We've been coming here for a few years now to spend our holidays with our dogs. We try to come twice a year. I guess that already tells you everything you need to know... This is one of those "home away from home" places. Very nice apartments, great location, (limited) private parking... but the real treat is the staff. Second to none!

Pizzo town lovely A local resort type hotel with a pool. We were just overnighting so can’t comment on the facilities, but could have been a bit cleaner and found the beds a bit hard. Pizzo town was lovely though!

Front desk Mario was friendly, ready to answer any questions, offer advice. Room is clean, comfortable but compact, especially the shower stall.

There is not always staff at the front desk, so it is a good idea to contact the hotel in advance and arrange communication via WhatsApp. When I arrived, there was no staff there, but I was able to contact them via WhatsApp and they were able to unlock the door remotely. I was impressed that slippers were provided as an amenity. Breakfast was not included, but there are cafes and bakeries in the area...

The location is great! Hotels stuff is helpful. The room is big, clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. However the air conditioner is VERY loud. The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower head didn’t work well. It seems like the holes in the shower head were all clogged.

No one was at the reception counter even though I arrived before 7 pm. No access to the front door of the building nor the door to the premises. No one at the reception when I checked out at 9 am.

The hotel's location was excellent, and the cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast was also of a high standard, and we felt very welcome.

The room was large and comfortable. The check in was easy and very courteous. The tv was impossible to use...maybe it was just me but couldn't figure it out. Everything was wonderful, clean, service, etc. Next time I would stay for more than 1 night. Less than 5 km from Fiumicino airport. Only public transport is not convenient. It's very close to the train station, only a five-minute walk. The room has a courtyard and two security doors, so it's very safe. It's a bit old, and the hot water isn't very hot, but it's really good value for money. The staff weren't overly enthusiastic, but their attitude was generally friendly.

The Garden Hotel, with each room surrounding a courtyard garden, is spacious and two-story. The entrance is a charming alley-like passageway. This was the most satisfying hotel on our Italian trip. Even if breakfast wasn't included, it was still a delight to prepare some and enjoy it in the garden.

The hotel room we stayed in was absolutely one of the best I have ever stayed in throughout my travels. The picture of the church bell tower is from one of the 3 balconies in our room. I disappointed because I booked for 2 rooms ( twin & single ) but I only got aparthotel with 1 bedroom so I slept at the livingroom  and the mattress almost forming concave of many used, it made me couldn’t having rest well.

I have stayed in Residence Sacchi several times. They consistently provide excellent service. They offer apartments, not hotel rooms. The place is 4 blocks from the metro and railway station. Highly recommended.

As it's an apartment-style apartment, the rooms are fully equipped with everything you need, including cooking and laundry facilities. My studio apartment was 45 square meters, with a separate living room and bedroom, and a separate entrance, offering excellent privacy.
