Very nice little hotel close to Naples Central Train station. Lots of amenities and fully stocked mini bar.comfortable bed. Very clean and modern
Great big room, plenty of space if you have lots of bags, as we did. Super helpful staff.
My stay at Serendipity was very pleasant, comfortable, spacious and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
I highly recommend Serendipity in Naples for a centrally located hotel.
Excellent, clean hotel next to the Naples Centrale station. Bed was very comfortable, spacious room and bathroom. Staff was available to answer questions and everything was very clean. Also walkable to the historic/touristy areas of Naples and very close to metro station. I would stay here again
the room and common areas have been expertly remodeled, nice touches, nice in-room amenities, everything fresh
This place was great. We were met early, checked in, treated great!! Highly recommend this spot and will stay here again when coming back. Hostess was the best!!! Great easy location for everything!!

Room is simple but in good condition. Basic amenities. Hotel feels more like a B n B. Front desk only there when you arrive. Nice and called ahead of time to ask when I arrive. The neighborhood is pretty shady, but convenient. So a good place for basics, not great for a full service experience.
Lovey accommodation, worked very well for my family and I, our host (Alessandro) was also great and accommodating.
Stayed here the night before a flight and it was a fantastic stay. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Location is close to Napoli Centrale. Would recommend.
The property was clean and well appointed. The owner was accommodating of our schedule and a pleasant person to deal with.
The neighborhood was convenient but its an inner city location and it felt slightly unsafe
Location was great as it is near shops and restaurants and the staff is very efficient and friendly
Nice Place in Napoli!!!

It was a pleasure staying in this amazing place.
When we return from vacation, we always stop in Naples. This year, we chose Palazzo Chiatamone, which is very beautiful and well-kept. Two flaws, however, are the lack of bidet towels and the breakfast. I'll start by saying that it was well stocked with sweet and savory items, but the croissants were from the day before, and I didn't appreciate them. The people who welcomed us were very kind. We'll...
There are many wonderful features about this hotel, the two top features are the location and the cleanliness. It was absolutely spotless and the air condition was perfect. The B&B it two streets away from the water and a series of great restaurants. I would not stay near the train station - it had the opposite feel and it would have ruined our trip. We had a lovely breakfast that was included and...
The room was very clean, with a small balcony overlooking the street. The shower was small, but it had a door that closed, so showering didn't flood the bathroom, which was reassuring. Fresh towels were provided daily, and the room could be cleaned daily upon request. The breakfast selection was extensive, including hot coffee, yogurt, sweet breads and cakes, and savory options. The elevator, while...
The staff are great very friendly bunch happy to help with what they can. Beds are uncomfortable the rooms are expensive for what they are and the lift is confusing to say the least. Location is 10/10
The location is good, 15 min the old town. The building has an elevator to take the lagguages at 3rd floor. The room was very big, clean, with air conditioner. The bathroom had all necessary accessories.
The breakfast for such kind of accommodation was very good. The choice of food was rather wide. The staff is very friendly! Good price for got service 👍

It was extremely loud at night. There was a very noisy pub outside our window. Also, the bathroom gave off a bad smell.
Good stay at Toledo Hotel. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Room was fine but would benefit from some upgrades soon. It is in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, which we loved but can also appreciate it might be a little loud for some - although if you read other reviews, this shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone checking-in. Metro station 2 mins away and 15 minute walk to the port which...
10/10! The room was cozy and well air-conditioned. Staff were incredible and super friendly, and the hotel was in an amazing location along a busy shopping street. Only slight issue was it could get quite loud at night, due to the area being very busy.
God deal
Super beliggenhet, hyggelig betjening, god frokost, god seng, litt mørkt og slitt rom, men mye for penga.
Authentic Naples location and good value!
Amazing location for restaurants and atmosphere.
The guy at reception was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient.
Breakfast, although relatively simple, was outdoors on the roof terrace in a lovely environment.
Great value for money.
I didn't like the room. Everything is old, except for the towels. The shutters are broken, the window looks out onto a dirty wall of a house where construction work is carried out around the clock. It is impossible to rest in such a room. In addition, the smell of chlorine was so strong that I began to suffocate. I had to open the windows and sleep with the window open, but it was noisy and cool outside...

