Everything is good, just the surrounding people at night need to becareful.

The best things were the size of the TV and the breakfast (the staff and variety of food). The worst thing was the smell from the drain in the bathroom.

Very nice hotel for staying in Naples! The location is superb, you can easy achieve all sights of city and countryside from here by walk or by train… Breakfast was delicious! Rosario is the best manager of this hotel, respect! 👍

There are areas nearby where African people gather but it's not a problem, and it's safe as there are many police officers and soldiers patrolling at night. I really appreciated they had a drinking water machine, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, the staff was friendly and it was in a great location. If you are a light sleeper make sure you bring ear plugs because the doors are thin and you can hear people passing by.

This place was a great place to stay! Center location in florence and room was quite cool. It had a loft where the bed was and the bathroom was on the first floor. There was air conditioning and room was cozy. Only downside would be if you have a hard time walking up stairs the stairs to the bed were very step going up.

Well centered hotel, we are far from 4 stars, the wifi is non-existent as well as the storage in the room. The heating leaves something to be desired.

Located directly opposite the Duomo, the view from the room is spectacular. Just be aware that noise from the piazza can be heard at night. However, this is easily remedied by closing the windows, as the room is equipped with air conditioning.

We chose the upgraded view and it was well worth it! We were directly in front of the Duomo and it was beautiful! Our room was well designed and very spacious. There was a huge separate walk in area designated for luggage and hanging clothing which left so much more space for us to enjoy the room. Very good and modern rooms for the price. Location is close to the Trainstation and there are also some bus and tram stops close by for going to the citycenter. The region around the station and hotel isn't the most friendly neighbourhood to walk around in but we had no problems. Breakfast was very good. Excellent area for restaurants and cafes and very walkable to sights like Trevi and Spanish steps. Comfortable bed, good shower and TV with Netflix enabled. Reception is not always manned, but they alerted us to this ahead of time. There is a kettle and cups, but no tea or coffee is provided.

Really nice Apart Hotel located directly at the beach. You just pass the promenade and have some steps to the sea. The pool area is amazing. Just spend our skiing vacation at the Alpen Suite Hotel. Two families! Staff at this hotel are just absolutely amazing- thanks to everyone for making our stay so pleasant!
