Terrible service! We arrived at the time of the room entrance , there was no one in the reception due to huge and loud baptism party ongoing in the restaurant. It was next to impossible to hear what we talk in the reception. There was no calm place to wait for the room. Party guests occupied the whole hotel, kids were running around the pool, there were trash swimming in the pool, the music was very loud in the first floor, food smell was terrible in June heatwave. It was like a nightmare. We wanted to stay in the rooms since whole common places were occupied but there were tens of mosquitoes in the room. This place cannot be a four star hotel. Dont ever consider booking!

Lovely warm welcome from all staff here. Perfect place for family with kid. Good location in not busy area for people who need to escape from crowd. 5 mins drive from the beach and restaurant . I would definitely come back again.

ALLA VOSTRA CORTESE ATTENZIONE: Buongiorno, come da precedente telefonata intercorsa intorno alle 16,00 di mercoledì 26/06/2024,nella quale ho EVIDENZIATO LA SCARSA QUALITÀ RISCONTRATA DELLA CAMERA 109 CHE MI È STATA ASSEGNATA , NULLA DI UN 4 STELLE DI CUI VADO AD ELENCARE: SERRATURA PORTA INGRESSO CAMERA DI NESSUNA SICUREZZA BAGNO: NON FINESTRATO E SPROVVISTO DI UNA VENTOLA DI VENTILAZIONE, DOCCINO PER FARSI LA DOCCIA DA APPENDERE NELLA VASCA DA BAGNO CON L’ IMPOSSIBILITÀ DI REGOLAZIONE DEL FLUSSO E DIREZIONE ACQUA IN QUANTO DOTATO DI RUBINETTI VECCHI E ROVINATI, ALTEZZA VASCA DA RENDERE DIFFICOLTOSO ENTRATA E USCITA DALLA STESSA, MATERASSI Due singoli accostati, PRATICAMENTE SFONDATI(dormito malissimo e scomodo), è stato messo un topper per risolvere il problema ma ovviamente non ha funzionato. On arrival we were super disappointed, the reception hall and especially the toilet next to the reception were super run down (the doors of the latter could not even be closed). Our rooms were also anything but a pleasant surprise. They were in the basement and were not modern like in the pictures, but rather moderately redecorated. Afterwards, we went to the pool and our image of the hotel changed completely. It was super nice, quiet and in the middle of the shade of old olive trees. The breakfast was also excellent. Not only did it have a huge selection, but also honey served directly in the honeycomb. What was nowhere to be seen, however, was the menu for the dinner, which is still advertised. Turns out they don't even have a chef anymore, but haven't taken down the Michelin Guide or removed it from the picture selection. All in all, a nice hotel for breakfast and relaxing by the pool, but it had probably seen more glamorous times.

My girlfriend and me passed a wonderful time in this hotel, after 3 days of rush visiting all 5 terre we could really relax at the Locanda dell'Angelo. The pool is really big and warm with a big garden around where you can just lie down and enjoy the sun. After the check out they even let us stay in the pool for a few hours.
I really loved the hotel design, it brings you to another time where art had a meaning and every detail was meant to express something.

Staff really kind and delicious breakfast.
