Great stay at Hotel Belvedere. Absolutely breathtaking views of the coast from the hotel. Breakfast was great. The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful figuring out how to navigate to and from our excursions. Great location, it felt peaceful and isolated from the busy areas, but still less than 15 minutes from Amalfi town.

Staff very friendly but not very experienced. Clarity of room service available, price of items, customary tipping, and special request information provided was poor. Transportation and dining hours could be expanded.

Nice hotel, we stayed here for 4 nights and had no complaints. All the staff was friendly and helpful especially the pool attendant, who both AM and PM came around to make sure everyone was happy. The hotel is perfectly situated to explore the small village which is one of the nicest villages I have ever visited.

This hotel stay was truly fantastic. From the communication of the staff (arrival coordination at the ferry) to the restaurant staff, everything made us feel like we were the only guests at the entire place. Our only regret is only staying for a single night. Be advised however, a porter for bags from the ferry to hotel is a MUST, and at 20 euros per bag can quickly add up. Pack light!

The rooms were not the best. The beds were terrible. Roberta was the only staff member who made the stay Somewhat tolerable.

The property is quite spectacular, though the neighborhood is somewhat rough (garbage, traffic, laundry, etc…) There was no hot water in the shower, and the hot tub was out of service. Great location, also a very good hotel, even when it was fully booked there were enough sunbeds at the pool and on the beach. The service is very good, from the reception desk over the waiters to room service. This is our favorite hotel! We stayed here in 2012 and the manager gave us $200 to use until we could get to a bank the next day. My husband’s wallet had been stolen on the bus from Rome. We paid handsomely for a sea view and got it. The view was magnificent the room was kept clean, although room amenities like soap and bottled water were sparingly dispensed. The room is clean and bright, the bedding is comfortable, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is rich, varied and nutritious, the location is only about 2 kilometers away from the Royal Palace of Caserta, 20 kilometers away from Naples, close to the highway entrance, and convenient for travel.

The room is clean and the location is easy to find. Because it is close to the tourist attraction of Caserta Royal Palace, there are many families staying here. The breakfast is OK but relatively busy. Parking is available in the yard and it is safe. There is a restaurant in the lobby, which is open for lunch and dinner, but the price is higher.

What a beautiful spot! Room was excellent, great location within easy walking distance to the main town square and lots of great restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel is very conveniently located for the city center, the port, and the train and bus stations. The staff is friendly. What I didn't like: the monotonous breakfast and the lack of a tea/coffee maker in the room.

The location is good, right next to the bus station. The rooftop pool is beautiful, but you have to go early to watch the sunset in the evening. It is very comfortable to sit on the balcony in the room. The breakfast is quite rich.

This hotel in Sorrento is amazing. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Each room has a balcony that adds a fantastic touch. The daily buffet breakfast is fresh and wonderful. I spent one night with my family. We really enjoyed the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast variety was good and the location of the hotel is great. We would visit again in the future.
