This hotel was in an excellent location for exploring Sorrento. We easily walked with our bags from the train station. The staff were welcoming & helpful. The room was very clean. The included breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed the roof top bar & pool.

Very good 4-star hotel with a breathtaking view over the bay of Napoli. Clean rooms, overall nice front desk staff, efficient housekeeping team and a good breakfast buffet. Staff is great we had to change 3 rooms due to different issues. But the staff helped us a lot. Location is amazing the best intact. But if you appreciate clean rooms, good amities and beds then this hotel is not for you.

The room is big, it is no problem for four people to stay in it, and it is very clean. The front desk is very polite. I arrived at the hotel early, so I left my luggage at the hotel. When I came back, my luggage had been put in the room. The location is also very good, right at the pier, and it is very convenient for buses and taxis.

From December 27th to December 29th we stayed in this hotel in Napoli. In the room there is no cleanliness and there are flies that make it difficult to sleep at night. It is possible to hear everything the other guests say (door, children, telephone conversation). The breakfast is below normal, however some employees are rude.

Just next to the pier, it's very convenient to take a boat. However, the surrounding environment is poor and the traffic is too high.

We had an amazing experience! I cannot say enough good things about Villa Fiorella-Art Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience outstanding. The hotel overall is very clean, and the staff are kind and helpful. We stayed at three hotels over the course of our Italy trip and this was our favorite one! It it was close to the center (about a 10 minute walk) without feeling like you’re in too crowded of an area. Bonus points for the pool and the excellent morning breakfast!

Really lovely place to stay. Fairly central, (which means that it's on a busy road, but double glazing and AC sorts that). The pool is really good, we didn't try the fitness suite but I'm sure that's good too. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more!

Our stay at Hotel Central Wellness was absolutely perfect. Everything was spotless, well organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout. The amenities were great, and the breakfast was a highlight — fresh fruits and one of the best spreads we've had. No doubt, it's an excellent option for anyone staying in Sorrento!

We really enjoyed the cottage. It was super quiet. It wins the most pillows award in our month-long travels. Easy walk to town and hiking trails. We even had a BBQ one night. Great views as well. Staff was extremely helpful with local bus directions to Sorrento - glad we listened to them and did not drive.

The hotel staff was very accommodating to our needs especially arranging transportation to Sorrento. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Air conditioning was minimal and we had to open balcony doors at night in order to sleep comfortably. Overall would recommend staying at this property as it was high up in the hills and quiet.

The room is old. Far away from centers. They charged us 25 € extra they said it was tax on drinks we took but didn’t say anywhere that if we take water and one cocktail we need to pay tax. The man in the reception wrote the amount with hand writing on the final bill at checkout.

This hotel was perfect for a stay on the Amalfi coast. The hotel is in vico Equense, only a 13 minute train into sorrento (the train station is right outside the hotel) where you can go explore or get other transport from sorrento to positano, Capri and Amalfi. While the rooms are spotless and comfortable and location is excellent we have certainly seen a little deterioration in the hotel. A dramatic place to stay! The location is spectacular. The gardens are beautiful. The hotel is nice. The staff are friendly and helpful; we extend special kudos to Salvatore, the shuttle driver, who was exceedingly friendly and accommodating. We did find the room to be really small (but its terrace was twice the size of the room!). One note of caution: avoid the restaurant in the hotel.

The entire hotel needs a little love (especially outside). Boxes and things in the lobby area. Let me say, however, that the staff was nice, the rooms are clean and best shower (except no door makes it cold). We would definitely be back!

The hotel is quite old, the rooms are very small, barely large enough for two people to squeeze in and out at the same time, the facilities are outdated, and the cleanliness is poor, which is very unsatisfactory. Firstly, there were bloodstains on the pillows, and secondly, the trash can in the bathroom was full of the previous guest's garbage, indicating the hotel cleaning staff hadn't cleaned it...

If you are coming here for the Jacuzzi don't bother. They dont heat it, and will gaslight you to think that a jacuzzi is supposed to be cold. Other than that, the kitchen staff were great, the room was clean but every room only accommodating for two people including only two chairs on the small balcony.

The breakfast was amazing, unfortunately, the rooms are small but very clean. Overall great stay. It’s very close to the train station, which makes it a perfect location. But at the same time, because of the location it doesn’t have great views. It has 2 pools, they close at around 6 pm, which is early. And both of them are small.

This hotel is amazing. Beautiful decor throughout including rooms. Beautiful location on the water and views are unbelievable. Staff is very accommodating and they have a free shuttle into town. Food and service is very good.

Our stay was exceptional. My wife and I were welcomed warmly and the staff was accommodating and friendly. The location was good for exploring and the hotel provided a shuttle to the town square which was extremely convenient. Very clean rooms/lobby with tremendous view. Tremendous stay!

A beautiful hotel overlooking the water. We enjoyed our balcony view each morning and the lovely view from the terraces of the hotel. We also appreciated the convenience of the shuttle bus to take us to and from Sorrento the staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was comfortable. We also appreciated the buffet breakfast each morning (but would have enjoyed more variety - I’m not a scrambled...

What a fantastic hotel. Wonderful staff. What a great time I had staying in this hotel. The staff were so helpful and the food was really nice. My room, when I upgraded to a Balcony View, was superb. Can't thank everybody at Corallo for a marvelous stay. I would recommend this Hotel to anybody.

Its 4 star hotel but its the best among the 4 star hotels, maybe even better than some 5 star hotels. I recommend staying here if you are near Salerno. The restaurant is absolutely amazing and its right in the hotel which means you don't have to go anywhere and can drink their amazing wine at peace💆🏻‍♂️😋 every hotel room has assigned table number at the restaurant and you dont have to worry about reservation...
