillow which was very flat and toilet could do with a bit more of a clean. But generally very nice room.
Given an 'Average' rating, but this was perfectly acceptable for what we paid for the room. Very convenient for the town center (an easy walk down to road puts you on the high street), well placed for bus/taxi pick-up and put-down. Good value for money.
Not really a hotel. No TV or Kettle. Kitchenette with sink and microwave? Breakfast not available until after 09:00 in the Vietnam restaurant which also acts as the reception! Good location though. Bed & bathroom clean, but with a couple of cockroaches

I loved to stay here! It is super close to the shopping street, and you can easier walk all the way, there is also a bus station very close. It is not a place to stay inside the whole day, but there is a nice lounge bank inside.
Nice clean small room with private bath. It's great location for me. Quiet & it's about 1.2 km to the Hallgrimskirkja You can park car at side street.
As we arrived earlier, the staff made it possible to check in a little earlier, for what we were really thankful! Even if it’s just a 10 minute walk into the center (25 to the harbour area) you’ll find free parking spots across the street. At night it was quiet
I stayed in single but the single room was too narrow than I expected.
