Excellent location, a 5-minute walk from the train station. The check-in counter is 50 meters from the hotel entrance. The rooms are clean and spacious. There are many shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel operates on a self-check-in basis, and the hotel thoughtfully provided an envelope containing two room keys, a breakfast voucher, and most importantly, an instruction manual with a QR code that leads to very detailed information. The hotel environment was also very beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, and had a small balcony. A very good stay! 👍

We had just a minute worth of trouble locating however when we did the helpers made us feel so welcome. Rooms spotless . Marta helped immensely with our transportation needs.

Lovely place to stay in Rome. Reasonable rates, spacious room, very comfortable beds. Handy to all locations by bus. Pasticceria Linari below is fabulous for colazione or dolci and fresh orange juice.

Beautiful place, very kind owners, we stayed 2 days in this property and we had a very good time, clean and convenient to reach the center, during this period breakfast was not served due to renovations, but nearby there is an excellent ice cream bar for a stratospheric breakfast.

It was lovely to be greeted by the owner of this property, who was welcoming and extremely kind in advising us on transportation, places of interest, and good places to eat. The property offers clean and well-equipped rooms and more. We highly recommend it.

Hotel's location is ok. Almost 13 minutes walk ftom Santa Maria Novella train station . Entrance to the hotel looks pretty good. However, rooms are not that great. I have not found the rooms to be clean. In one corner of the room, the plaster on the wall had fallen off. No extra outlets available for charging phones and smart watches. Very nice. I stayed in the junior suite, it had a large bed and also a smaller one good for a family with kid. The views were stunning, the jacuzzi tub was divine. 5 min walk to Ufizzi. Amazing breakfast. Pricey but worth it.

From reservation to check-out our visit was a memorable and pleasant experience. The accommodations and service were first class as well as the amenities offered here. The meals were also exceptional. One cannot be disappointed with choosing Hotel Bibione Palace.

Overall, this is a good hotel — spacious, perfectly located, with clean and comfortable rooms. My friend and I had a short stay here recently and were very happy with the room and helpful communicative staff. One of the sinks in our room was out of order. The shower was leaking water out into the main area. Also everything in the room seemed very dusty.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Termini train station, which is ideal for anyone needing to catch a train. Subway access is also incredibly convenient, with Termini Metro station right next door. Definitely recommended.

Nice location and high ceiling

Its really worth the value to stay. Especially need to highlight the space of the room. It is dedinitely can't find at this price with such room spacious in Rome.

Clean, warm, new decorations with lobby and rooms with historical building. They have elevators, staffs are extremely helpful. Location: very easy to find and access from Termini. Only one thing want to mention is the drainage speed of shower, it’s so slow and nearly blocked.

Perfect sea view from balcony!

Clean rooms steps away from the Alba Adratica beach at a very good price. Continental breakfast included with great coffee and local deli meats and bread. Just be aware that there are just a few parking slots for hotel guests. Must pay an extra to use the underground parking.

Great location, beautiful views and room - just a shame there were kids in the suite next door in room 501 who were so badly behaved and loud. Children should not be allowed in the suites and when we booked we thought this was the case. Oh well! Just to be aware of!

We went only to the Spa, a one day relax after three days hiking, and it was a fantastic experience. Very welcoming and kind staff, amazing view, nice cocktails and great facilities. I would recommend to go early in the afternoon for quieter hours.

Great place if a little odd at times but very relaxing and beautiful surroundings if a little out of the town.

Everything about this hotel is surprising — it looks small, but you can find everything you need in it. The best part was definitely the breakfast. The only downside is that there’s no elevator, but you can ask the staff to help with your luggage. The location is great, close to the old city of Napoli and the train station

I wish I paid a little more money for a better hotel. This place was in a sketchy area with people and chaos all around. While I appreciate it being close to the train station, I’d rather pay for a cab to somewhere better. The room looked far better online than in person and wasn’t clean to my standards. Very nice place to stay. The rooms seem a bit small but they are very comfortable and look very nice. They have air conditioning, the bed is very comfortable. The people was extremely nice. Very good and modern rooms for the price. Location is close to the Trainstation and there are also some bus and tram stops close by for going to the citycenter. The region around the station and hotel isn't the most friendly neighbourhood to walk around in but we had no problems. Breakfast was very good. The only problem was the wifi that didn't work during our stay in the hotel.

Relaxation guaranteed, a fantastic welcome. Bibiana is a wonderful person, perfectly in tune with her guests, very helpful, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and immaculate. The property was well maintained and very clean. Check in was excellent and very friendly. Didn't really see any staff after that. The only minor complaint was that the hair dryer didn't work. We were surprised the property was on a busy road which made it noisy in the morning.

Lecce break Beautiful suite which was serviced daily and easy walk to the old town and restaurant the host Bibiana was amazing and checked in with us at breakfast every day to see if we needed anything and provide recommendations. The service provided from all the staff was wonderful

Great place for families. Decent rooms and living areas. Close to several ski resorts by car up to 30 min drive. We visited for the second time. We would have liked the dishwasher and beds to be more comfy but wasn't a deal breaker to visit for a second time.

Big spacious rooms, beautiful decoration, attentive and lovely staff. Missing a couple amenities and basic things in the room like a sink in the kitchen, but none the less the room was extremely nice. As this was our first time in Milan, we didn’t know about the location of the hotel but it is a bit far out and it’s easier to have a car if staying here.

Was fantastic, although it was more expensive than nearby hotels it was well worth it. The balcony had such a stunning view and so did the rooftop bar. It was so relaxing and real luxury. Front desk Mario was friendly, ready to answer any questions, offer advice. Room is clean, comfortable but compact, especially the shower stall.

There is not always staff at the front desk, so it is a good idea to contact the hotel in advance and arrange communication via WhatsApp. When I arrived, there was no staff there, but I was able to contact them via WhatsApp and they were able to unlock the door remotely. I was impressed that slippers were provided as an amenity. Breakfast was not included, but there are cafes and bakeries in the area...

The location is great! Hotels stuff is helpful. The room is big, clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. However the air conditioner is VERY loud. The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower head didn’t work well. It seems like the holes in the shower head were all clogged.

No one was at the reception counter even though I arrived before 7 pm. No access to the front door of the building nor the door to the premises. No one at the reception when I checked out at 9 am.
