1. It's a rather remote B&B-style hotel, making taxis difficult to get, and even the front desk couldn't get one. 2. There's a bus stop about a 10-minute walk away, so you might want to try that. 3. The rooms are B&B-style, with kitchens. 4. The first floor of the hotel has a smell and is a bit damp.

Everything was great, very nice reception staff. I chose the hotel because of the location, the best there is in this area.

The place is very beautiful, in a quiet location just outside the center of Madesimo. The food, hospitality, and rooms are excellent. It loses points for the truly uncomfortable beds, soft bases, and terrible mattresses. In a 4-star hotel, waking up with a sore back is unacceptable.

The hotel front desk staff was very welcoming. As we were the last guests to check in that day, they asked us if we had eaten as soon as we entered the room. This hotel is fantastic! The front desk upgraded us to a garden suite with two balconies for free. The entire staff was very welcoming! The hotel is also in a great location, across from the Miumiu Chanel. It's a five-minute walk to the Augstus Gardens and popular photo spots. The hotel has a great location, right next to the Vatican and across from a university. It feels quiet and safe. The breakfast setting was beautiful, but the hygiene details could be improved.

The location is good. The soundproofing is poor. During my three-day stay, the upstairs kids seemed to be running, crying, and screaming all day and night. In the middle of the night, I could hear furniture being dragged, things being thrown, and the floor shaking. It was exhausting and annoying after a long day. I think the location is the most exclusive that you can get. In radius max. 10 minutes, you have airport, train station, beach, but you are not on a noisy street. stayed for 3 nights! we loved florence and enjoyed our 20-30 min walk back to the hotel. it’s 10- 15 walk to the station. neighborhood is not too crowded which is nice. the room was also big with kitchen, living room and bedroom. recommended!

The hotel's interior is excellent and clean, with studio-style accommodations. The hotel is located within a shopping complex. There is separate parking next to the hotel, but there is also an elevator that takes you to the parking area for a daily fee of twenty euros. The only downside is that I didn't particularly like the area where the hotel is located, but the hotel's security is excellent.
