Stayed in the Wagner Suite for our honeymoon. Big wraparound balcony with great views of the water. Best hotel service we've ever had, great continental breakfast, convenient location walkable to everything, and even has a private elevator for guests that brings you all the way down to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is near Naples train station and attracts many foreign tourists. The rooftop view is beautiful, and the breakfast is decent. The rooms are small and the amenities are basic. For a hotel in Italy costing around 1000 yuan, this is about what you'd expect.

A good 4-star hotel. Excellent location, just steps from the historic center and close to the metro. Helpful and friendly staff. Paid parking is available outside with excellent valet service (€45 per day). Spacious room with a safe and minibar. The only downside is that the bathroom isn't exactly spotless. The hotel is clean and the beds large and pretty comfortable. The rooms are very basic, no coffee/kettle or bottled water provided. This hotel is quite new for Italy, with a 24-hour front desk where we received a very warm welcome. It also has two fairly large elevators, making it easy to go up and down. This hotel has been amazing!! could not recommend enough! the rooms are nice with a gorgeous balcony view, the rooftop is insanely gorgeous, the breakfast has so many options from delicious desserts to eggs and homemade bread, and the staff has been nothing but helpful!! is a bit of a walk from downtown sorrento, about 15/20 mins, but we preferred being a little bit further as it’s less crowded!

The area is wonderful. As for being a 5-star hotel. The rating is less than I would expect from a 5-star. The bathrooms were less than adequate. When the three of us arrived, we carried our own bags into the hotel and to our rooms. The pool costs to use, and the towels are an additional cost. The bar and the bar staff were amazing.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and very accommodating. We loved the variety of restaurant options and the view at breakfast looking over the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius was stunning! What a beautiful island resort! We were there September 2025 and the weather and environment was fantastic! The room was spacious and offered a breathtaking ocean view! They also have a sundeck platform that extends into the ocean. You will climb down around 97 steps to reach it! The in house safe wasn't programmed but we worked around this. We had a fantastic time after it was recommended by a friend who had stayed there previously, we will be looking to return next year if not sooner, the staff handled any request we had with a smile & the room & facilities were exactly as advertised & we left very happy with or holiday.

Very nice hotel, nice garden, nice view, clean and modern. I would have appreciate some local food and sweets at the breakfast buffet.

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed our time. The annex was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and always willing to help.

Ok, but not more Decent but highly outdated rooms (stayed in the annex). Pool is small but nice enough to spend 1/2 day by. Breakfast not good. The people working there are really helpful and service oriented though, something that makes up for some of the hotel’s shortcomings
