It's conveniently located right near Napoli cental station. Internet reception was poor on upstairs. Otherwise it's a good hotel to stay.
Great location and price for the quality. One of our plugs didn't work. The area feels very safe and the room quiet when the door to balcony is closed.
It was very convenient and hardly and noise.. Very reasonable and it's basic.. Hardly any amendies..
Don't expect the quality to be any better than the price and location. But be prepared to feel like you're always using the backdoor of the building.

My room had a beautiful bathroom and balcony. Can walk to gelato but grocery store was 20 minutes along a busy road. If you leave your window open you hear dogs and roosters in the middle of the night. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was very good.
Quaint and very nice for the price. Convenient location for a day trip from Rome to Almafi
The hotel has a good parking lot and the staff are friendly but it is a little outdated, the internet deserves an improvement because it has a lot of drops, there is no minibar, there is no full length mirror and the breakfast is very simple, the shower is good and it has a balcony with a view of the volcano.
Clean room with balcony. Clean sheets. Pillows are hard and seem old. Old mattresses that sag and squeak. Hot shower, large bathroom. A/C works well, TV Breakfast is pastries, sliced bread, sliced cheese and ham, dry sweetened cereal, coffee, tea, sweetened juice. No eggs, no bacon, no toast. Hotel is located 10 mins by taxi to Sorrento. Access to enter hotel is by sloped driveway and then about 1...
Hotel in a strategic position to visit the Amalfi Coast and the Sorrento peninsula, close to Pompeii to see the excavations, very close to Naples and Salerno. Excellent view of the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius, spacious room, excellent staff and services, excellent cuisine, very beautiful and well-kept garden that really looks like a park. The hotel is pleasant. However, there is no lift so it would be difficult to get to your room if you have a big suitcase. Our bathroom had a crack in the shower bottom so it leaked terrible after a shower. Shower/bath gel comes in small packs so ask for more or bring your own. Extremely close to the central station so that is a perk. The host was excellent and spoke fluent English, gave good advice...
Staff were lovely and helpful. The hotels a 3 star , 5 minutes away from the Main train station and Metro hub. Air conditioning was great. The hotel is located in an area with a large number of immigrants. But we found them polite and as one of the staff told us , you leave them alone , they will leave you alone. Hotel is clean and the included breakfast is enough to get you going in the morning. Great...
Booked a standard double room. Decor not the best and only 1 English station on which takes a lot of searching before you can find it. Room cleaned daily. Breakfast is not great, to be honest. You get 1 hot drink, 1 croissant and cereal and fruits that look like they have been there for ages. Juice quite diluted and a few other bits. Guys at reception are great and helpful. Hotel central to everything...

We only ate food here. Twice in 4 nights. This restaurant is simply fantastic! The food was incredible, and every dish we tried was a delight. Great stat Very helpful, stored are bicycles and breakfast was awesome.
A well located and decorated hotel. Valeria and Dina welcomed and provided a great human friendly service. Cristian provided a familiar attention during the well assorted breakfast. Good room's cleanliness with a great seaview. Congratulations
We ate very well in a pleasant and very welcoming atmosphere. The dishes are excellent, the staff is professional and the location is very beautiful with a wonderful and suggestive view. Highly recommended because the quality/price ratio is excellent.
A dream terrace and high-level cuisine. The thermal pools have excellent benefits for the body, especially for muscle tension problems. Elegant and refined restaurant where I was able to taste excellent dishes. I will definitely return

Loved the hotel and the location, breakfast was amazing. The only thing was missing was the room service and the coffee maker in the room.
We spent 5 days at the hotel. Staff were excellent, helping with arranging two tours and answering any questions we had. Due to the time of year, central air had already been turned off, so the room remained a little warm, but not overly hot. If there is one area to improve, it would be the mattress on the bed. The current mattress was very firm and somewhat uncomfortable as we could start to feel...
The staff were good, great location and good breakfast. Our shower could be better along with air con. But overall a good experience
Staff was very nice. They helped with anything. Location was close enough to things but required a decent amount of walking to major areas. But we liked that our area was quiet and we had a balcony with a view.
Breakfast was beautiful and so was the staff! Lovely and convenient rooms for your trip to Sorrento
Overall, we had a positive stay at this hotel in Sorrento. The location is perfect — right at the end of a lively high street with fantastic restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and only 15 minutes down to the ferry port and beaches (though be prepared for some steps). The breakfasts were a real highlight, with fresh omelettes made to order and a nice selection of other options, all enjoyed with beautiful...

had a nice stay here with my husband and kid. we have a 1 year old and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable with traveling with a toddler. view from our hotel was beautiful and our room was clean. we loved the waterfall showerhead!
Came to Hotel Il Faro in July on a Sunday after being unable to get into any of the beach clubs in town. One of the best views we had the entire time, beautiful amazing...
Whilst the staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were not worth the price. Room walls were the thinnest of any hotel I’ve been in, you could hear every creek and every conversation from the rooms next door, and every conversation in the hallways. Rooms were also very small. Best for location if you are arriving by ferry. The service was very good as well and friendly staff. There is a bus stop right across as well if you need to get to the railway station.
Nice hotel and they made my day by giving us ocean view room even though we didn’t book it. Good people and very clean
The hotel is located right in front of the ferry exit but far from the city center, shops and restaurants. We were greeted by a very rude employee who gave us incorrect information and didn't give us any other information, which completely ruined our trip. The hotel is decent, located in a great area, and offers great amenities.
Very nice breakfast and attention from staff, the hotel is well located and quiet at night as long as the windows are kept close.
Huge thanks to the hotel! I accidentally left my phone in the room and had already checked out and left my luggage with them before heading to Sorrento. Once I got to Sorrento, I realized I had left my other phone behind too. I called the hotel, and they kindly kept both phones safe with my luggage. I returned 5 days later to pick up everything. Really appreciate it!
This is a family-owned hotel with cozy decor and a fantastic beachfront location. It's very comfortable, and I would definitely book it again!
The Rex Hotel is located near the small port of Naples. A calm and convenient location for a soft landing. We arrived there right after landing in Naples. A relatively small hotel with a charming and helpful staff. Breakfast in the small hotel lobby is delicious and satisfying. Very welcoming staff, helpful with introducing upon arrival and storing luggage when checking out. Location is good in general but unfortunately now the coastal way is under maintenance/construction so sea view is obstructed when you walk along. Also a bit disconnected if you take public transport.

A great location, with attentive staff, clean, with a good breakfast. Rooms are small but manageable. The only challenge we had at the hotel is the noise. Other than lack of hot water for a shower the hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was the best buffet I've ever had. Lots of choices. Clean and tidy 3* hotel, with the family always willing to look after you. It's on a fairly busy road junction so rooms on the front might be noisy. Staff was great! Really saved the day for non-Italian speakers trying to change taxi reservations, etc. Breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed the stay.
La tripergola was the best hotel we stayed in the whole Italy. If you go by car or taxi is easy to get there, if you by train or bus is a little more tricky but still worth it if you have time. The staff is kind and the breakfasts are amazing. We stayed here to go to the amalfi coast the next day and relax on the way back, totally woth it.
