This is an older hotel that looks and feels run down. It is best used for those who need to be near the train station. The hotel is a little far from Naples Airport, so it's best to take a taxi. There are many Chinese companies, shops, and restaurants around. The hotel service is good and the rooms are clean. If you are transiting in Naples or arriving late on an international flight, this is an ideal place to rest.

In the Chinese area, you will hear the sound of firecrackers in the distance at night, which makes you feel like you are in China. It's a pity that the restaurants close early.

It was the best accommodation ever! Sorrento was our last stop on our honeymoon, and the exterior blended perfectly with the city's atmosphere. They even upgraded us to a private villa with a panoramic view of Sorrento! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic! Thank you for making such wonderful memories! This is one of my favorite properties in Sorrento. The location is excellent as it is a short walk into town and the staff there is amazing. I also loved the grounds behind the hotel, quiet and relaxing.

Recently stayed here for 3 nights while on a holiday, the room was superb and the location was great. Having shutters on the windows and a balcony was a nice touch. The only downside was that the buffet breakfast was a bit plain. I would happily recommend this accommodation for anyone who is coming to Sorrento.

What a beautiful hotel on the beach! The staff was excellent! The rooms are spacious and clean. The rooms were quiet and peaceful. The bar was well stocked and decent snacks accompanied the drinks. Best value, location on the coast Staying on the coast at Miramare feels like being in a boat at sea… except you hear the waves instead of feeling them. Castellammare di Stabia is in a good geographical position for those who want to visit Naples and the Amalfi Coast.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. Holidays wouldn’t have been the same without having a beautiful base.

Quality of food at breakfast was fine by international standards, but far below what to expect in Italy. In seven days no variety at all, always the same average quality food, extras on menu (fresh squeezed orange juice for example) very expensive. Fruit out of a fridge instead of fresh daily, fruit juices heavily watered down and sugary. The desserts were good.

This hotel is beautiful and luxurious, however what made the stay so enjoyable is the quality of the staff. They were all very helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Great base for exploring Pompeii, Naples city and also Sorrento/Amalfi but you also have the peace of being outside the busy centre of Naples. 9.5/10.

Had an amazing stay at Relais Paradiso. The staff were excellent and very friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The views from the hotel are beautiful! It offers an excellent buffet breakfast and a very attentive staff. We rented a Vespa and getting around was super easy ; we could reach the center of Sorrento in just 5 minutes! They also provide a shuttle service, which made it very convenient to get to Sorrento on our first night, both going and coming back.

Location, location, location - on the beach If you plan to visit the ancient ruins at Paestum, then this hotel is the place to stay. We visited in week 41 - and enjoyed listening to the sound of the sea through the open door to the nice balcony, which had amazing view over Salerno bay with the Amalfi coast and Capri on the horizon. We only stayed one night and checked in the afternoon but it did not look like the photo. Lift was tiny and very old. Breakfast was fine. I would suggest eating out for lunch and dinner as it was €25 for dinner and we discovered it to be much cheaper out. The local supermarket makes sandwiches that were divine and cheap.

Great views of the Bay of Naples with the Vesuvius on show. The little seaside location has a few bars and restaurants but there's a shuttle to Vico Equense on the top of the cliff. Rooms are Mediterranean white and I recommend to book...

We stayed in the apartments they were basic but clean and pretty. The beach was wonderful as well as the pool. It would be hard if my grandbabies came because there isn't an area for littles in the pool (too deep). However we will return because it really was a great place to stay.

We got married at Le Axidie last year and it was wonderful! The wow factor arriving at Axidie made our guests very excited too. The food and service was fantastic, no request was too much. They made the wedding preparation process feel so easy. It felt like a dream and we didn't want to leave. Some of the staff we would like to thank in particular are Tiziana, Anna, Matteo, Daniel, Annamaria, Salvatore...

Water was provided only for the first night which is penny / euro pinching. We were staying for 9 nights and when I queried this I was told you can buy it from your mini-bar or the bar. Both expensive options, when if you had booked for individual nights it was standard. You do not get a reduced rate for multiple nights so why a reduced service ? The air conditioning did not seem to be able to be controlled...

The hotel is in an ideal location close to the harbour and beach. Lots of shops and dining options in the area within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located in the ZTL area, within walking distance of many great restaurants. The two of us girls felt very safe; it's also within easy walking distance of the beach and various attractions. Parking is in an indoor parking lot a 5-minute walk away for €35/24 hours. The receptionist was very welcoming and even used a map to mark many excellent restaurants for us.

Excellent hotel… proper in great condition … looks like bathroom, system, furniture etc recently renovated….

We stayed one short night, the area was safe to walk around with lots of shopping and restaurants and bars that open late. The hotel is in a great location but is on the older side and like 3 star rating quality. Service was good and friendly.