The building and the rooms are quite dated and require a lot of maintenance. Sound proofing is needed. Breakfast was terrible, but not the worst.
The area feels unsafe, that’s why this is the only hotel in Italy that I used their safe to lock up my passports and wallet. And this led me to forgot about it. The manager Anna was helpful but her English is very limited. At the end it was picked up by...
Need to check in from the hotel downstairs, no one is on the second floor. The location is very good, close to the train station, close to Chinese food and snacks, good desserts, comfortable mattress, fast Wi-Fi, quiet at night, but the room facilities are relatively old, suitable for transit but not for long-term stay. Breakfast was provided the next morning.
If you take the price-quality option is good. 5 minutes walk to the station, you can travel around the neighborhoods. You can walk to the farthest parts of the old city in 25 minutes, and so it starts in a few hundred meters. The room was quite large, although it may not always be comfortable.
Overall, I am happy with the 6-day stay.
The bathroom shower is not waterproof and splashes easily. Hot water for shower is good, there are disposable shampoo + shower gel, no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no slippers.
The boss is enthusiastic and his introduction to the city, transportation and restaurants is pretty good.
The hotel is specially decorated, and each room has a different movie star theme.
Cleanliness is not bad, but it is a little old. The bedding is not comfortable. It is near the central station and the restaurant area, and the price is cheap, so it is good value for money.
Very good for budget travelers

Great area, hotel itself is meh.
The building and room were rather charming. The fact that the building we stayed in was an extension of the main facility and located a quarter mile up a hill. We had to roll our bags up the hill and then up the marble steps to our room. After an eleven hour plus plane ride we were exhausted.
It was slightly far from merto staion.
The staff is very helpful and professional. I had been given a room in the annex that was too small, but at my request I was given a nicer one in the main building. It's a shame they no longer offer parking in the garage, but you have to go there yourself. I've been coming to this hotel for years and have always had a good experience, I recommend it.
The listing on ******* mentioned “Parking available” - there is none. We wasted an hour trying to find the one indicated by the reception, but our GPS brought us to a tunnel quite far from the hotel. We gave up and found parking near the hotel but it wasn’t cheap!
The room itself was really nice and spacious but the shower was tedious as the drainage was not working properly and you could only leave the water running for a minute and then wait for the water to drain in order to not completely flood the bath. I still would highly recommend the hotel as the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room itself was great!

Rooms were comfortable and relatively quiet. This is not your typical hotel. It's more like a BnB with a front desk on another floor. As others have stated, there wasn't many meat options on the breakfast. It was still nice to have this included and you can order latte/espresso as well.

It was very clean, with every day room service. Kind stuff. The breakfast was decent. Don't be intimidated by the entrance, the rooms are recenlty renovated.
It has really bright clean rooms very new and spotless. Nice area layout for breakfast too. Staff at reception were nice and welcoming. A really convenient and central location especially if you want to go on the ferry at the nearby port. Interesting as it located from the 3rd floor in a multi use building, but that was fine. Sadly we did not have any hot water one morning, but when we mentioned...
The hotel is hard to find. It is inside a multi-floor building with a lot of other businesses and offices. There is no directory that tells you what floor the hotel is on so we had to travel to a few floors until we figured it out (it’s on floor #3). The hotel is a bit run down and dingy. The breakfast wasn’t great. The AC in our room didn’t actually keep the room cool. It wasn’t horrible, but not...
We was there only one night, we didn’t tey the breakfast as we left early morning but the area is super easy to access city center and main walking street. The room is clean and spacious. The accommodation is OK, but a bit difficult to reach on foot.
Metro L1, 14 stops to Polyclinico, then a 15-minute walk.

I stayed two nights at this hotel and was greeted with warmth and hospitality from the reception staff upon check-in. I don’t know other rooms but the room with “external bathroom“ wasn’t comfortable at all. It was weird experience for me to go outside for bathroom. And the room is right behind the reception and you can hear whatever is happening behind the door. When you open the balcony door there’s a sewage smell coming from outside at night.
