We thought the property was clean and the rooms were spacious. The staff (not present on property) were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was marginal. The neighborhood was very localized, some of the shop owners friendly, but ver difficult to drive in and out of!

Walking distance to the beautiful cathedral The hotel is very well located in the middle of town and within walking distance to the beautiful cathedral. The streets are very narrow and it’s impossibly challenging to drive to the hotel.

To be honest we reserved a room in front of the cathedral and they gave us one room with out windows smells a lot mold we ask the receptionist and she say we are maximum occupied right now i cant do anything just remember you are paying for the location mot for the room The room doesn't have mothing ordinarily for the pice we paid 385 i didn't like also pillows were terrible

A fun and unique place to stay. Quite a bit of street noise in the master bedroom. Really easy to walk to attractions. Staff was awesome! We didn’t get the bottle of wine that should have come with our suite.

Pia was an excellent host! We LOVED staying in the annex of St Peter’ Six. Our room was very comfortable, located a short block away from excellent dining, and a very short walk to St Peter’s Square. Staff was super accommodating and pleasant. Room was sparking and in room coffee and tea were excellent.

Very close to the St Peter's Basilica.Very quiet area at night. Staff was helpful. Room was clean but very small. My husband and I could not walk around the room at the same time. No dresser for clothes. Also the free breakfast you have to walk 3-4 blocks away!

I didn't give five stars for the area around the property because it is currently undergoing renovations so we had to walk the longer way round to reach Isola di Ortigia (about twenty minutes). Excellent location. Self-catering equipment is a bit sparse, just a hob. Plenty of pans and accessories though. Small supermarket around the corner is handy. Good alternative to staying in cortina. we stayed at aparthotel princess as our base and headed out to the different attractions everyday, drive to famous attractions are less than 3 hours.

The hotel is in great location near to the ski lifts. The rooms are small, children slept in the aisle on bunk bed. We had a double bed in one room together with kitchen and a table. The hotel has swimming pool, unfortunately caps are mandatory. The sauna was nice, but there was a lot of people who behaved like in a pub, the staff should ask for silence. Nice aparthotel with a good location. The ski bus stops right outside the hotel, and the ski lifts are a 7‐minute walk away if you miss the bus. There are also multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance. The swimming pool and wellness area are nice, but I would suggest limiting the number of visitors in the wellness area, as it gets overcrowded during peak hours.

Manuela and Luigi fantastic manager in the hotel. This year the beach has a new control due to the new public tender. On saturday we find tre beach dirty and in sunday (day of leaving) you need 50€ for first row and 30€ for an umbrella behind. Little discount, but disaster of Consorzio Marconi.

One of our fave stays & meal during our 2 week travel in Dolomites. Rooms are spacious and gorgeous with a fantastic view of Brixen city. The private (with reservation) barrel sauna at the rooftop was cute & enjoyable. Service was warm. They produce their own wine too. Definitely recommend dining at their AO restaurant which serves Nordic italian cuisine.

Everything was excellent. The location, the staff, food, room, terrace was excellent. You can see that they really have an eye on details and that the touch that makes it so tasteful and special are all there. Would also really recommend the restaurant at the hotel, AO restaurant. Staff were nice and location was good, however…. The hotel is fine for people with light luggage. Luggage needs to be carried manually up three large steps to reach a lift. The staff kindly provided an upgrade with a balcony view, but the bathroom and toilet size is suitable only for nursery school children.

We had some issues with our room through no real fault of anyone (lost power for a short time which caused a few issues) but everything was rectified quickly. As much as I liked the staff and place, I didn’t realize there were a lot of stairs ( traveling with elder mom) also main level had many cockroaches which I hated.

A reasonable apartment in a beautiful part of the country. The room was on the small side, and the equipment was all fairly old, but everything worked and the bed was comfortable so this was a cheap and acceptable base for a weekend of hiking. The staff in the Heritage Hotel, who manage this at the moment, were excellent.

Found by chance near Sestriere, a very quiet village very convenient because it is close to the ski lifts, equipped parking also covered and offers many other services. Well heated and bright rooms, pity that the walls and doors are very thin and not very soundproof. For the rest very good, I would return!

The owner is one of the most hospitable people I’ve ever had a chance to meet! I think what stands out about this place is the attention to details the manager has invested in. All the staff are are very diligent and preoccupied regarding the guests’ needs.

This hotel is right outside of Merano, which for our family is a great place to roam the area. First and foremost the reception and restaurant staff were extremely friendly and gave excellent recommendations! The rooms are very nice and well appointed. We had 1 night on ground level and 2 upstairs. There are only 3 Superior Studios (which have a kitchen) downstairs and one upstairs. We requested the one upstairs in advance because of the view, but one must still be a little bit lucky. It’s worth asking. Lovely place, beachfront property. Friendly and helpful staff to meet me for some setbacks. My room was clean and tidy, although the level of facilities is simple and functional. The rooms have a mini fridge. Personally I am satisfied. I recommend it and would stay there again.
