We stayed 3 nights here and enjoyed the apartment very much. It was some kind of multi tenant units (I think 4) sharing one main entrance. No reception but with Triple security with codes. Positive: The location was great, middle of Vomero (Naples) with the shops, restaurants and public transport: all very convenient and within short walking distances. Overall the stay was good! The location and breakfast provided were superb. The property was clean and quiet but it was very inconvenient having to walk through the public hall to get to the bathroom. Communication and staffing was a bit rough as well. The toilet seat was broken when we arrived and although we were told it would be fixed same day, it was never replaced.

The hotel was a 10-minute walk from the central station. The hotel itself was quite small and very noisy. At 7:00 AM, the hotel staff were talking loudly, and the breakfast was very sparse.

There were a few things I didn't like. But overall, it was good. The linens were clean, but the pillows were very uncomfortable. The bathroom door had to be lifted to open and close. And the toilet seat was broken. The staff was kind and helpful.

The hotel is pleasant. However, there is no lift so it would be difficult to get to your room if you have a big suitcase. Our bathroom had a crack in the shower bottom so it leaked terrible after a shower. Shower/bath gel comes in small packs so ask for more or bring your own. We had a nice stay here for 3 nights. Room was basic but adequate. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and well serviced. Location was excellent, right by the Napoli Centrale Station. Great for Pompeii and an easy bus ride into Chiaia and Old Town. Breakfast was simple but enough. Would have liked a kettle in room with tea and coffee. Naples central station is only 5 minutes away and there are many good Italian restaurants near the hotel. I think the location is really good. Moreover, there is a direct bus from the central station to the airport, which only takes 20 minutes. I had an early morning flight and had no problem getting to the airport!

I stayed at this hotel for one night. The common areas are very dated and could really use some renovation. The room itself was fine for a short stay, but the overall look of the hotel feels old. This was a great place right on Toledo Ave with lots of shopping and food options. The staff were very nice, elevator worked and was "free", 24 hour desk service, help with ordering taxi, AC worked. I didn't like the room. Everything is old, except for the towels. The shutters are broken, the window looks out onto a dirty wall of a house where construction work is carried out around the clock. We loved our stay at mergellina. it was in a very good location. Close to the promenade and close to very good eating establishments. Mr. Onoracio was very funny and made us feel welcomed. A well priced hotel. I had a comfortable and large room - I slept well every night I was there. I’ve stayed here 3/4 times over the years and it’s perfectly placed for me. I run to Piazza Plebiscito and back again early. It’s cheap to get a taxi/uber into the centre and walking along the bay is beautiful at sunset.

No parking available. $40.00 euros per night on parking garage they recommend is insane. The outside facilities are in terrible condition and could use some work.

We had a double room with view on Santa Lucia Church. Good breakfast and acceptable service. Price of the room ( + garage) is higher than the average in Naples center.

Very well located for piazza del Plebiscito. Towels were a bit threadbare and could be replaced. Some noise from the street and our room was right next to reception so we could hear everything and probably vice versa.
