Excellent value for a good central location and a modern clean room

Great place to stay, nice rooftop space with hot tubs, lounge beds, and bar. Great breakfast included. Would have liked an extra pillow and a comforter, the bed only included a sheet, as well as an extra towel since you have the amenities plus regular shower. Would stay again!

S Air conditioning unit in room flooded the room when used. Shower has black tiles and a dip toward the plug hole...no signage to warn or bath mat provided. Area can be slippy when wet and partner did slide (although thankfully no injury).

Said there was 2 pools and spa. Only 2 hot tubs and extra fees to use the spa facilities. There were to be other perks that no one seemed to know about Room itself was clean. Rooftop area was nice

Clean room, staff is nice, air conditioning. There are no blinds or shutters on the windows, just curtains so it's not completely dark at night. It's in a nice district, went in August but didn't fine it too noisy, for the price it's worth it.

Staff were nice and location was good, however…. The hotel is fine for people with light luggage. Luggage needs to be carried manually up three large steps to reach a lift. The staff kindly provided an upgrade with a balcony view, but the bathroom and toilet size is suitable only for nursery school children.

We really enjoyed our stay with the hotel. The staff were friendly, the hotel and room were clean, and the building was secure. The street was pretty noisy, but the building was rather soundproof. Location was ideal for our excursions.

Beautiful building, great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious with high ceilings, a small efficient bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the street. The windows were incredibly soundproof for how noisy the city is. Perfect home base for exploring the city. They were sweet enough to arrange a very early morning cab ride to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

There was no breakfast option or coffee in the building. One of the reasons I selected this hotel was the advertised breakfast in roof lounge. It was being renovated. This should be communicated in description.

The owner of this property is an excellent fellow and goes out of his way to make his guests comfortable. He even gave us a lift to the train station without charge. The outside of the building is not great but don't judge this book by its cover. Inside, the rooms are modern, clean, and well cared for. Would definitely stay there again!

Spacious apartment in a great location, right in the center of Naples. Everything is very clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. Large bedrooms, a huge living room, and two full bathrooms. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Great, modern rooms and great size. They have rules on cleaning so have to keep card out and also leave towels and sheets on floor otherwise they won't change them. They were able to help with broken electronics etc by whatsapping them which was fine. The Ninarella is in a great location, walking distance to the old city, train, bus stops and the ferry port. In the middle of a bustling area, yet a quiet location. We were able to drop off our bags early and spend our first day luggage free! Staff is really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and perfect for our stay.

A two nights stay in Amedeo. Very nice apartment with kitchen located on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator in the building. Clean and neat. Close to the metro station and the beach.

It was a large room, offering oven and fridge (due to my short stay I did not use them). I expected a better view, my apartment had only view to the inner terrace. WiFi connection was rather unstable, but the owner responded immediately when I asked it and it was fixed. The owner was very polite and accommodating.

I was worried from the moment I arrived. The rooms are clean and functional. Quite spacious and quiet. The management are very helpful and let us store our luggage until the afternoon. The only downside is the stairs, as there is no elevator.

We had a good stay, it was a bit difficult to find, the location is close to the train station. Behind iron door in broken house. The rooms are renovated and clean. Very convenient to all the attractions, travel connections and food

The bedding and towels weren't dirty per se, but you know when you look at them and just can't trust that they've been thoroughly washed? That's the vibe of the entire hotel. I ended up wiping my entire body with wet towels as I felt icky going into the shower and using those towels. I was only overnighting so it wasn't a huge issue but I would be looking for another place the next time.

Re di Napoli is a charming place to escape the bustle of Napoli, yet it is in the middle of all that you've come to Napoli to see. It's an oasis. This was a great place to stay overnight before leaving for other areas. Kind owner and employees but not present all the time.

The property is in the hood. However, I felt safe, no one bothered me while I was out during the day or night. The room was clean, just the right size, the bed was comfortable, and nice shower. Restaurants great, markets, and other shops are in walking distance. Overall stay was great. I would stay here again.

Very friendly treatment and you get help whenever from the owner. I stayed in the beautiful suite with spa bath and rain shower, amazing. There is a mini fridge that you can store cold drinks in. Excellent location. However we did not received the room we booked. The room was small, without a window (there was one but facing to a really small inner court, dark, noisy and smelly). For the price it wad OK, but I would not choose it once again.

The main problem was the showers and toilets, where in our room we couldn't push and make the toilet flush. The stairs were exhaustive, the beds were comfortable. The problem with the shower was that the object that held the shower head would come off, making it fall every time we showered. The owner was nice to us but it was like he didn't want us there.
