Great location near the lake, rooms great size and very clean, our room had lovely mountain views. Free treats available 3pm, which is a nice touch.

The place was amazing and the stuff were really friendly. The place is right in front of the lake and perfect for both hiking trips as well as relaxing chill vacations. They have an open buffet breakfast that is amazing and some snacks throughout the day as well. You can also book for lunch/dinner if you want. Hotel Lido is such an amazing place, located few steps away from the lake and surrounded by the scenic Dolomites. The place feels like Paradise. Gorgeous garden, great super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful, modern rooms. I would definitely come back again! Highly recommended!

Perfect spot for our family to participate in Xterra. Right across the road from race area by yhe beach. We wanted a spot with kitchen and washing machine. Drying rack provided in each room. We like independence, so not the place for you if you prefer a concierge type of stay. Grocery store is a block away. Great views of mountains.

Pros: Attentive staff, quick response to all questions, daily cleaning, excellent location. Cons: A bit dark in the room, strange and very strong aroma in the hallway, but fortunately, there was no aroma in the room.

We loved everything. Right in the center, near the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps.

It’s an old building. The property is on the second floor and the private elevator doesn’t stop at the 2nd floor. So, you would need to either go to 3rd floor and carry your luggages down 1 floor, or carry them up 2 floors. Other than that, it’s a good place to stay in Rome.

I was lost for about an hour because I didn't know how to check in. It was the kind of place where you had to press the apartment bell yourself to open the entrance, which isn't available in Japan. I was at a loss as I couldn't even ask about it. If that kind person hadn't shown up, I don't think I would have been able to check in at all. It would be helpful if they made it clear how to do it.

Our booking was a double room but 1 month before check in, we requested to change to a twin bed. The clientele, however, isn't up to par, detracting from its value: people dragging tables and chairs around late at night or early in the morning, not caring about anyone else. Rooms feature a large, livable balcony (those on the ground floor have a private garden), air conditioning (unfortunately, there's a fee!), a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with freezer. Nice aparthotel with a good location. The ski bus stops right outside the hotel, and the ski lifts are a 7‐minute walk away if you miss the bus. There are also multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance. The swimming pool and wellness area are nice, but I would suggest limiting the number of visitors in the wellness area, as it gets overcrowded during peak hours.

Staff were nice and location was good, however…. The hotel is fine for people with light luggage. Luggage needs to be carried manually up three large steps to reach a lift. The staff kindly provided an upgrade with a balcony view, but the bathroom and toilet size is suitable only for nursery school children.

The apartment is elegant and well served, both in terms of services and furnishings. Everything is always perfect: organization of check-in and check-out, communications, availability for special needs. The apartment is cozy, clean and equipped with the main comforts. Normal hotel although 4 stars, which needs some improvements, especially with regards to noise from guests occupying the rooms. A reasonable apartment in a beautiful part of the country. The room was on the small side, and the equipment was all fairly old, but everything worked and the bed was comfortable so this was a cheap and acceptable base for a weekend of hiking. The staff in the Heritage Hotel, who manage this at the moment, were excellent.

Found by chance near Sestriere, a very quiet village very convenient because it is close to the ski lifts, equipped parking also covered and offers many other services. Well heated and bright rooms, pity that the walls and doors are very thin and not very soundproof. For the rest very good, I would return!

Really nice area, nice and clean apartment, but there was no wlan in the apartment, also it feels like the hotel is saving money wherever it's possible. The problem kind of was, that there was nothing going on, even though there were possibilities to. (Went there Late July - Early August 2018)
