A family run hotel and you can tell how they care for their guests. You are not a number. On arrival (it was late), they carried the cases to our room. This location turned out to be better as this is Larger than Minori, as we took the 20-30 minute walk from Maiori one day to look around at were we we would have been staying. Villa Brunella was lovely, views were very good. The uniqueness came from its location, which made it very quiet and enjoyable. Almost everywhere in Capri requires walking, which should be kept in mind when booking anywhere on the island, however the beauty of this location more than makes up for the walk.

It's an ok hotel with quick access to both Pompeii and the Costa Amalfi. No thrills (even the pool is closed till July) but if you are looking for a bed that will get you up an going to the attractions in the area, this one is ok. Staff is very helpful, I would rate it as a 3 star rather than 4. Location makes a car critical and the complementary parking under the hotel makes this easier.

We were one of the rooms which was away from the main hotel. The room was clean a bit dated by ok. Very good value. The staff were nice a friendly. The hotel is a nice place to relax. If you want to visit the Amalfi coast, I'm fully convinced this is the best option if you want a luxurious hotel with the best views for a "reasonable" price. This hotel is fantastic! The front desk upgraded us to a garden suite with two balconies for free. The entire staff was very welcoming! The hotel is also in a great location, across from the Miumiu Chanel. It's a five-minute walk to the Augstus Gardens and popular photo spots. The hotel also left two bottles of Still & Sparkling by our bedside every day. It was a completely unexpected experience.

This hotel is right next to Naples train station, you can see it as soon as you exit. The constant police patrols outside the hotel made us feel very safe. The room facilities were standard but clean. Breakfast options weren't extensive, but the service was excellent, and the quality of the food was good. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.

Everything was perfect but the pool was on the cold side and you were not able to walk in the pool at all. It’s completely over your head so you can’t relax in it at all. Other than that, the place is Heaven on Earth.
