Absolutely fabulous boutique hotel! Stunningly beautiful (and I am very particular ;) Great location with cute and unique local shops on the street below. Very helpful and kind staff (Valentina was fabulous), beautiful terrace, great breakfast… and the best were the exquisite hand painted and restored frescos on the ceiling. The hotel has a beautiful boutique-palace design and a unique atmosphere that we believe deserves at least 4 stars in European standards. We had the pleasure of spending a night in the Junior Suite, which made a spectacular impression on us and which we highly recommend. Probably the best choice in Siena in this price range.

It met my expectations for a B&B, and the breakfast coffee was excellent. In the old town, old houses have been converted into B&Bs, with windows opening onto the streets. We were so pleased with the assistance we received from front desk and loved our room (Diamond)! The property is exceptional in cleanliness and the breakfast was lovely. Every suggestion given regarding dining or sightseeing was spot on. I appreciate the elevator in such a uniquely charming hotel. Probably our best stay during ten days in Italy.

I really appreciated they had a drinking water machine, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, the staff was friendly and it was in a great location. If you are a light sleeper make sure you bring ear plugs because the doors are thin and you can hear people passing by.

This place was a great place to stay! Center location in florence and room was quite cool. It had a loft where the bed was and the bathroom was on the first floor. There was air conditioning and room was cozy. Only downside would be if you have a hard time walking up stairs the stairs to the bed were very step going up.

We enjoyed our stay in Punta Ala , apartment was very nice , spotless clean, everything what we needed . Great location , close to the beach . We would only welcome changing of the towels during our stay . We understand cleaning is not included in the rate but still . Anyway overall we were very happy and will come back 😊

The hotel operates on a self-check-in basis, and the hotel thoughtfully provided an envelope containing two room keys, a breakfast voucher, and most importantly, an instruction manual with a QR code that leads to very detailed information. The hotel environment was also very beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, and had a small balcony. A very good stay! 👍

We had just a minute worth of trouble locating however when we did the helpers made us feel so welcome. Rooms spotless . Marta helped immensely with our transportation needs.

Beautiful place, very kind owners, we stayed 2 days in this property and we had a very good time, clean and convenient to reach the center, during this period breakfast was not served due to renovations, but nearby there is an excellent ice cream bar for a stratospheric breakfast.

It was lovely to be greeted by the owner of this property, who was welcoming and extremely kind in advising us on transportation, places of interest, and good places to eat. The property offers clean and well-equipped rooms and more. We highly recommend it.

I was given a room in an Annex, buit this turned out to be an advantage, as the room was more or less a suite. Cleaning was excellent and the staff very welcomiung and friendly. The rooms were nice, bit on the smaller side but manageable. The staff at the reception was super friendly (not the breakfast staff though they were okay). The location is pretty good. The parking is really convenient and most of the guests were friendly too. Definitely satisfied with my experience. If you plan to go to the pool bring a swimming cap, because it's mandatory.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at this family run hotel. Our room (109) on first floor overlooked the swimming pool/sea view. Nice clean spacious room with lovely balcony. Great staff, good size rooms. That a visit to the beach/a place to sit at the beach wasn’t included for the price we payed (3000 euro for less than 10 days) is absurd. The hotel is promoted as a beach hotel, but to visit the beach you have to pay 25-40 euros per day (the higher price is for if you want to be able to lock in your valuables). We stayed in this hotel since it is close to Pisa and Florence. It is located in a beautiful and quiet location which is pleasant. However you will need a car otherwise you will struggle. Very nice. I stayed in the junior suite, it had a large bed and also a smaller one good for a family with kid. The views were stunning, the jacuzzi tub was divine. 5 min walk to Ufizzi. Amazing breakfast. Pricey but worth it.

