Nothing but good things to say about this place if you are staying in Palermo! It's very clean, nice furniture, quiet, has parking, grocery stores and cafe's nearby and helpful staff (some italian helpful here). They have many size options and the pictures on their website are fair and accurate. We got the larger suite and it was quite spacious. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to Piazza Rugero...

Locating the property was easy. There was a great sushi spot within walking distance called Mill, I believe. Checkin went well. The apartment spelled of cigarettes and odor remover. Lots of space. Flat bed and pillows. Overall it provided what we needed.

I've always appreciated the warm welcome from the entire staff, as well as the cozy, clean, and well-organized apartments. The view of the city, including Monte Pellegrino, is always enchanting. I also love the quiet location, yet just a few minutes' drive from the city center.

Upgraded us to an apartment but room is dated and worn out. Walls need to be repainted. Sofa bed felt like collapsing, affecting sleep. Prefer the Triple room we stayed before leaving for trips elsewhere.

Hotel is in a great location. However the room looked dated, and you could tell the fittings were somewhat lower in quality. Our room wasn’t very clean as there were quite a few ants on the floor since the first day of stay. It’s also a bit noisy, and you could hear footsteps and noise whenever there were people passing by the corridor.

On a beautiful square overlooking the baroque church of Santa Chiara, the hotel exudes old world charm. Our family room had a queen sized bed and a loft with a large bed for total privacy. A nice balcony was on the square/park.

Excellent location. Right in the center of the old town. The negatives are that it advertises a roof top jacuzzi and bar. There is no bar and you are not allowed use the Jacuzzi. It is only for show. It also says gym, hot tub and pool. You have to pay extra to use them. Other than that, an excellent hotel, decent enough breakfast, with lovely pleasant staff

Despite negative reviews, we decided to stay at the hotel. Surprisingly, our room was quite clean - clean sheets and bathroom. All the essentials were in the room, apart from kitchen utensils. It was also rather quiet, so we could sleep well. Overall, good value for the money 👌

This hotel is in the most beautiful setting. It’s a little dated but that adds to its charm. The waiting staff are really helpful and friendly. The food is amazing. It’s a short walk to the lovely town of Taormina and the bus station is right behind so convenient for getting around. Not great for those with mobility issues as there’s lots of steps and located high up.

Pros: The rooms have a good size, they are clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, city center and train station. The staff is nice and friendly. Cons:The balcony is quite small. Breakfast choices could be varied. No vegetables during our stay.

We visited the SPA, and paid 360 euros for the experience (with a massage for 3 pax). The staff were very friendly; however, we needed to call them to get the jacuzzi working. No shampoo or conditioner is available, so please bring your own products.

Check in times listed are not correct, which would not be a problem unless your train was delayed which ours was. Office closes early at 7. The employees are wonderful. The bar and patio area are great. If you have kids, it’s a great place to stay. Close to the beach, shops, and food. There are plenty of things to keep your kids occupied. Found it by mistake on booking as we needed to stay somewhere one night on our way to South of France. For three adults sharing two bunk beds and a king size bed in a studio we payed merely 110 euros for a night, all of these in full season ( mid July) the price included closed parking, outdoor pool access, a specially designed spot on the beach including chaise lounges and umbrellas and full continental...

The room is great and also the location. There is no lobby so one has to check in at the other Miramare hotel - we did not know that but its close by so no problem. There is a kitchenette but no utensils, so utterly useless really.

Yes the stay was very good in most respects. However, the showers in both of our rooms were at best lukewarm.

The room was modern and spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop patio was closed for renovation so I did not get to enjoy that, but the view from my balcony over the main street leading to the cathedral was excellent!
