Overall a great stay for our family group of 4. Breakfast was good with variety. Staff were lovely and helpful. Highly recommend

I like the location of this hotel. Its right next to a large park, which was good for my morning run. The room was equiped with a cooking/ washing area. The fridge was useful. Breakfast had a good continental selection.

Perfect if you like walking. This is a good place to stay. What made the visit extra convenient was the young guy in the reception, didn’t catch his name. Our room was huge, with a separate bedroom, dining room/livingroom combo, foldout sofa bed (very comfortable), kitchenette with stovetop, microwave, sink, dishes, large fridge. The pool was fabulous. The staff were very helpful and friendly. All in all a wonderful experience.

This place was wonderful. The rooms were clean. Daily they changed out the towels and emptied the trash. The room was spacious and the kitchen had needed items for preparing meals. I liked the electric room darkening shutters on the windows made to excellent sleeping. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location away from inner city noise., The room was spotless clean, everything from washing machine, to aircon, tv with netflix, fully equipped kitchenette and clean white bedding. Perfect location, it was close to the beach and Main Street. Rooms are well equipped- got everything that we needed - a plus were the beach towels. Hotel have more rooms than available parking place. You have to pay addition parking public fees (10€ per day) i think hotel should share the parking cost for guests at close zenit parking place if there is not free hotel parking place. Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast buffet and helpful staff. Its location is good with many restaurants, shops and cafes just a short walk away. We were always able to get sun loungers at the pool and the beach is only a couple of minutes walk away. We really enjoyed our short stay and would visit again.

Overall a really nice hotel with good parking facilities 15€ per night. Well located next to the sea. Walking distance to the city center 2,5 kilometres. The only negative in the room was the temparatutre plus 25 degrees celvius and no aircondition , when i asked reception the answer was we are not allowef to use it yet ??

The place was clean, nice. It was on the 3rd floor. For 2 seniors it was tough to haul our luggage up. Staircase was dark with cracked tiles. There was no name outside the flat. Had to use phone flashlight to enter code of keybox. Host was friendly & provided taxi contact info as we had an early train to catch.

Comfortable, central location We spent 5 nights here and found it very comfortable with everything we needed. It is well located, close to Porta Nuova station and a short walk to the many attractions of central Turin. We arrived late and, in the dark, took a little while to locate the side entry but, after that, had no problems.

The apartments were well maintained and kept clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Nothing but praise for the accommodation and the staff. This was a return stay at Comfort Loger, would highly recommend it.

We stayed in June and found the apartment, the service, the location, and everything absolutely perfect. The location is very central, the apartment is tastefully and elegantly furnished, equipped with every comfort, and is very bright. The large garden is wonderful, as is the impeccable cleanliness. Pleasant atmosphere, central location. Personally I slept badly, the bed was uncomfortable (but this is my personal opinion), the parking below makes it difficult to maneuver if you have an SUV.

We traveled as a family and it was our first time at the resort, which we absolutely loved! Everything was impeccably maintained and clean, the staff were very friendly, the food in the restaurant was delicious, the service was excellent, the pool was beautiful, and there was easy access to the lake… It was a wonderful vacation and we'll definitely be back! Everything was clean when we arrived. The furniture was very worn, and the sofa bed didn't look very inviting. After we had unpacked, we were attacked by ants; it was a real plague. We had such a good experience last year that we chose this hotel again this year. And how well we did!!!! It's as if we continued our vacation where we left off 1 year ago. The workers are kind and attentive, the quality is great. The breakfast is fantastic you will spend at least 1 hour there.

Really nice Apart Hotel located directly at the beach. You just pass the promenade and have some steps to the sea. The pool area is amazing. With a little area for kids with dolphins and a little frog slide and a bar. My recommendation get one of the "Hugo Spritz" and a "Ringo" Ice Cream. You get breakfast for ten euro per person, but some steps away there are many restaurants for having good breakfast...

This family run dream of a place was the highlight of our stay in Ischia. Everything was perfect, from the welcome upon arrival to the incredible availability and helpfulness of staff throughout the day, always friendly, polite and never intrusive. This was my second time staying at Punta Chiarito in Ischia, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The staff are absolutely incredible — warm, attentive, and truly make you feel at home. The location is breathtaking, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The food is delicious and a real highlight of the stay. The kitchen was avarage equipped but the furniture were new. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear people but it's not that bad. It is quite far from any shops so it's recommended to have a car. There is a pool and a beach nearby. The only problem is the pool opening hours and you have to have a swimming cap (you can buy one in the reception for 3€).

We had a great 4 night stay at this hotel . All the staff were very professional and friendly. Our room was clean and the balcony was great . Only issues were The in room safe didn’t work and the shower could have been better. These issues didn’t affect our enjoyment of our stay. Central location. Close to taxi station and buses. Easy to walk to the famous rome attractions. The concierge was extremely nice and helpful. Room upkeep was terrific. The only two issues: trying to find entrance on the street to the hotel when we arrived was difficult and confusing and the walls in the rooms seemed thin as we could hear our neighbors talking late at night.