I was given a small single room which was different from what i booked. No staff except on WhatsApp (it was Sunday when I arrived)-. She was quick to respond. At first she said i made the mistake but when i showed the pictures of what i booked, i was given the right room. The accommodation is old and the bathroom is very old. The shower is very small and you can't move around properly. The internet is very bad, it's disconnected most of the time. The only thing that's worth it is the location. The staff are polite.

I stayed here for a few days' vacation. The location is excellent, about a kilometer from the Mongiove beach, which is very large and well-equipped. The apartments are clean and well-organized. The indoor pool is convenient.

Everything would be fantastic if it weren't for that poor dog in the pool—a dirt-filled tub with no water, no food, and one of the two lifeguards, while spraying degreaser on the bench, tried to spray it on the dog, scaring him away. Luckily, we provided him with water in a glass and food! You have a restaurant, what does it cost you to feed and drink him? Shame on you 😡

We spent 15 days in complete relaxation. The structure is very welcoming, located a few kilometers from Patti Marina to be precise in Mongiove. We booked this hotel for a football tournament and were positively surprised. Rooms clean, everything works, outside areas well taken care off and the owners tried to make our stay enjoyable and went out of their way actually. They even imported beer from our country !

We could visit Tindari and Marina di Patti in a few minutes. Highly recommended for those driving through Sicily, it's just out of the auto Strada, and very safe at night to park in the Residence. You can enjoy the lovely home made food too !!

From reservation to check-out our visit was a memorable and pleasant experience. The accommodations and service were first class as well as the amenities offered here. The meals were also exceptional. One cannot be disappointed with choosing Hotel Bibione Palace.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Termini train station, which is ideal for anyone needing to catch a train. Subway access is also incredibly convenient, with Termini Metro station right next door. Definitely recommended.

Its really worth the value to stay. Especially need to highlight the space of the room. It is dedinitely can't find at this price with such room spacious in Rome.

Clean, warm, new decorations with lobby and rooms with historical building. They have elevators, staffs are extremely helpful. Location: very easy to find and access from Termini. Only one thing want to mention is the drainage speed of shower, it’s so slow and nearly blocked.

Great location, beautiful views and room - just a shame there were kids in the suite next door in room 501 who were so badly behaved and loud. Children should not be allowed in the suites and when we booked we thought this was the case. Oh well! Just to be aware of!

We went only to the Spa, a one day relax after three days hiking, and it was a fantastic experience. Very welcoming and kind staff, amazing view, nice cocktails and great facilities. I would recommend to go early in the afternoon for quieter hours.

Everything about this hotel is surprising — it looks small, but you can find everything you need in it. The best part was definitely the breakfast. I wish I paid a little more money for a better hotel. This place was in a sketchy area with people and chaos all around. While I appreciate it being close to the train station, I’d rather pay for a cab to somewhere better. The room looked far better online than in person and wasn’t clean to my standards. Very good and modern rooms for the price. Location is close to the Trainstation and there are also some bus and tram stops close by for going to the citycenter. The region around the station and hotel isn't the most friendly neighbourhood to walk around in but we had no problems. Breakfast was very good. The only problem was the wifi that didn't work during our stay in the hotel.

This is the place you want to stay in La Spezia. Close to the train station and city center. Ideal to go for a day in Cinque Terre. The host Riccardo is also a really nicr guy giving you some helpful tips.

Relaxation guaranteed, a fantastic welcome. Bibiana is a wonderful person, perfectly in tune with her guests, very helpful, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and immaculate. The villa is located in a part of the city where you can easily get around on foot and visit the sights of Lecce. Where to stay in Lecce? Villa Domus will undoubtedly be an experience to remember. The property was well maintained and very clean. Check in was excellent and very friendly. Didn't really see any staff after that. The only minor complaint was that the hair dryer didn't work. We were surprised the property was on a busy road which made it noisy in the morning.

Lecce break Beautiful suite which was serviced daily and easy walk to the old town and restaurant the host Bibiana was amazing and checked in with us at breakfast every day to see if we needed anything and provide recommendations. The service provided from all the staff was wonderful
