The kitchen was avarage equipped but the furniture were new. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear people but it's not that bad. It is quite far from any shops so it's recommended to have a car. There is a pool and a beach nearby. The only problem is the pool opening hours and you have to have a swimming cap (you can buy one in the reception for 3€).

Loved my experience staying at Palazzo Sovrana and dining at Doba Restaurant. Room and cleanliness were great, topped off my an unbearable location. Our experience here was great. The breakfast was fair enough and fresh. The location is easy to get anywhere from. The staff were so friendly, polite, caring and helpful. The room was soundproof good enough. The airco was perfect and the bed was really comfortable. We will definitely go back there again.

The room we had was nice and clean. The employees were friendly and accomodating, knowing the area very well. That was likeable. We kind of disliked the breakfast as it did not feel like 4-star-standard to be honest. However, one can recommend staying here for a couple of days - especially as it is quite central.

The property was very dates and not well maintained. The interlock had weeds growing up between the stones, and the "suites" were like portapacks. The staff at the hotel were not very helpful, and anytime you asked for assistance it felt like you should not have. Fantastically beautiful hotel in the beautiful green district of Pineta. Popular with families, but also couples who do not want to spend the night directly on the shopping street. I booked the room with sea view but wasn’t visible so much the sea more the hotels in front and tennis court which was always noisy. I don’t suggest if you are coming to see the Capri to stay there because Capri Island is magical and all that noisy gives you to tiredness from morning. I stayed there for 3 days then I moved to another quieter hotel with amazing view.

Not bad, but the hotel is very old and in need of renovation. Cleanliness is very good, but I wouldn't recommend the ground floor rooms in the building with the pool, as they lack privacy.

Excellent hotel, away from the chaos of the seafront and clubs. By car you can reach the motorway or the center of Sanremo in just a few minutes. Spacious and spotless room. I stayed at Residence Lungomare with my family for our summer vacation in June. The apartment was amazing and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We walked to the beach every day. We also visited San Marino which was a great experience. I highly recommend Residence Lungomare!
