We had a fabulous stay. Kind, friendly, very helpful staff. The right size of resort big enough but not to big. Breakfast and coffee are great. Rooms comfortable with air con. Pool deck view amazing. The beach is stunning and a relatively short walk or shuttle ride. Town is a bit further but not unmanageable- fun Tuk Tuk taxis are €20 each way. It was great choice for our family get away.

We had a very pleasant stay at Fenicia towards the end of July, with temperatures reaching as high as 40 degrees. The view of the sea and the beach that we enjoyed on our terrace and even from our apartment was breathtaking. The garden is gorgeous, the sea was spectacular, just like crystal. I thought the location of the property was absolutely great. The hotel itself was fine - small shower and overall not the nicest looking bathroom, but the AC worked great and the bed was comfy. If I had been better about booking out earlier I think I would have been thrilled by it overall, but as it was I paid a bit too much for just a fine hotel in a great area.

1. It's a rather remote B&B-style hotel, making taxis difficult to get, and even the front desk couldn't get one. 2. There's a bus stop about a 10-minute walk away, so you might want to try that. 3. The place is very beautiful, in a quiet location just outside the center of Madesimo. The food, hospitality, and rooms are excellent. It loses points for the truly uncomfortable beds, soft bases, and terrible mattresses. In a 4-star hotel, waking up with a sore back is unacceptable.

Laura was the perfect host. The rooms are enormous and the house is a true mansion. We couldn't believe how spacious it was, with so many little details that made gave us a sense of wonder. The location is good. The soundproofing is poor. During my three-day stay, the upstairs kids seemed to be running, crying, and screaming all day and night. The hotel's interior is excellent and clean, with studio-style accommodations. The hotel is located within a shopping complex. There is separate parking next to the hotel, but there is also an elevator that takes you to the parking area for a daily fee of twenty euros. The only downside is that I didn't particularly like the area where the hotel is located, but the hotel's security is excellent.

Nice aparthotel with a good location. The ski bus stops right outside the hotel, and the ski lifts are a 7‐minute walk away if you miss the bus. There are also multiple restaurants and bars within walking distance. The swimming pool and wellness area are nice, but I would suggest limiting the number of visitors in the wellness area, as it gets overcrowded during peak hours.
